They hire drunk drivers and don t do anything about them I ve contacted them and they and they haven t told me anything about the employee that ran me and my husband off the road You can clearly see the bottle in his hand this is the same picture I sent to them and they are questioning me like it was my fault just all around terrible

The license plate from the company van of yours that nearly drove my husband and i off the road if y all are curious is CM 38109 on 41 today. Idk how the company works or how i can report this otherwise, but i figured i would leave this here. Careful out there everyone and hopefully someday they will hire people who know how to drive

Josh and allen did good job I saw them walking Thur my neighborhood check front and back yards for weeds and they sprayed really good not much activity since the last time been sprayed so they are doing a great job

Allen was very friendly and professional. He sprayed for weeds outside of my house and advised me to keep my dog away from the area for at least 30 minutes.

Their mowers do an excellent job on my lawns - front and back. They are timely, do good quality job, make sure everything is neat and clean. I am also rating the weeding team of Briana and Tina. They do a fantastic job of week removal. They are pleasant, help you with any plant issues and have helpful suggestions besides getting all those weeks out.

Suburban provided service to our townhouse association. They showed up when they wanted, not on the assigned day regardless of the weather. Lawn was usually scalped due to disrepair of their equipment. Weeds were often knee high. They didnt perform shrub trimming on time and did not perform most of the required mechanical edging, blaming the wet weather. Other landscapers in the area were ahead of shedule this year due to dry conditions. When they shot a rock through a residents patio door, they refused to accept responsibility, leaving the cost of repair to the unit owner. Al refused to answer phone calls, emails or texts from the unit owner as well as the association board. Save yourself some grief, buy a goat for your lawn maintenance.

I called several days ago to request services, left a detailed message and phone number as asked. To date, nothing. Im guessing they are too busy or dont service the area.

Horrible customer service. Very very rude on the phone and no help with giving any type of business information on their services, quotes, nothing!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!
