Evergreen Lawn & Tree Care in Cheyenne

Never could get a service from this company as they rarely answer the phone and when I left multiple messages spanning over months they never called back. I’ve heard a lot of great things about this company which is why I wanted to go with them, I’m guessing they’re short staffed or there’s probably a good explanation but unfortunately they’ve lost my business. Sad.

Came the same day I called. Actually within an hour!!! Very quick and thorough. No problems since then.

Bluepeak hired this company to repair and clean up the mess they left in our yard and they did an outstanding job. The two men from Evergreen were very professional and friendly. It was quite a job and the left the site looking better than ever.

Paid 3000. And had 4 large branches blow down next spring. Didn't finish removing stumps, asked for refund on that part of job. They returned and finished.

They did a fantastic job removing a Cottonwood and cleaning up.

Never felt compelled to write a review about a company until I dealt with these people. Completely agree with the previous review about not returning phone calls. They also don't return emails. Hired this company to fertilize my yard. In my opinion they either have the worst product available or they bill for services not rendered. My landscaper thought that no product was put down. Amazing how my yard took off after I started fertilizing myself. Buyer beware with this company. Would give negative stars if possible.

Evergreen does not have the courtesy of returning phone calls. Don't bother calling them, as you will be wasting your time. Everyone is busy, but they are the only business who doesn't bother to call us back. I don't know how they stay in business.
