Paul came by and discussed what the plan was. I asked about our weed issue. Paul was great in researching last aeration, seeding, and weed control. Paul stated he would have his manager swing by to discuss weed issue. Paul left message with manager and stated he would cancel today's planned granular seeding. A out 10 minutes later, Paul returned stated he heard from manager and to spray for weeds. Paul was great in communicating with me.
True green has done an amazing job on our yard. It has never looked this nice. I've lived here for more than 20 years and I still have some problem areas, but the yard is so much nicer! Thank you!

Kaiser was the ultimate professional and expert I was looking for as he analyzed my various different issues. He had the right solution for each area of concern. I was very pleased with his service and dedication to solving my problems.
They couldn't even follow a policy that said services shouldn't be conducted if the owner wasn't there. That's because 3x I watched on camera them acting like they did the job , just throwning their little stick in the ground. When challenged about it they became confused. Saying they did the service but I have prove they didn't. Saddest part I watched as they did their service as I watched it from work. They only did the front yard which does look good. But the backyard went to crap. We I still got charged the same price for half a job. Buyer beware. When you don't pay for services rendered they hound you.
Mosquitoes are hatching out early this year with the heat. Thanks for moving my service up a few days! Great service. Herman even helped protect the lawn chair cushions. Very friendly professional service.

They do not do all care. They can t even mow your grass.
Lawn was definitely greener, however, they over sprayed and killed 2 rose bushes and a vine that had been there for decades. 2 small trees near the edge of my lawn also had cupped leafs

My tech was super nice! Gave me verbal instructions when he saw I had my pup in my arms to keep her off the lawn for at least an hour or so. He even picked up her ball off the lawn and put it in the patio. Very thoughtful!!!! Great service so far. This was my first service in many years with TruGreen- keep up the great work!
Matt was on time. Listened when I told him concerns and took the time to weed spray a border on my driveway that usually gets overlooked. (Good attention to detail.)

Once the application for the trees and shrubs started, it only took a matter of minutes, but I m not sure why he had to sit in his truck outside of my house for at least 20 minutes, maybe a half an hour
