They guy was prompt to response for setting up service. Aerating and detaching were actually great. The problem was lawn service. Scalped yard with mower and weed trimmer. Zero response to correcting. The owner is immature and ridiculous. Originally I was going to fight the charges but for $130 it wasn’t worth my time and effort. The owner also sent crazy messages about himself and threats for suing leans and collections. Like I said no time for this type of person. I would actually stay away from him and his company for lawn services.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible service. Not professional at all. Response time is ridiculous…took them over two weeks just to schedule me and they couldn’t even give a good time of day that they would show up. Come to find out after explaining the situation from the beginning, they wouldn’t fix the broken pipe that feeds my sprinkler system even though they assured me beforehand that they would/could. Absolute waste of time. Hire someone else.
I used this company for the summer of 2022. At first, John (the owner) was very responsive and professional. The guys he sent to mow did an okay job and the guy he sent to turn on the sprinklers was great. By the end of the summer, he wouldn’t respond. When it came time to winterize and blow out my sprinklers, he ignored emails, voicemails, and texts. When he did finally respond after two weeks, he kept putting it off until after everything had frozen. I am now having to replace my entire sprinkler system because this guy wouldn’t respond or get to my sprinkler system after a month of begging him to come take care it. When he did show up, he was rude. He told me couldn’t blow out the system and that he’d send me a bill. I told him he wasn’t getting paid for not doing anything and he then threatened to sue me. If he didn’t want my business, he should’ve said so from the start.
They do annually my irrigation system service, and aeration of my lawn. They are very efficient, professional, and perform quality services. They also do all of the snow removal at the business I was employed at before transferring. They always did a thorough job, and started very early before employees arrived at the office. They continue to do the snow removal. Again, quality service.
I have used A thru Z Lawn Care for a couple of years. John also maintained my front and back yard while I was deployed overseas for a year. I never had to worry about the quality. And just like clockwork, my yard was always maintained. The first time I use them, I immediately noticed the attention to detail and additional weeding they did for me at no extra charge. Good communication, professional, and personable.
I’ve been using A thru Z for 3 years since I’ve moved to Cheyenne. I’ve been very impressed by the reliability of the company. From mowing to sprinkler blowout to snow removal all has led to stress free lawn care for me. Anytime I need to contact John he is very prompt with getting back with me. Also I really do like that he now sends invoices online and I can make payments online.
John and his crew have always been professional, on time, and did a great job. John hires a great crew and holds them to high standards. They don't mess around. I have a large front yard on a corner lot, so they use a stand up riding mower which takes maybe 15 minutes to do the job. I can count on them for snow removal as well, well within the required time for the city. I can connect with them on text message, and pay my bill electronically. A Thru Z is the best lawn service I have ever used.
On May 20, A Thur Z was mowing my neighbor’s yard. The young man I spoke with said they could mow my yard for $35. I just had to call and make an appointment. I called and left a message. On Saturday, John returned my call, but I missed it. I called on Monday. John asked me to text message him my address, email and what I needed done. He text me a picture on my property and asked if this was my house. I replied and told home I needed a one time mowing.John told me it would cost $35 for mowing and trimming. I asked when he could come and he said he would be there on Friday. I told him the grass was getting really high. He responded that if his crew had to cut the grass twice then the price would be double. I told him I had cut it once and that I just needed a one time cutting. He said they would be here on Friday. I asked what time and he said he wasn’t sure. Then he added that as long as the yard was cleared of everything then they would mow on Friday. My sister stay home on Friday waiting for them to come. No show. On Monday, John texted me that he was sorry he did not mow my grass but that he could not do it. He reported that he had to take care of his regular customers first. I would not recommend this lawn company and will not contact them in the future. John was unprofessional, unorganized and management was poor. He wasted my time, my sister’s time and his time for a job that was not completed.
Have used this company for the last few years to aerate and power rake our lawn. They have been very responsive and quick to complete the work. The lawn looks great and they clean up after themselves before they leave.

In one hour they fixed the sprinklers at both my mom and my houses. They were super friendly and efficient.
John showed up to my house and gave me quote and the next day the guys came and cleaned my lawn up for spring, it looks great ,I highly recommend them!
Best communication I ve ever had from a lawn guy. First day they were scheduled to do our lawn, he had to cancel because his driver called in. He texted me and apologized up and down and said he understood if we needed to go with someone else. I was blown away by that, because I have never had a lawn guy care about costumer service like that. Will definitely keep using this company!
I Just called to see if they were interested in buying some De-icer as I had quite a few bags. Im good now they. They was just rather plain and dry...
Quality from this company is nonexistent. When I had power raking and other work done I wasn t impressed. When they came back to mow they only did half the yard, did not pick up the grass much less trim or clean up. In addition they left burn marks in the grass from the blades being too low. Very poor professionalism from the employees and most from the owner who prefers to do his business via texts than in person. They claim I refused them the ability to fix the problem. They didn t do half the work. That was their mistake . Plus what they did do caused damage. Owner has employee contact me which made situation even worse. Bottom line is they don t do good work then blame the upset customers. Bad business
They are very unprofessional and unreliable. The workers show up smoking cigs and throwing the butts on your grass
Great service overall. Responsive to my texts and workers were professional/friendly. Grass was cut the day we had scheduled without any issues. Recommend.

I have used A thru Z for my business lawn care and snow removal the last few years. They are reliable and do a nice job. In particular, when we have extra requests, they are responsive and willing to help. In the winter, they always have the parking lot plowed and entrances shoveled before customers arrive.

We used A Thru Z all this year for a very large yard. The owner/ manager has been great in meeting our schedule for days and times of service. All the guys have been polite and caring in their work, done a beautiful job and even put up with our crazy little dog couple times when we forgot to close his doggie door. We use A Thru Z Lawn Care at Lynn Manages Houses for the summer lawn maintenance for the rental properties we manage. I trust A thru Z to provide my annual sprinkler maintenance in both the spring and fall. The owner keeps me in the loop as to the progress of the work being done with pictures and updates. They use top quality components when replacing valves and sprinkler heads and have made helpful upgrades and their price is very fair. They have earned my repeat business.
