The company charges a fee for an estimate then they provide not only an unreasonable quote but extremely unreasonable quote. They don t tell you they are several months booked out until they have your money for the estimate. It appears they do the quoting on the side to make money because the appointment was within two days of booking.

Quick, efficient, thorough and attentive to details. They planned everything and I am very pleased.

My experience was great, start to finish. They were very professional and quick to answer any questions (even when they had a flood of their own to deal with). They also were proactive in their communication if there was going to be a delay - due to weather, not any fault of their own. I was given an estimate for end of Summer for the next available date but they were able to complete the project in early May! And they did a great job!

Big Bird called and cancelled an appointment after I waited a month for the appointment. I understand that some people get sick but during the call they didnt even know when they would have another opening. Pretty easy to open up calendars and have answers for people. I will be searching elsewhere for help in the future.

Nestor and Krista are both great to work with. They are responsive and always kept me in the loop. Nestor listened attentively to what I expected in my raised garden beds, rock apron around the house with sprinkler system, driveway grading and retaining wall with flower bed, signage with flower bed, and delivered all the work contracted in a timely manner. The retaining walls they built for us are outstanding. While others had all kinds of supply chain excuses at this time, I never had to get involved and all materials needed were delivered without any issues. Their crew is hardworking, neat, and tidy. They cleaned up after the job was completed. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend Big Bird Landscaping.

Nestor, Krista and their crew are top notch to work with! I met with them last fall to discuss a long term landscaping plan for my new home outside of Cheyenne. Love the plan, and phase 1 is complete which is my front area around the entrance. Looks awesome, and up next in the Fall is a patio out back! Highly recommend this team!

In 2021, Big Bird removed a very old 30 flower bed of rotted railroad ties, removed a tree trunk and built a beautiful 30 raised bed. Aris and his team were prompt, personable and fast, efficient workers. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Nester and Kristen always answered my calls and emails and are also pleasant and professional. We will be contacting them again for future work. We hired Big Bird again this year (2022) to place the sod in our backyard and install pavers in our front yard. Always a pleasure working with this company. Nester and Kristen are very professional yet personable. The installers are very hard workers - fast, efficient and quality work. We are very pleased with all that was done. We also appreciate the quick responses to our queries. Great communication. We will most certainly use them again for our landscaping needs.

Big Bird planted trees for me. Unfortunately two didnt survive. They replaced the trees for me. They also did snow removal after our big snow storm. They show up when they say they will and if there is a delay they call and let you know. They are willing to communicate if there are any issues and work to please their customers. I have been very satisfied with the service Ive had from them.

We love Big Bird for all our outdoor needs! They built us a very large deck in the front of our house and prepped our backyard to lay sod this summer! We won t use anyone else. We went with a Bluetooth wireless timer for the sprinkler system and the ease of operation is spectacular. Since we didnt have easy access for a traditional panel timer.
