ATR Landscaping Services in Cheyenne

I cannot rant and rave enough about their work, work ethic and just how great a company ATR is. We completely remodeled our backyard and Shawn and his crew did a wonderful job. They were in constant communication with with us regarding the project. the bid was accurate and any updates were always communicated well to us well in advance of the work being done. They were at our house working diligently at a great start time (we’ve had other contractors whose laborers didn’t show up till noon if they showed up at all and then would pull off and leave at 3), so this was a great experience. I HIGHLY recommended ATR and we will be using them next summer for our front yard!

Wow did I hit the jackpot! I have been struggling to make my yard into a garden for two years now. Some landscaping places in Cheyenne would come and look to make an estimate, never to be found again. Last year I waited the whole summer for a contactor as promised, only to become a no go based on the weather. I called ATR this year. They gave me an honest bid. I paid half down and was elated to think the garden would becone a reality.The crew from ATR is very professional. They provided everything that was needed and more. They followed the plan, cleaned up the worksite and left me a grand garden. They were thoughtful of my things and took extra care to complete my specific "design" requests. They pour concrete like a pro even though it was a smaller job.They build a mean raised garden bed. I can not say enough about this company! Thinking of next year's project....a flower bed or two! Cheyenne should be proud to host quality services from ATR.

This company is nice at first and great to talk too, but when it comes to communication this company sucks. How can you actually come in my backyard when I have dogs and not even let me know you are coming. What kind of company does that, look elsewhere if you value communication

Absolutely wonderful company to work with! Not only did they do the work in accordance with the work order, but they went above and beyond. They created an area with road base for our dumpster. They also regraded our land, work our builder was suppose to do but keeps coming up with one excuse after another. They did this at no extra cost to us. The workers were very friendly and professional. All the work they did was beyond our expectations. They will be our go to people in the future. Thank you ATR. Sandi Bush

ATR did the landscaping for our home, called to have them fix trenches that happened, they made the issue worse then never returned our call to fix it again. They were no shows 4 times in a row for weed and feed on our lawn. We do not recommend this company.

They are contracted to clear the parking lots and sidewalks of snow at Cheyenne Plaza. The crew who cleared the sidewalks did a fine job. 5 stars for them. But the crews who clear the parking lots do a terrible job. Instead of moving the snow AWAY from the businesses, they pile it up in the parking spots CLOSE to the businesses. Not only is this inconsiderate to the businesses and their patrons, but when the piles of snow melt any, then the melted snow turns to ice and the customers have to make a choice of either to risk falling on the ice as they walk across it, or they have to walk all the way around the ice. Extremely thoughtless efforts by ATR! I've even talked with the sidewalk crew of ATR and one of them said you'd think it would be "common sense" to do it properly. SAD!!!

Another great job by ATR! Our privacy fence turned out absolutely beautiful and just exactly how we wanted it. Thank you Chris and Dennis for all your hard work and we appreciate all your knowledge and expertise! Next project in the making ,see you guys soon!

ATR are very nice when you first meet them and efficient when first hired however they consistently are no-shows. We would call them after a no-show but return calls just did not happen. Suddenly they would appear no word or arrangements. Our lawn was growing out of control so we had to purchase a lawnmower at our age and do it ourselves. I would in no way ever recommend this landscaping company for any type of job. Ask around...they have done this to many people and the normal comment is “yeah we know who they are and they stand you up.” I gave them one star for the workers for when they showed up! Good Luck!
