Big Lakes Lawncare in Chesterfield

Service is usually prompt with a call ahead letting me know so I can keep dog in. My service rep Nick did a great job with fertilization. And With a flow up call asking about his performance. My lawn has looked good but need some advice on some issues.

I had to cancel them, they started out great but then they would not show up on the day I was scheduled for them to cut my lawn..and would have to call them.and then my grass was high and they would leave clumps of the grass after cutting it and I would have to recut it myself. This happened on more then five Occasions. Also I got over charged a few times..and just recently someone showed up started Fertilizing my grass after I cancel them two months ago. I had to go out and stop the guy who knew nothing about it..And there charging me for it..VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 with them..I had them for 3 or 4 years..just sad..

Finished up a big job in 1 day! Weeded, pruned shrubs, trimmed trees, removed a dead tree - and - best of all - removed stone mulch and replaced it with cedar mulch. Started with a few guys - but they kept coming and by the end there were seven! Finished a job that I expected to take at least 2 days in 1. And my landscaping looks great. Thanks Casey, Connor, Artem, Yuri , Ludwin, Caesar, and Ricardo.

For the past two seasons, Big Lakes Lawn Care has been there for our aerating and over seeding needs. Their entire staff is patient and accommodating, as Michelle from the front office has been great and John their lawn specialist has an eye for detail, as he treats your lawn as if it was his own (maybe better) :).
