Iain turned our back yard from a drab run down area to a modern clean usuable space. He took up our old wonky slabs and replaced with grey porcelain tiles along with a nice new handmade fence, gate and trellis. He supplied the materials and skip etc, we love our new space and everyone comments how smart it is. The standard of finish is very high and Iain was very precise, clean and tidy with his work. Iain was fantastic and I can’t recommend him enough. He turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all, we hardly knew he was here. The finished result is wonderful and he truly is a perfectionist. And all for a great price.

Iain was brilliant, he was responsive to messages in the lead up, was on time and communicated what he was doing, when the skip / digger he needed were arriving and let us know if he needed to pop out and do anything while sorting the garden for us. He cut back a few of our trees, got rid of lots of stones and plants etc. fixed some broken decking and then laid turf for us. It has transformed our garden from something that was pretty but we couldn’t use to somewhere our children will be able to play for years to come!
