Do not engage their services. After six months and dealing with the revolving door of “talented” technicians who were treating the three lawns on the same street I had to pull the plug the “Weed Man”. After six months, I had more weeds on one of my ones that I had when I started with Weedman . Tried to address it with them and nothing was resolved decided not to pay and they pursued a debt collection company for inferior service. How does that work? ??? I have called to speak to the owners, and I never seem to reach them. I talked to the admin assistant and that’s as far as it goes! Minor weeds resolved on one lawn. Nothing on the 2nd Lawn and the 3rd Lawn got worse with weeds. Somebody please explain this to me! I was told it was in my best interest to continue service because it took more than six months to resolve weed issues. I am nowth two months into taking matters into my own hands and the weeds have virtually disappeared on two of the three lawns. Do not waste your money on this company. It’s like throwing money into the wind.
The quick response to the situation Kelly and I talked about was very good. And Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and concerns. We have been using the service for a few years and we will for many more!! Professionalism is always a good thing!!!! Thank you all!!!
Weed man was doing an amazing job. Their staff were courteous, timely and knowledgeable. Their product was effective - weeds were dead within a week after each treatment. I did not use their other services but they do offer airation, seeding… etc. Unfortunately we found out my dog is allergic to their product so I had to cancel. Again, the billing department was extremely helpful and personable. I would use them again.
We have had Weed Man for a number of years and are consistently happy with them. Last week, Jacob & Joe serviced the lawn. I am already noticing weeds in the yard and (by my request) the gardens, dying. They said they would schedule a return visit to monitor the weeds at no expense. Definitely like these guys.
WORST SERVICE EVER... As you'll note by several pictures, there are NUMEROUS bare spots, all burned up by whatever Yardman services provides to me. I cannot get grass to grow in areas pictured any longer. Whatever they put out has ruined the ground in those areas. I personally added nothing to ensure only they worked on my yard. These areas were growing fine until their last visit in which, grass died, weeds took over. I have more weeds now than before this "service". I'd say by the amount of weeds now coming up in my yard it seems they actually planted the weeds. And when I said Nutsedge was all over, John's response was "did you pay for that service?". Uh, sorry bud, I did not realize I had to list off every weed I wanted out of the yard..... This house sat vacant for 3 years and the weeds were not as bad as now after using this service. I've used them for some 8f last season and started this season. More than enough time to get things under control. I say STAY AWAY. They obviously have a LOT of faked posituve reviews. Summation: if you want weeds and an obviously burnt yard, call Weedman. He is more than happy to argue and even go to court over ruining your lawn. *********UPDATE*********** 8/18/2021 When I originally contacted this less than professional service, John and I spoke SPECIFICALLY about 1 weed in particular which was the weed Lespedeza. Well, as you so nonchalantly said on the phone, did we discuss weeds?? YES❗ So why then is this weed so well entertained in my yard after YOUR yard management?? Added 2 new pictures for added proof of HORRIBLE lawn management.

Poor services that are not applied to the whole property. Despite repeated service calls results are terrible. Customer service doesnt take the feedback seriously. Doing it yourself or hiring a professional service seems like the right choice.
Jessica from the office is very very helpful, and is very professional as well. Also the tech named Joshua was very nice and knowledgeable.

This is the worst company, they havent a clue how to get rid of Nutsedge and Kyillinga. After a year of treatment, my yard is. covered by these weeds. Bryan the manager even took pictures and three times visited my yard. Even though the owner was here in August it was so bad when I asked for a refund of the cost. I was told we had canceled I called them I never canceled them. The one star is for showing up.

I had issues with Weed Man when using their service. I too had a nutsedge problem and didn t know that there would be an extra $75 fee (at the time) for each service call to come out and spray for that weed. I also had to contact them several times to come back to my residence given the lower end of my light colored siding was brown from the iron they sprayed. They eventually took care of that, but I felt nickled and dimed. Another issue I had was that one of the workers pulled up my edging with the spray hose he was using (it caught the corner) and he just left it sticking up out of the ground. I saw it happen from my second story window. I was watching to see what they did in about 5 minutes time. I can tell you my yard was NOT thoroughly treated! I m in the wrong business folks! At $60 per month, I was the fool. Apparently those customers who had a great experience with this company were from several years ago. You are the lucky ones. Perhaps not the same great service, but who knows the reason. I live in Great Neck and see from those little yard signs, most of the residents in my area use Dreamlawns or ALM. Their yards looked better than mine then and they still do now in Sep 2023. You live, you learn.
Sadly these folks should get a zero star. They have destroyed my yard at the beach. First year with them it was terrible. Fault me for giving them one additional year to fix the issue. They explained that it takes two years to produce results. I let them punch seed and perform their premium plan. Seed sprouted well and i thought they had it under control. All died after their first spraying. Have had them come look and correct. They said it needed additional chemical for 89 dollars , but since i was having such a problem they would perform for free. They sprayed it and i was billed anyway. When i called they said they would credit it which they did. Yard is still awful and i am now an ex customer. Too many good folks out there to let weed man kill your yard and pay for it.
Sadly, the quality of service really went downhill. We used Weedman for a few years. In the beginning, it was really good. Over time, though, not so good--- actually, really bad. The technician races through slap-dash in a matter of minutes with no eye for detail or the condition of the lawn. The company is more concerned about collecting money than doing a good job. The neighbors yards on the street using other services look way better. My opinion: Not worth it!
Never experienced such a horrible customer service. Lawn service was ok and appears to be killing weeds, however the administrative side could not get it together at all. Owner chooses what he wants to hear from customers and changes agreements apparently based on what is convenient for him. Nothing but problems and do not recommend.
Buyer Beware. The companys customer invoice lists charges for aerated and seeding work on the front and back yards, but upon further inquiry with the company, I learned only the front yard is aerated and seeded. Previous aeration work missed seeding on one side of the front yard and upon inquiry, this company claimed my irrigation system was not working to properly water the seed. $125.00 later for a service call by my irrigation system service provider and a visit by this companys employee to my house confirmed neither seed was sown nor were their issues with the front yard irrigation system. I paid for full aeration and seeding, but work was only performed on 3/4 of the yard in 2022. This company informed me it was too late to seed the remaining 1/4 of the yard. I phoned this company, and asked for a partial refund, but was told theyd make sure the entire was seeded-next time. They forgot my name and I have since canceled the service due to a lack of confidence in their ability to perform quality service. Please note their aeration services costs increase annually - without previously informing the customer of the increase until after the invoice is left at the property. Staff who performed work in my yard were polite, wore professional attire, and were often new to the position.
Weed Man has changed our lawn drastically over a year! The staff is friendly and the owner is respectful and highly knowledgeable in lawn care. Ill be with Weed Man for the foreseeable future.

Weed man has helped us make an amazing lawn. When we bought our house the yard was dead after years of neglect. They guided us on how to restart our lawn, addressed numerous soil quality issues and have helped us manage our weeds. We now have a lawn which is the envy of our neighborhood.
