We have been using Grassroots of Tidewater for 1 year and are very satisfied with the results we are seeing in our yard. We are pretty excited to have a beautiful carpet-like grass just like our neighbors! We can tell which neighbors use Grassroots and which ones do not. First application went down and the weeds are beginning to die. Yayyy!!! The Owners are very knowledgeable in their work and go above and beyond to ensure the proper chemicals are needed by taking a soil sample for your lawn. Highly recommend!
I've had a larger company performing grass treatment services for over 10 years, and within one year of service with Grassroots my lawn is thicker, healthier, and more weed free. Also they listen to my concerns and take mediate remedial action. They care about me and my grass.

This is my first experience with Grassroots. I was not happy with my last provider. I felt like my last provider wasnt listening to me, and I was getting an inferior outcome. I got a couple of recommendations from my neighbors saying they were happy with Grassroots. Craig came out, walked my lawn, listened to my concerns, and I was happy with him and his quote even though it was higher than my last provider. Craig came out at scheduled time and made the application without any problems. Great job.

I just canceled the service... To date I have only received three (3) applications and when I called to cancel, I was informed that I hadnt received two(2) applications from last year..reason, we forgot you Negative
Professional work
We get a reminder when it is time to treat our lawn. Greg does a professional job. If the dogs happen to be in the back yard, he will come back, or knock and ask us to bring them in. Very professional, Great results. Just had them treat the trees, shrubs, and lawn for Mosquitos and the lawn for flees and ticks. Just wish our neighbors used him, we wouldnt have weed seeds blowing into our lawn.

I had never used a lawn service to treat my lawn before but late last year I contracted Grassroots because I was tired of the weeds and dealing with it myself. They have been out about 3 times now and I cannot be happier with the results. The weeds are disappearing and the color and texture of the grass is awesome. They are very friendly and professional and they show up when they say they are coming.
