They failed to perform services on the agreed upon days, stating our normal day was actually later in the week - Thursday instead of Tuesday. I waited, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Its now Friday morning and my lawn remains uncut, with no communication about delays. Go somewhere else if you want someone to actually cut your grass.

They leave grass clippings in the street which eventually make their way to the river system. Not good for the environment. I called the company twice with no response.

The team at Budget Cuts is awesome! My yard was overgrown and the mulch in my flower beds was in need of lots of help. Overgrown, outdated and filled with leaves. They got my lawn and landscaping looking gorgeous for the summer season! Very affordable too!

Terry Hess and his crew offers great value for the service provided. His prices are in-line with other lawn maintenance companies. I m extremely pleased with his responsiveness and friendliness - this is important to me. His methods of weed control eliminated over 95% of the weeds and dandelions in yard - the wife is happy about less weeds. Doing my own lawn maintenance would normally take me 2 hours; his crew and him can do it in 45 minutes. I also appreciate the recommendations he makes about increasing the health of my lawn and filling in the dead patches. It s a great investment for a healthy lawn and curb appeal.

There is no better feeling than coming home from work and seeing a freshly manicured lawn. This was my first season working with Terry and I m glad he was able to get me in his schedule. Seen all the reviews of this company and thought I would give them a try and wasn t sure what to expect! After paying upfront and doing everything online I was a little worried about the work getting done ! Let me just say , that I never talked to Terry ( they owner ) just had requested his service and paid him and he sent me a text and requested me to email him , which I did ! On only the second day after the email I called the company number to see when I was going to get put on the schedule and Terry answered the phone and said Hello Gary ( impressive that he knew my name ) informed me that he was actually on the way to my house to start working but didn t want to bother me because he seen that I had posted to his site that I work a night job and would be sleeping! He showed up with his amazing partner, Charles at 830am and went to work cleaning up my yard , weed eating , cut the grass , pulled weeds and said he would come back the next day to mulch and clean up, and he did ! My yard looks amazing and you can tell they both care about the work they do ! They didn t know I was looking out my window when the we re finishing up and watched both of them walk around my yard , TWICE!! To make sure everything was done !! Amazing work by two amazing people !

I havent used him for my yard yet, but does an AMAZING job on my neighbors yard. Update: I had to increase Budget Cuts rating from 4 stars to 5. Terry cut my lawn last week and his work was excellent. Im particular about the height of my grass, and he respected that without me having to ask. In addition, he edged and cleaned my property just as I would. I highly recommend his companys services because you will not be disappointed.

Budget Cuts came out and aerated my yard. They did an outstanding job. They had a professional aerating machine that did my yard in about an hour, which would have taken me all day! (30,000 sf). The price was extremely reasonable. I have had aeration done before but not like this. They did my whole yard, and every corner, and even the space between my sidewalk. They were polite and professional. I will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Was with overpriced competitor for three years and finally shifted to Terry s team after getting a quote that was over three times what Terry quoted for fall clean up, mulch, overall yard work in prep for house selling. Couldn t be happier with results and job was done 2 business days after initial contact. You can t go wrong with Budget Cuts!

They responded quickly and were able to get me a quote in no time, which was extremely reasonably priced, and they got all the yard work done just a couple days after that. They did and excellent job on the lawn, cleaning up the flower beds, and trimming shrubs and trees. They went above and beyond doing more work than I specifically asked them to do. I am giving Budget Cuts a good review because I had injured my leg and was unable to cut my grass. I called Budget cuts because a friend recommended them. They were able to fit me in their schedule the very next day. They showed up on time and gave me a quote that I could afford because I am on a limited budget. They were efficient and did a wonderful job.
