BrightView Landscapes in Cherry Hill Township

BrightView was out at my apartment complex this morning landscaping and they went above and beyond. I have a balcony on the first floor that is COVERED in leaves, I never got around to get the leaves out from fall and it has really been piling up. A couple of guys cleaned all the leaves out for me and the surrounding mulch area and it looked so amazing. Not only did they do that small thing for me, but they made the entire apartment complex landscaping look amazing as well! Just wanted to thank the company!

Brightview Landscaping is a great company! Rob and Chris are great to work with. They make sure my HOA are kept in pristine condition and work with challenging personalities each day with a smile. I am happy to say they are our landscapers!

Brightview has been a great company to have as our supplier. We can count on them for a variety of services between landscaping, snow removal, and painting parking lots. Very quick responses with the work being finished even quicker!

Horrible company! They will damage your siding, sprinkler heads and never return your phone calls! Rob Dwyer, manager of the Cherry Hill location, is absolutely the worst and will not take responsibility for anything or even return a phone call !!! Managers are never on site when their working staff is on location, not even to just follow up! As a commercial business DO NOT have your company sign any contracts with BrightView Landscaping! Just Google them! Their reputation speaks for itself! Whenever you give a negative review BrightView types a comment stating- we'll look into it, or email us so we can resolve the problem! IT'S ALL LIES! We have emailed them, we've called many times locally and the Corp Office! They will never return your calls or else we wouldn't need to post these reviews!

Would not recommend this company at all. STAY AWAY. They are supposed to be cutting my community weekly, which now has turned to every other week. When they do come to cut the grass, majority of the yard work is done with a weedwacker. So you can imagine how uneven and terrible that looks. They never blow off any of the left over grass. Sometimes they completely forget to cut my backyard and when they do GUESS WHAT, THEY DESTROY YOUR PATIO. The worker tried to squeeze their large riding lawnmower into a small corner that could barely fit a walking lawnmower and each time he does this it knocks down my pavers on my patio. Terrible job each and every time the grass is cut. Never weedwacks the edges so over grown. UPDATE: I have been calling the company and left multiple emails and have yet to get a call back. It has been 4 days.

Worst landscaping company ever!!! They put blowers in young boys hands and send them off with no training and so if you’ve just mulched and pay money on your mulch, they will come and gladly blow it onto the grass and then blow it all over your patio instead of using the blower to clean the area they use it to make mess so that you have to come home and pick up mulch off your lawn and sweep your patio. I do not recommend this horrible company.
