TruGreen Lawn Care in Chelmsford

Do NOT apply here. They screwed us over way too many times to count financially and when I called to cancel any future services they post poned it so our account went into negatives and they wouldn t fully refund what they stole from us. Just avoid TruGreen all together

First day of training went pretty awful !! was me and another 1st day person. No real training, a hot day and had to wear a mask at all times . The truck we had the air conditioner did not work.my co worker only lasted the first day. My second day was just as hot masked and whats the chance of getting a different vehicle again no air conditioning. Well to say I only lasted 2 days .Not a customer friendly company. They want you to do a list of 16 or more customers. Not a nice place to work.

They stop communicating when they were coming and there were times when I wasnt sure they performed the service they charged for. This year I m positive of it. They sent an email that they service my yard today and I am 100% positive they did not.

As a landscape industry professional, I can without any doubt say that TruGreen is one of the most unprofessional, ill equipped, understaffed, and incompetent lawn care specialists if you can even call them that, that I have ever had to deal with. Their communication is all but non-existent, they can never seem to honor their schedules, which makes managing expectations with clients impossible, leading to so much unnecessary frustration on both ends. The quality of work they provide is sub-par at best, the employees they have currently staffed are uneducated and exhibit minimal effort or care when it comes to the lawn care services they are paid to provide. Lawns are consistently left with patches, burnt, and are overall further damaged after applications. The most concerning aspect of all however is the lack of accountability for the poor quality of work they continue to provide. Any time there is a client complaint forwarded to their company rep, we are continuously met with excuse after excuse, and the issue is rarely remedied to the clients contentment. Overall they clearly do not take pride in the quality of service they provide and need to make some serious changes.

I used Trugreen for one season several years ago. But the quality was really bad, it was even worse than I do it by myself. So I stopped using them and do it myself since then. But the worst part of this company is their telemarketing people who calls year over year to ask me back to Truegreen. They are super unprofessional and represent Trugreen in a really bad way. Sometimes, once they heard that I will not use them, they just hang up the phone immediately. Sometimes they argued that they do it better. There was one time one of their agent even laughed at my lawn and say it was ugly, with knowing that their team did a even worse job years before. Base on my experience with Trugreen, I do not think this company really care or respect their customers. They just want your money without caring the quality of their work. Regardless of how good commercial they have on TV, I will never go back to Trugreen and do not recommend it to anybody.

I ve cancelled this service because they have the worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my lifetime!!!! Yet they keep showing up and servicing my lawn despite me hiring someone else !! They are destroying my lawn because they keep adding different treatments interfering with my service provider treatments!!! And I have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges !!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Very poor customer service, company is very disorganized. I hired truegreen all year long lawn care treatment and for multiple times, the service was delivered to my Neighboors house. I called many times reporting the problem but still no one cared about it. I had one person saying that they got too many calls daily and I would have to deal with it. The only people that talk to you nicely and respectfully are the sales person when they want you to buy their package, other than that, good luck with it.

Do yourself a favor and do not use TruGreen. TruGreen cannot help your lawn, they will destroy it. The local management will come to your house, try to remediate the issues, and then make it worse. If you want to spend a fortune to repair your entire yard, spend even more time trying to call customer service, and end up with nothing but headaches, then call TruGreen. Otherwise, stay FAR AWAY from this company.

Originally set this service up was supposed to receive a 50% discount never did. The first service they claim to have done a service that was never done. The ants are still all over my yard. None of the grass has grown back. I had to lay my own grass seed down. They have attempted to come out to my home 4 times on one month. This ran me a bill of over 500$ and this was not supposed to be done at all. I had a guy texting me none stop trying to set up more service dates that I didnt need. I would not recommend this company. Very shady and dont do the work the claim to do. I called for a refund and the refuse to give it to me. Had to call and dispute the transaction with my bank. Thanks for making me late in my rent. How nice of you people.

All you need for a beautiful lawn is to water, mow regularly and let True Green fertilize. The cost of their service is comparable to buying fertilizer yourself, with the benefit of not having to figure out which fertilizer to apply and when.

This was a very complete service spraying in the front and back yard for mosquitoes. I saw him go all around the house. I did not see him go to the far back yard, but he said that he did it. Allan does a good job and quick!

They are terrible!!! They never ring the door bell and there is never any evidence of them being there. It seems like a big scam all around.

WARNING! Stay away from this company . Absolute disaster when it comes to reliability and professionalism. Signed up June 2023 and only 1 service completed since ( should be at least 4) . Multiple service cancellations without explanation. Management tried to throw more discounts instead in my face rather than fixing servicing problems. Bad business !

The TruGreen technicians have always checked in when they arrive at my home to see if I have any concerns or special instructions. They are most professional and do all they can to please the customer. They also did soil aeration with the seeding.

I use them to control the mosquitos. They come regularly without needing to contact them. There have been occasions when heavy rain soon after treatment rendered it less effective. I called them and they scheduled an extra treatment. Their system works.

Worst company ever!! They are absolutely horrible I recommend never to use them. Charge you when you cancel their services 3 months before and they did a horrible service on my lawn that s why I canceled them. Bad Company all the way around.

The tech went beyond the scoop of his duty s to inform use during rain storm our car window was open. But going to the front door and back door to alert us. His attention to detail serving treating my grass was outstanding.

Don t prepay for work done as they don t perform the work and then provide no customer service to fix the issue. Done with TG Update! Yet again TG failed to deliver on their scheduled date. Continuously get a text stating they are unable to perform the service today. 3rd update- these guys tried to charge me again on autopay after several attempts to cancel last year. Had to go through my CC to back-charge. This time $700 What a bunch of crooks

This joke of a business treated my property without my knowledge or consent. I have never used them or had an account with them. Still have yet to get a reply from the supervisor who is supposed to reach out. The customer service reps will not give any numbers to a supervisor to contact. So they showed up, trespassed on private property and sprayed my yard with chemicals. With two very young children, I would have never given consent to this work being done. Someone at their office put down the wrong address and have someone else s name as my address. Judging by the rest of the reviews I m not surprised as it seems this company is consistently screwing up. I don t even use this terrible excuse for a business and I never would. I feel bad for the people who subscribe to them and don t get the work done while here they are out applying pesticides and chemicals to private property that they don t even service.

I used Trugreen for quite several years. their professional service are much better than my amature ones. my lawn was improving year by year. the best part I like is the weeds control. Most agents are polite and covered all areas thoroughly. There were two occasions that the agent said they did the service but actually they did not. one is about aggregation. You can tell there is no dirt no hole on lawns. But this is rare case. In general service is good and I highly recommend that.

Service is so poor. They have missed the grub treatment date twice now and keep moving out the date 7-10 days and then dont shoe up. Local office doesnt answer the phone an you call corporate and they do nothing but apologize.

Very poor lawn service. They scheduled and then cancelled lawn service 5 times in June 2022 . No technician shows up. Last year they billed me, without performing service. As a result , lawn is not in good shape. I have customer service multiple times and formally launched compliant.. Been their customer for past 8 years, the service level has gone down drastically!!

Truegreen is a complete waste of money. After using truegreen for several months, our lawn is completely brown and dried up (even with an irrigation system). I called them several times to let them know the situation. They said they would send someone out for free to assess the situation and the person never showed up. In addition, their field staff doesn t stay longer than 4-5 minutes each treatment. They are very careless when they arrive and do not treat the entire lawn, they try to do it as quickly as possible and leave without spending adequate time for treatment. I will not be using truegreen any longer nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Absolute garbage! Don t waste your money!

Called to cancel service lawn is completely dead due to the drought so I don t need it any longer this season. Went through full process with CSR and was told it was cancelled. Came home today to find a sign on the lawn saying another treatment had been applied. Called again and was told there was no record of cancellation and no notes on the account and I was still responsible for the bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BBB complaint is next.

First attempt the guy said my gate was locked so could not aerate. All he had to do was pull the latch which is on the front of the gate. Second time they came they aerated wrong area and ruined new grass that was just starting, despite the notes and calls not to do that area. Then they forgot to overseed. You can never get a manager, only answering service. I will not use again for anything. Terrible customer service!

Mosquito service has helped allot, we use to not be able to use our yard now we frequent it.

I was run off the road today and almost hit a house by a driver in the South Lowell, MA area. License plate #T39 020. I was driven into a ditch and the Tru Green box truck took off as quickly as he could escape so I could not gain information on his truck. He was driving recklessly and came barreling off a side street onto a main road. If I was not able to see how he was driving before he came onto the main road I would have been critically injured in a serious accident. Local authorities were given the details and there were multiple witnesses to the incident. Shame on this driver for his lack of ethics. I pulled over, shaking and terrified and concerned both I or my car had been damaged, and this driver had no other concern than to get away from the scene as quickly as possible.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I definitely would. TERRIBLE company to hire & even worst company to work for. Over works their employees with unrealistic expectations. They will work you like a dog , micromanage you, set you up for failure and doesn t want you to stop for breaks. Every Customer s house I went to had so many complaints about Trurgreen more than half of them canceled service. They will stick a kindergartner on your lawn if it means meeting their quota. I ve been a customer with TrueGreen/Scott s since 2016. It s wasn t until we sold our prior residence and moved into our new home(2019)in Methuen that we had issues with the new service branch from Chelmsford, MA. This branch is poorly managed and the district mangers should oversee and address this branch appropriately and immediately. The poor google reviews from other consumers say it all. After having many mistakes and missed/ extremely late applications throughout 2020, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped that this year (2021) would be managed in a positive light. Well, today, was my first application by Truegreen Chelmsford branch. I had notations all over my account warning the branch NOT to use liquid applications(Only Granular.) Furthermore, I aerated and overseeded my lawn a couple of weeks ago and I called again in order to warn the branch not to use pre-emergent weed control because it would kill the $200+ I spent in grass seed. Again, this was notated in my account and all of my needs were disregarded. The branch did pretty much what they felt like. My mother in law was home today and spoke to the technician herself and warned the technician about the overseeding and my concerns before he told her I shouldn t overseed in the spring and only in the fall and then proceeded to do everything I did NOT want done. By the way, I m not a rookie with lawn care, I actually overseed and aerate both in Spring and Fall. Long story short, beware of this Chelmsford branch. I am currently awaiting a call back from a district manager in hopes that my old service branch from Andover can takeover my account from Chelmsford. (If enough of us make a switch to a different branch and refuse service from Chelmsford, it might one day change it for the better.)

Horrible service. Can not speak to anyone local on the phone. Phone wait times for national service is long. Was never notified of second service, they just showed up, less than 24 hrs before lawn was being cut for first time. Service has been cancelled.

Initial experience with TruGreen has not been great, I also got those fake mosquito treatment reports. The Sales Manager committed on resolving the situation. I will edit this post when I have some news. Update: it was never resolved to satisfaction and we had to terminate the service and get a refund. We chose another company for the mosquito treatment and we treat the grass ourselves, and it has been working great.

Very persistent to sell me the service, but once prepaid I was the one that had to be persistent to get them to take care of weed and crab grass issues which never happened. Once the guy actually showed up and said he didnt have the right chemicals to spray and left. Called multiple times to the 800 number requesting to speak with the local rep or franchise and it never happened. I wasnt planning to leave a review I was just not going to review the service but when I just went out to cut the grass and saw more crabgrass than ever, just got frustrated and needed to write this review. They pretty much went 5 weeks without a service and I had to call, once I called they did 2 services the same day to catch up. Still till this day never came back to take care of crabgrass issues. A representative showed up yesterday and I thought finally! and then I realized he came by to try to sell me on pest control. I really thought I was being pranked. Today I received a text trying to get me to buy more services. Its like no one communicates within the company, may be just too big of of a franchise and forgot the customer service aspect of service. Every time I called I got the same , Im so sorry what can we do to take care of this, but all talk no action. Wont be surprised if the response to this review is similar. I will not be using this company again.

Very disappointing customer response. They claim to provide services that were not performed, do not show up when scheduled and there is no local customer service.

TruGreen treated my home last two years including a grub treatment. I have experienced SEVERE grub damage both years. It has taken me 3-4 phone calls to get anyone to recognize this problem, yet no service call on the matter has occurred to date. You cant get through to any branch or area managers. They are more than happy to just spread the fertilizer on my dead grass and in some cases dirt. TruGreen has no (Zero) customer support.

I have used TruGreen for years. They have done a great job on my lawn which is the greenest in my neighborhood.

They are HOORIBLE, they showed up half the time and the other half did a shoddy job. Today they showed up and did only the small patch of front lawn, when my husband called on it he was told that was all they have been doing...NOT...we paid to have our yard done..they were more interested in a couple of bushes we have in the front. Everyone we were home they did the yard...NOT HAPPY with this deplorable company. They dont care about customers nor are their customer service people helpful...just want to tell you that you didnt sign up for that...sorry I have my contract and yes I did...YOU just FAILED TO SUPPLY what I PAID FOR!!!!! Stay away from this rip off company!!!!!!

Total scam. My front yard camera shows the technician dragging the hose and then spraying the lawn all in less than 30 seconds and my backyard camera shows him dragging the hose and then spraying the lawn all in less than 40 seconds. A total of 70 seconds for 1/2 acre property.

Unless someone calls me very soon to rectify this I will be telling them to cancel any future treatments (still havent got the first one) and going with another company. I have never dealt with someone with as poor customer service as Bethany from the Chelmsford branch. Talking over me constantly and not understanding the underlying issue. It got to the point where I had to ask for someone above her to contact me because I could not deal with her talking over me. At the moment I expecting a call from someone above her. I had requested that earlier in the conversation and she originally told me she was the highest person at the Chelmsford branch. After continuous back and forth thinking I was as high as I could get I finally asked for a number to corporate explaining I no longer wished to speak with her because it was unproductive. She then informed me her supervisor Nicole would contact me soon. Hopefully Nicole can turn this around after the horrible taste left in my mouth with her subordinate in charge of handling customer issues.

Two separate technicians wrote fake service reports for lawn treatments that were not performed. I have been trying for one week to contact the Branch Manager. I could more easily contact Donald Trump than speak to this elusive person. I am a long-time customer and extremely disappointed with this branch. NEVER PRE-PAY!!!

Gave it 5 stars so people read it. This company makes a business off taking your money and giving little or in my case NO service. Save yourself the time and money and do not do it.

I found TruGreen services through Angies list, where they were very well rated, to complete a lawn Aeration project at my home. The representative at TruGreen contacted me within hours of my request, reviewed the my needs and the scope of work. After speaking with them I agreed to the price and was asked for a credit card. They told me the work would be performed the next week. (which was last week) when the work was not completed as promised, I reached out to the TruGreen customer service line where a friendly representative listened to my issue, and assured me she would resolve it. She confirmed my service order ans assured me that the service would be performed this week between Monday and Thursday and that I would receive a confirmation call when the work was actually scheduled. I received that call yesterday saying the service would be performed today (Wednesday 7/29). waited all day but no one came to complete the aeration. called Tru Green again tonight and was told it looks like the aeration is now scheduled for August 5th. Seems like the customer service at this business is not good and once they have your payment, the urgency to complete the work as promised, just isnt a priority. This is my first experience with Tru Green and unless things get a lot better very quickly, it will certainly be my last

Have used TruGreen for some years now and the whole appeal to me was getting fertilizer and weed control taken care of. Most recent visit destroyed parts of my lawn. It looked like whoever did the work noticed something was wrong and changed the spreader midway through application. Nothing explaining the screw up in the door hanger, no phone call, no email. I called TruGreen which only routes you to the national number and a request was put in to send someone to evaluate the situation. It took a week for someone to show up. I explained everything to the person that showed up who agreed it was damaged. He said he would put in a repair order to get someone out to the property to repair the lawn. A week went by with no calls and no one showing up. I called TruGreen back to discover that nothing had been recorded about the damage to my lawn, so I had to start over again. The only option was to put in a request to have someone call me back in 48 hours. That happened just now and whoever I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful telling me that there was zero information about the damage to my lawn or problems in their system. This is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. All I want is to talk to someone and fix the problem, but TruGreen made that impossible. As such I cancelled my service and am now leaving this review. TruGreen is not cheap and based on this experience I can tell its just a scam. The TruGreen employees that I have spoken to at times who show up in the trucks are nice, but the business model is flawed and the customer service is lacking. For what they charge I am very disappointed in the lack of service.

Got mosquito service, they are supposed to come every 30 days, its more like every 50, even with multiple calls asking them to come. Still have tons if mosquitoes.

They are pretty good with lawn care. But are not on schedule often delaying multiple days. Mosquitoe program was not very great and depends on who does the work. I have not got consistent results.

This company is horrible, I have been a customer for ten years. They burnt my grass and told me it was because of watering. I didn t believe I owed the money for the bad quality, so went back and forth with them until I spoke with a manager. I think his name was Steven, very rude and over talked myself, I just remained quiet thinking he was going to fix the problem, Two weeks later I got a bill from a collection agency. Are you kidding me??? Scumbags!!!

I switched from LawnDoctor to TruGreen because their pricing was slightly better. I wish I hadnt. My lawn actually looks worse than it did at the start of the season. Additionally, they have rescheduled my aeration and overseeing three times. The technician reported that it was done today when it was not actually done. The office never seems to be open, and their customer service department is never able to actually help me. They simply take messages and tell me someone will call back, but nobody ever does. I would bit recommend TruGreen. LawnDoctor was far more professional, had excellent customer service, did a great job on my lawn, and is worth the few extra bucks.

This past summer Trugreen bought out my old lawn treatment company, Turf Logic. Since Turf Logic started treating my lawn roughly 10 years ago, the grass was always green and mostly weed free. If there were any weeds growing I would call them up and they would come out and re-treat my lawn to remedy the problem. I was very happy with Turf Logic and would continue to use them if they were still in business. Once Trugreen bought them out I was told that there would be no changes in service and my lawn would be treated with the same care and services as years prior. Turf Logic started the year treating my lawn and it was green and weed free. Unfortunately after Trugreen s first treatment my lawn started to go brown no matter how much I watered it. After Trugreen s second treatment the lawn started to die. I increased the watering but the lawn continued to die off to the point that 75% of the lawn was dead. After contacting Trugreen regarding the problem they sent out a tech to look at the lawn. He gave it another treatment but it did not resolve the problem. I contacted the Trugreen office to give them an opportunity to resolve the problem and I did not get a response. I have since canceled my services with them. Also, I have two neighbors whose lawn treatments were taken over by Trugreen. Both were very happy with Turf-Logic s services but disappointed by Trugreen. Both are considering canceling with Trugreen.

Well, so far this spring they have spread lime on my lawn, and I got the tree and shrub oil spray, which protects the leaves from losing moisture during the winter, plus for the spring, it is supposed to prevent any insects eggs from hatching if they are on the leaves of the trees, I believe. Next should be the weed and feed, which has a crabgrass preventer in it, and I am now only getting the organic fertilizer, because the chemical fertilizers are harmful to our waterways and rivers, and I live several blocks from a river, so the fertilizer eventually leaches down into the ground water and into the streams and rivers, which is not good for the fish and wildlife in and along the rivers, and also in our oceans where the water eventually ends, so organic is the best way to go for everyone. Organic fertilizer breaks down slower than the chemical fertilizers, and stays near the roots , so they can use the fertilizer and the microorganisms it also helps, which also helps the worms and other soil dwellers, plus it leaves your soil nice and soft. It wont get hard after using chemicals constantly. Overall , I would say they do a good job . any problems, you just call them and they will send someone out to look at the problem and they will rectify it asap.

Decided to try out a mosquito control company this year. I searched the reviews for TruGreen mosquito control and noticed a bunch of negative reviews. So I called them and after speaking with the customer service agent he convinced me that if they could not get the mosquitoes under control they would come back and respray as many times as needed and they would ensure we would have no mosquitoes. Before continuing I want to make sure everyone knows I am aware that theres no way to get rid of every single mosquito but there should be a noticeable difference if you are spraying a mosquito repellent. After our first application I noticed a little bit of an effect but that quickly changed and we called for a re application. It took it took them one week to come back out. When they came back out they sprayed the yard again and that night I was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Once I called back and told him what was going on they told me that they would not be able to come back out for another 7 days and then proceeded to tell me that it takes seven days in order for the chemicals to start activating. Which obviously is not the case. They will be sending somebody out but its going to take another 6 days. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is my second and last year with Trugreen. Last year I had great service and the lawn looked good. This years 1st visit on April 15 they fertilized and applied crab grass preemergent. Approximately 9 weeks later on June 21st I got the 2nd visit. They came back , fertilized and applied grub control at the same time. They listed this one visit as 2 visits for a total of 3 of the 7 visits I am suppose to receive. The third week of July I called regarding an issue with nutsedge grass. On July 31 the tech arrived and sprayed an area approx.,10 X 15 . No fertilizer and nothing else done. They then charged this as my 4th visit of my 7. As of 4/15 to date my lawn has been fertilized twice compared to 4 times during the same period last year.Calls to Trugreen were a waste of time as was an E- Mail explaining my issues with them that they did not respond to. Your visits every 4 to 6 weeks does not happen and their visit to your property as often as needed apparently happens and you are charged as a visit which comes off your total for the year.

Very poor performance of Chelmsford/Andover office - They have missed several appointments and I have called 4 times to have weed control applied to resolve a Spurge issue. Today the tech finally showed up and said he was doing a treatment. Great - asked him what treatment he was doing and general fertilizer and root enhancement, no weed control. Asked him about weed control and he said that is a different group and I need to call 800# to get it. He showed me the work order and it clearly stated weed control for Spurge to be applied first.

Worst service in Littleton/Chelmsford MA. They made my lawn patchy with uneven fertilizer application. When I call and ask the customer service was rude and said that is what I get. They followed up about other services later in the month and when I complained again they said they will come back to correct it. But when they called me to schedule to clear the mess they made, they said it s additional paid visit

This is the first and only year I will be using trugreen the account manager Mike does not respond to emails, I have missed treatments and have asked for return trips which never happened. My lawn has never looked this bad I should never switched companies. Update: They were suppose to be here here on September 13 for a reply never showed or updated me. I ended up calling they were suppose to be here today September 19th they never showed up again. Be aware they dont stand behind their product or give you what you paid for. I will be in touch with the better business bureau

I made a contract with them for $250 for 7 visits. So far they only came 4 times until September 18. Theres no progress. Nothing changed. Even the wheats are still the same. When I went to their office they only refunded partial of my money. They are thiefs. They spray water, not chemicals. Im going to court to get my money back.

3 cancellations in a row after being prepaid. Definitely not as advertised.

Products seem to be fine. Scheduling is not good and communication is not timely and sometimes after the fact.

My lawn already looks great with my service just starting in August. Its thicker, dead spots are revived, and crabgrass is dying with the lawn a much deeper, greener color. The technicians are scheduled, prompt, and knowledgeable. So glad I got this service.

Horrible experience! Signed up, had first service June 8th. Called back end of July wondering when my next service was, they apologized and scheduled for August 2nd, when only a weed spot treatment was done. No fertilizer, full lawn was beginning to be overrun by crabgrass and now it is entirely crabgrass. Called immediately after August 2nd service (or lack thereof) and have had the follow up service scheduled, with no show and no calls, 4 times. I have been calling 2-3 times per week to get my lawn serviced, but clearly they are unable to help. I was told numerous times they would call me back and for all the times I ve called them, they have never called me back. I wish they would ve told me this when I initially inquired about the service early in the summer. They must have too many customers to actually care about my lawn, probably to care about anyone s lawn. I have spent so much time and energy on getting my lawn treated and finally just canceled the service. Thanks for not caring about your customers, not taking the time to let them know you won t be able to show up to an appt, and not servicing lawns properly. By far the worst service I ve ever signed up for.

Avoid TruGreen Chelmsford. They sell you on their expertise and guidance, yet they provide me a season of consistent and expensive failure. I challenged them for 2 concerns: bald spots and lawn moss. By mid-season last year, it was clear the drought conditions were working against us. I called mercy and they explained they were dropping seed and it will lie dormant until the rain returns. However, I would go out after a seed application and I could literally count the sparse, doomed seeds on my large dirt patch. When I asked why I have more moss, they explained that I need to be going out there before they pop by so I can agitate the moss with a rake first. Could have been helpful advice day 1. Point is, they continue to improperly treat the moss and dirt patches while offering no follow-through or guidance beyond a sales pitch. When I finally called them to cry mercy and cancel all future applications, I thought it was understood they would not be back. AGAINST my request, they came back to perform an $800+ aeration and seed dump on my acre of dirt. Unbelievable. Your local landscaper can give you personalized consultation and service for less. What prompted me to post this now is that they actually called me back to set up another season, for hundreds of dollars less. Insulting. Avoid

I like that we get advance notice and that the specialist comes when scheduled. Also, a description of what was done, by whom, and when the service was accomplished is left behind.

This guy Mike Pacheco at TrueGreen Chelmsford is the biggest JERK on planet Earth. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I left him hundreds of voice mail, he would never respond to any of your questions or concerns. He needs to be fired ASAP.

After 6 treatments and a visit from their lawn care specialist our yard looks terrible! Trugreens own chemical spreader made burnt chemical trails in our yard. We have large patches of weeds throughout our yard which have never been resolved. The areas near rocks, edges of the driveway and close to our home were never treated for the copious weeds and they still persist today. I have filled out 2 customer satisfaction surveys, both indicating our extreme displeasure with their service, I that requested a manager come to our property to view the poor condition of the yard multiple times, no calls, no visits from a manager. I was instead sent a lawn care specialist who told me about the many other services that I would require to get my lawn in shape...none of which they recommended at the inception of our service plan. Knowing full well that we were unhappy and waiting for a manager, they came and did another $99 treatment without calling or asking!! Only when I called to cancel services for good were we asked can you give us another chance, we can send a regional manager out to visit with you. NO THANKS!! Stay away from this company!! They will kill your lawn and charge you money to do it!! Stupid people, stupid company, rotten service!!
