I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone. Hired this company to do the yard work every 2 weeks for two of our properties. Only to find out recently that the tenants have been mowing the yards this entire time. These people have been sending me invoices for work they never did for over 2 years, and I paid each one thinking that they were actually doing their jobs. Once I found out I called and emailed but no response. Politely requested that they issue a refund for services not rendered. Haven't heard a word back. Years, they billed me for work they did not do. This outfit is very sneaky. if you use them, you better be home to watch them work. Me personally, I can do business with crooks. DO NOT LET THE NICE WEBPAGE FOOL YOU!!

We received lawn service from them once with an agreement for monthly service and they never returned, We have been unable to reach them since after multiple attempts via text, email and phone. We now have to find another lawn service quickly after patiently waiting for them to respond.

Pros: They have a slick and attractive webpage. That drew me in to seek their services. Cons: Sam missed two appointments; called both times ten minutes before arrival time to notify me. Arrived on third day without any sort of plan. No checklist, nothing to take notes on, no process for assessing the irrigation system. So I provided him a diagram to use to write on. He walked the yard with me as I turned on each zone. I explained that I would like to have consistent watering pressure to prevent misting. He advised me that the system was in good shape. We found two clogged sprinkler heads and said they would be easy fix. We inspected the backyard and some heads were watering the neighbor’s property. He said, “because the water was coming from the lake, why worry about it? (but in my mind…what about electricity)? He then offered to wire valves together to reduce pressure. (?). In the end, he offered to move two heads eight-feet, and clean and change several sprinkler heads. His webpage has no indication of what he will charge, so my assumption is the average what I would expect from sites such as Angie’s List. The charge to come-out was $75.00 for an estimate. I was expecting normal spring-time adjustment work, but not one sprinkler was adjusted. When I did get estimate for work, it was for $1.283.80. The lesson I learned from all this is, when looking for service is to directly ask: 1. What can you expect when they arrive? 2. How much will it cost? I hope this review helps someone to receive good results in the future.

Very good experience with Sam and his team. Great with communication, and super professional. We left a complete gut and re-landscaping project totally up to them and they nailed it. Quoted us a great price, and completed the project in a short amount of time during a very busy season!

I've known of Lawn Pro's of Chattanooga for a while, but it wasn't until recently that I was able to reach out for their expertise. Sam and David along with another employee (didn't catch the name) helped me to seed, fertilize, and straw my yard after a major drainage job was completed. They were quick to come out, and you could tell when they left that they knew what they were doing. We hired LawnPros to finish what another landscape didn't do for us. Sam and his staff were incredibly pleasant to work with. They showed up on time and not only did what they were asked to complete but added their own personal touch and advice on a few of our projects. Our retaining wall looks great. Our new flower beds look great and the stonework edging looks awesome. We have a few more fall projects coming up and look forward to working with his staff. Customers for life!!
