Chattanooga Lawn Enforcement does more than just lawns, paul is really good at many things outdoors. We had him clean out our gutters and downspouts then install gutter guards. His price was very reasonable, he is very reliable and did a great job.

In December 2023, we contacted Paul of Chattanooga Lawn Enforcement about putting up icicle lights on the tallest gables of our house, which are three stories off the ground in some places. It's pretty dicey. We spoke to him on the phone and arranged for him to come over and give the estimate. He looked at the job and seemed reasonable and competent, so we hired him. He showed up the morning of to do the job and immediately pulled out these fancy roofer tools so that he could walk on our roof without dying (good!) and fancy shoes that also kept him from tumbling about 35 feet to the concrete (also good!). He did a fantastic job of putting up the lights while maintaining a sense of humor, which is pretty important when dealing with icicle lights. My husband worked on making sure the lights were all functional (they were not), and Paul scampered about like a good-natured squirrel, making our house look like a winter wonderland one string of lights at a time. By the time he left that evening, our house looked like Christmas, and both my husband and I decided that Paul was the nicest guy we had ever met in our lives. He was careful, professional, thorough, and conscientious and also funny--(He made an on-point Clark Griswald reference.) Also, he did not fall off the roof, so five stars for that, for sure. He checked every strand, and even though it was dark at that point, he got back on his ladder to make one section perfect. The result was delightful. In in a world in which we bemoan the dearth of good people to hire, Paul is a shining light of hope, as sparkly and festive as my house is now that it is dripping with icicle lights from every gable. Merry Christmas to all, and to all I say, "Hire Paul!"

Paul with Chattanooga Lawn Enforcement is amazing! We got Paul’s number off a FB search for outdoor Christmas lights. He did not disappoint, and was more than reasonably priced. He was kind, caring, and very respectful of our property. He was on time, and finished the job as promised. We will be working with him the future for our lawn care needs as well. I will note in the photo he didn’t hang the red lights so don’t judge them.

Chattanooga Lawn Enforcement did a great job cleaning up my landscape! My bushes and flower beds were so neglected and overgrown I thought my only option was to tear them out and start over. Paul worked tirelessly for several days cleaning up the beds, trimming the bushes, and laying landscape fabric and mulch. The beds now look better than did when I moved in 10 years ago. I will definitely use him again.
