Terry came to do some work in Mums garden which needed alot of TLC. It was a really hot day but he and his lovely wife did a great job. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Hard working and flexible workers. The garden clean up was a lot of hard work and they were flexible enough to deal with changes as they proceeded. Bear in mind that rubbish from the back garden had to be taken through the house and they filled two 12 yard skips. Good value for money !

The experience Ive had with this organization has been nothing short of disappointing. The final finish on the project is atrocious, far below any reasonable standard of quality. Not a single aspect of the work meets my expectations, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with the entire process. You truly understand what an organization is like when things go wrong. While everything may seem fine when there are no issues, the real test of a companys values and commitment to their customers comes when problems arise. Unfortunately, this organization has revealed its true colors in the face of adversity. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes and working to correct them, they have chosen to shirk their obligations and refuse to remedy the situation. The refusal to address the subpar workmanship has left me in a difficult position. The project, which should have been completed to a high standard, is now a mess that I am forced to sort out on my own. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide proper customer service speaks volumes about the companys approach to business and their disregard for their clients satisfaction. Its incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that not only delivers poor quality work but also fails to stand behind their services. The effort and resources I invested in this project feel wasted, as I am now left with additional costs and time commitments to fix their mistakes. This experience has been a major inconvenience and has caused a great deal of stress. When hiring a company for any service, there is an expectation of professionalism, competence, and reliability. Unfortunately, this organization has failed in all these areas. Their inability to deliver a satisfactory final product and their refusal to take corrective action demonstrate a lack of integrity and respect for their customers. The ordeal has been a stark reminder of the importance of choosing a reputable and dependable company. In hindsight, I wish I had done more thorough research and sought out more reviews before deciding to work with them. This experience has highlighted the significance of word-of-mouth recommendations and the value of trusting other customers experiences. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this company for any services. Their poor workmanship, combined with their refusal to correct their mistakes, makes them an unreliable choice. I do not recommend them to anyone who expects quality work and reliable customer service. It s better to invest a little more time and effort into finding a company with a proven track record of delivering excellent results and standing by their work. In summary, my experience with this organization has been overwhelmingly negative. The atrocious final finish and the complete lack of accountability have left me with a significant mess to resolve. Their true nature has been revealed through their actions, or rather, their inaction, in addressing the issues. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone and would urge others to seek out more reputable and reliable alternatives. It s crucial to work with businesses that value their customers and are committed to delivering high-quality results, something this company has utterly failed to do.

I dont use my real name on the internet, but this review is for a company called Inspired Landscape Gardening Services based in Chatham and the old guy named Terry, with a number ending in 672. I was looking for landscapers to replace the grass in my garden with tiles. I found other landscapers almost a thousand pounds cheaper, but I chose Inspired Landscape Gardening Services due to their positive reviews. I paid a partial amount, and they started the work. Perhaps this is part of their business plan, but they just left the work halfway done. At least five to six times they said they were coming, but they didnt show up. We canceled a few holidays and waited for them. Every time we heard excuses related to health or family issues. They sounded made up, as if they were busy working somewhere else. At one point, I was worried my work would never be completed. After several reminders and phone calls, they finally said they completed the work in around three weeks. Initially, they asked for one parking spot, but we provided two. We noticed they used my neighbors parking spot and left cement patches everywhere. We apologized and are blessed to have such good neighbors. The problems didnt end there. After a week or so, we noticed six tiles wobbling and two of them completely came off. We contacted Terry, and the same drama started again. This time, they promised to come ten times, but they didnt show up. I really got fed up with this company. I had to arrange the repair myself, and who knows how much extra thats going to cost. Worst mistake ever.

Am very happy to recommend this company. Terry and his team worked extremely hard in truly appalling weather conditions and their work of a very good standard. Communication with Terry throughout was very good and the after-care (e.g. ensuring that the turf set up roots) was exceptional and very appreciated.

I have never known a gardener to say it would take too long to remove weeds from a garden as part of clearing an overgrown garden and then walk out. Your response says a lot more about you than it does about me.

Very happy with the whole experience . My garden looks amazing, really pleased with the end result and the guys doing it were perfectionists! Would definitely recommend.

Terry was super efficient at getting us booked and talking through what he was able to do to get our garden looking it s best! And did a great job and tidying up hedges, and removing a large number of weeds! Thank you.

We needed a wheelchair access ramp to gain access to our back garden. The guys did a great job & worked hard on what wasn t a straightforward job. Terry kept us informed all the way through & visited the site each day to check on progress & answer any questions. The ramp has made a huge difference as my husband can now access the garden. Unfortunately my garden was not as expected once everything had been cut back. So it was a bit disappointing when finished. I would like to stress it was not because of the work done, it was the state of what was found under the undergrowth. BUT!! The two lads Bradley and Kurts who worked on my front and back garden worked very hard to solve the problems they came across. They were also the most polite and helpful young men l have met in a long time. I would recommend this gardening business.

I honestly cant fault the service. Our gardener was a lovely chap called Terry who came out to give us a quote and was back the very next day to do the work. We were quoted a very reasonable £80 to take our jumanji and turn it back into a tidy, lovely garden space. The work was so quick and to such a high standard that we decided to pay an extra £20 and I still feel as though we short changed him. In short: amazing work and I cant recommend highly enough.

Inspired Landscapes Gardening Services did a great job with my garden. They were very professional and reliable and particularly knowledgeable in their field. They helped to set up a maintenance plan to get my garden flourishing and become the sanctuary that it has the potential to be. The gardener assigned for this project (Brad) was especially diligent and polite. I would recommend their services.

Highly recommended, work done to a high standard

My garden had become so out of control, it was too much for me to fix it. I contacted Terry after reading his reviews, and was relieved that not only did he turn up & on time, he could see the potential and was keen to take my garden on as a project. He was keen to have the works started within 7 days of quoting. Which was ideal for me. Previously I had people out for a quote, they took one look at my garden and never to be seen or heard off again. - I didnt have this with Terry! The quote came within 24 hours. On day one I had a lovely young lad who worked so hard, full days work he had done the de - weeding and shaping of the conifers & Bush on his own. The next two days I had 2 men who fixed the patio & cleaned it up. Fix the bamboo, polished the bricks on the wall, cut the conifers right down & do all the painting both sides of the fence. Terry had a brilliant idea for covering the concrete posts, which was really cost affective. The whole team Charlie, Brad & Kirk worked really hard and under Terrys invision / plan. Im genuinely really pleased with the results of my garden & appreciate the hard work that went into it. there was no changes to the original quote either.

Great service, quoted me the same day I called them, managed to get Brad around the same week and have started to make it feel like a comfortable useable space again. I found Terry very easy to deal with and communication via email was easy with prompt responses . Jason visited to provide a quote for removal of existing turf and replace with new - approx 50sqm. Quote came in quickly and work commenced within a week or so. Jason & Jordan completed the work in 3 days. They were very professional and thoughtful and wanted to do a good job - which they did. Site was all cleaned of all rubbish and left in a very clean state. I am very happy with the finished lawn and would recommend Inspired Landscape Gardening Services.

This was the first by time I used Inspired Gardening Services. Arrived at pre-agreed time for estimation visit and when carrying out works, did a great job, very experienced advice and final cost matched the quotation. I will definitely be using again.

Didnt show first Saturday, I forgave him. Then asked him to come out next Saturday and confirmed with him Saturday 3rd, I see he read the message on Thursday 25th. He came out Saturday 27th instead. I asked if he was confused why didnt he message me to confirm. He continued to blame me, i said we will have to agree to dissagree.He then became very nasty. Had to block Terry in the end. He now replied with a twist, no where on the messages did he confirm the 27th he only stated its in the diary. Then thought to say your nan deserves better and I hope you dont go to church. How dare he become personal, I never became personal towards him or beliefs (silly man) I also have the messages!

Terry and his team done a great job at clearing both mums front and back garden stripping it right back. Made mum feel comfortable while they were there too. Terry and his team were very professional and did a very good job for one of our tenanted properties. From digging up the chalky ground, digging a soak away which was not an easy job, laying top soil and turf - they cleaned up after themselves every day before they left the property. I would highly recommend him and his team. They are even going back to do the first lawn trim a month after laying it .....super impressive!

My large garden was very overgrown and I thought it would take at least a week to put right. Well these guys worked wonders, they worked really hard and did the whole thing in 1 day. They started at 9am and just kept going straight through until 4.30pm. To say I am pleased with the result is a massive understatement. Would definitely recommend these guys

Well now I have a lovely neat and tidy garden that is a joy to sit in and enjoy the great weather that we have at the moment. I hired Inspired Garden Services to tidy up my sisters small front and back garden which had been neglected for years. I hadnt seen the garden for years and was shocked at how much work there was to do. I neednt have worried; within three incredible days the garden had been tamed and restored. Terry in particular was a human dynamo, working with thoroughness, care and sensitivity, understanding what needed to be done before I said it. He was totally professional in all he did, consulting me at every stage and sending before and after photos which were invaluable. We were in constant contact by text and email, and this gave me the confidence to let him work without needing to check on him.
