This landscaping company is an amazing group. I honestly believe they may be our guardian angels. After Hurricane Helena these guys drove to North Carolina just to help us out. They have worked non-stop for over 3 days and our yard looks amazing. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of our hearts, and God bless all of you! ❤️
Dos Amigos did a great job on our place. We had them replace the stairs, do some hardscaping and general landscaping work. They were professional and their work exceeded our expectations while being the most affordable in this area.
Dos Amigos is AMAZING! We have always struggled with the lawn (even with other outfits managing it) but the past two years our lawn has been incredible. Also, they are super responsive to any ad hoc requests and very professional, friendly and knowledgable. They also do our leaf removal and have even done some planting in our yard. They built the impossible retaining wall despite every complication thrown at them - 2 heat pumps on a steep hill, a propane line, a tight working space, hitting bedrock requiring hand chiseling. Throw in heat, air quality issues from Canadian wildfires- these workers never gave up. Dos Amigos delivers what they promise, a company built on integrity. Their workers are superheroes. The wall? I figure it will outlast the house. Great business for us lucky Cville residents!
Because they did work for a couple of neighbors, I contacted them (had to call twice before anyone got back to me) for some basic landscaping. One of the two amigos came by and we discussed my project, and he said he would send me a proposal by email. Never heard anything. Kind of typical for a contractor who is overwhelmed with work, or more likely someone who doesn’t really get that it’s about all customers in a referral dependent business. Perhaps the two amigos are not too happy with each other anymore. I think google requires at least one star to submit a review otherwise dos amigos would get nada
If you want the Rolls Royce of lawn care and grounds keeping services, then consider yourself lucky if you live in their service area. We just bought a property, near Castle Hill Cider, with eight acres of neglected land, of which about three is grassy turf with trees, bushes, flower beds, fences, and other intentional features sprinkled about. We had a hard time trying to get anyone out here to cut our lawn, which was becoming an emergency situation as weeds and paradise trees were quickly taking over. Once we found this company, they responded quickly to our message, they showed up on the date and time they had said they’d show up, and the work they did and continue to do is second to none. I don’t have any “before” pictures to show, but check out the manicured fields at Castle Hill Cider for their work - that’s all them. The best way I can describe the mowing service they provide without having to describe my property’s specific features is “detail oriented” and “exhaustive,” which is weird but the most accurate. Anyway, not only do they mow our lawn, but an entire “turf program” was designed especially for us on day one to create healthy grass and features free of weeds and paradise trees. We also had an initial cleanup of the property with a crew coming out to take care of the existing weeds and paradise trees, a multi-day process because they are so meticulous and thorough. The cherry on top is their rates - they seem to charge only marginally more than what seems to be the going rate according to some initial quotes (from teams that never showed up) and from talking to our neighbors, but it’s 150% worth it for this level of quality and reliability. They’re not the cheapest provider in town because they’re the best provider in town, I’m absolutely certain of this. But that being said, they’re STILL a deal considering what they deliver. Our turf program manager Taylor, he knows his stuff and you get the strong impression that he actually cares and loves what he does. He has a vision for our property, and it’s just so refreshing. So yeah, in conclusion, I’m just so thankful these guys exist.
I used Dos Amigos for an extensive yard renovation project last Fall. Project included ground re-leveling, tilling, and sod installation. After installation, the sod was landscaped and surrounding area mulched. They also dug a new drain line to the street for me. It was a serious project and they did great work. Their crew was also extremely kind to my new puppy. Overall, it was a great experience.
We have used Dos Amigos consistently for many years and have always been really happy with their prompt responses, quick turnaround times and high quality work. We have had them edge, mulch, cut back, mow and more. They have always delivered on time and their staff is kind, considerate and also understood that we needed some years to only do basic work, due to how much we could afford. They worked with what we asked for. After many people saw the work they did in our yard, I recommended them throughout our subdivision and have never heard a negative comment about them. My mother lives here as well and has them on a contract doing her whole yard and has always been very satisfied. Lee has contacted me personally, with each job, to make sure we were satisfied. A good local company, with good people and fair prices. You can't beat that. I highly recommend them.
Dos Amigos Landscaping did a great job clearing an overgrown septic dripfield.
Had several bushes planted .The crew didnt prepare the hole but just dumped the bushes in. Clay is so hard that the roots system could not expand. The bushes are now dying...the one year warranty was out so I am trying to keep the bushes alive. They replaced 3 but I have multiple bushes. They also planted bushes that the deer ate. Not a good company. Two years now, having half the bushes replaced by another land scape co.They were all eaten by deer or didnt thrive because they were not planted correctly. Tried to save them by having them replanted but it didnt work.

No matter the size of your job, Dos Amigos will take good care of you! They installed a brick path for us that constantly gets compliments, and they do general grounds keeping for us as well! Good people with high standards!
These guys are efficient and reasonably priced.
Called them after they picked up my neighbors leaves this fall. Received a call back confirming what I needed and that their service manager would get back to set up an appointment. I never received a callback. I checked my phone records to see if I had missed the call and noticed that I had called them last year and never received a return call. Poor service.

Dos Amigos did a great job on our place. We had them do some hardscaping and general landscaping work. They were timely, affordable, professional, and left our yard looking wonderful when they were done. We could not have been more pleased.
We have been so pleased with our patio. My husband says it is the best money we have ever spent on our home and I could not agree more! Dos Amigos was very reasonable, so easy to work with, and really helped us optimize our space.
I have used Dos Amigos Landscaping for several years. Mainly, Dos Amigos has helped me with pruning, cleaning my flower beds, edging my flower beds and mulch. Recently, Dos Amigos completed a winter prune of my property, installed gravel on some walkways and then mulched my flower beds. Great work, on time, polite and courteous.
We contacted Dos Amigos for power washing our home, and they did an awesome job! Very easy to work with, excellent communication, and even with our rather detailed requests, they nailed it! To top it off, when we got the bill, they said since the job went faster than expected, they reduced the price. Unbelievable! Great company, very highly recommend.
I reached out to Dos Amigos after they were recommended by our realtor and after I saw the great reviews on Angies List. Unfortunately, my experience has led me to question how they could possibly get such great reviews. I have received some of the worst customer service ever from Dos Amigos. I first contacted them by phone in April to get an estimate on some yard work. They did not respond to the voice mail I left, so I called again. This time I spoke to Daniel who said Ryan would contact me to come out and do an estimate. After not being contacted for several more weeks, I called again and finally Ryan (who apologized for being so busy) came out to give an estimate. After receiving the initial estimate, I realized he had not itemized some of the work (multiple jobs were lumped together with one fee). Also, I wanted to add removal of a large azalea to the estimate, so I e-mailed asking if things could be broken down further and the azalea removal added. His response was I will be by first thing in the morning, to make sure that I have the right hours for the leaves and brush pile. I will also add the large azalea into the estimate. I will have That out to you by end of the day tomorrow. That was on sent on May 22. He never showed up or sent an estimate. On June 14, I decided to give them one more chance and e-mailed a response asking where my estimate was. Ryans response on June 15 was Sorry for the delay in response, I had composed the email to send and forgot to send it was in my drafts. But from talking to my business owner, if you guys are going to be cutting the brush out of the woods it would be preferable to see what the property looks like after that is completeed so I can give you a more accurate estimate. I called and he said he would come out to the house within an hour to double check the debris piles we needed removed. That was last Friday, June 16th. Guess what? He never showed! Im done. We needed some simple yard work done. However, I have now wasted over 2 months of my time, and the work still isnt done. We are hiring another company!
Fall 2017-Over and above a quality job. We hired Dos Amigos Landscaping to regrade a large, oddly shaped, sloping gravel driveway that had not been attended to in about 10 years. In addition to performing the re-graveling, the crew carefully plotted the drainage directions to ensure excess water went in the right direction. When the job was completed the crew collected all refuse and debris and even swept and hosed out the carport which had collected dust during the project. They also followed up to ensure everything had gone well for us when the job was completed. Will definitely call on Dos Amigos Landscaping for future work.
