We were really impressed by our first lawn service with Damon Castillo of Naturalawn. His professionalism and technical knowledge was very evident as he advised us on the strategies needed to establish and maintain a healthy lawn. Very thorough analysis and recommendations given on where action was needed, in an engaging way. Educational handouts were also very appreciated.
Natural Lawn of America is a superior company. Their staff and technicians are professional, very knowledgeable and always kind. Beyond giving my lawn the nutrients and additives it needs to thrive, they educate me so that I can partner with them to keep and enjoy a healthy and beautiful lawn. I currently receive two of their services - Lawn care and Mosquito Ranger. The service techs that come to my house are friendly and knowledgeable. Service is fast and reliable. Collins Bennett recently did the mosquito treatment. Collins always does a great job - and is very kind and friendly to my dog. The dog is always happy to see Collins. I have found the NLoA prices to be affordable, and worth the cost. I appreciate the more environmentally responsible approach taken by this company and its employees.
NaturaLawn of America, Charlotte South is the best lawn company - my lawn always looks great! They have a great team of people who really care. They consistently treat my yard with quality organic products from corner to corner .. not one area is skipped. Salem started the new season this morning with the same wonderful attention to detail. Warm weather lawn owners beware. To be clear so you do not have to deal with the same frustration as I did, Natural lawn offers a fertilization service. A fertilization service that happens to occasionally spray weed control when it is < 85°F & not raining. So basically unless you're 1st on the route & it's a cool dry day you aren't likely to get weed control, throughout the summer. The weed control aspect is "like chips & salsa at a restaurant" it is a "courtesy" not an actual service that you pay for. The owner I spoke with had good customer service & was nice enough when I called to question the issue & later to cancel my subscription. The lawn is green however I feel that they should be more explicit about what their primary objective & service is (just fertilization) rather than billing themselves as a comprehensive lawn care service. In addition, the company I got to replace them is literally ½ the cost & their revisits are compulsory so it isn't your responsibility to chase them down or keep tabs to ensure they are actually applying weed control. **Update** 09/04 new company that offers FULL lawn care not just fertilization came out & treated lawn early this week & weeds are already getting under control.

These folks are very knowledgeable. They were able to transform my lawn from sad to lush within a few seasons, with non-toxic alternatives! Very responsive and able to postpone, cancel or reschedule as needed by text. Always excellent customer service!
I truly hope this review helps people decide to use another company. the guys who came out were great, but when you question the owners, or office staff, they completely lie, which is shocking to someone like me who takes accountability for my actions. We currently use the lawn service from this company then added mosquito services. We used the natural version of mosquito spraying, which means they come out more often. After the first spray my family was still getting bit, a lot! I called to get someone out to spray again and was told they would get it on the schedule in 5-7 days. Well, in between those 5-7 days we still had mosquitos. I called to cancel services and was told by Christine, Good luck with the mosquitos! Wow. Thanks for the good customer service. My local guy will come out next day. Update: Both the responses from the owner are lies, and for that alone I would HIGHLY NOT recommend NaturaLawn. Im actually shocked they wouldnt call me to figure things out, but continue to outright lie to make me look like it was my fault. They didnt even address my original complaint, and now have made a mountain out of a mole hill. If you are reading this review I have no reason to lie. I will now be canceling the lawn service too. I personally called on Friday June 11th, and called back on Wednesday June 16th to cancel. If you were going to come out Thursday June 17th, thats still 4 business days. I just looked at my phone records, so Im not a liar. We tried your mosquito services because we use your lawn service. But as a customer, I thought waiting 5-7 business days after being bit was kinda a long time. And you didnt say Good luck with the mosquito services (another lie ) you said Good luck with the mosquitos, which I replied, Thanks for the sarcasm. If you have something else youd like to say, please call me directly so we can iron this out, if I was a business owner Id want to understand what I could have done better. My review was based on the sarcasm I received for canceling services; very unprofessional. As is your response. and now Im giving you a one star.

Natural Lawn has been working on my lawn for the past year. They were very candid in the beginning about how long it would take to improve my lawn (2-3 years) and explained the process of adjusting the pH balance. Since theyve started, my yard has significantly less weeds, is thicker and greener, and completely safe for my dog. My tech, Quinn, does a great job and leaves detailed notes about the visit, the progress of the work, and recommendations that I can carry out.
I have used NaturalLawn for only two services thus far and have noticed a significant improvement in the appearance and health of the lawn. The great results as well as the satisfaction of knowing that only natural products are being used is very comforting. As a bonus my service tech, Nate, is very knowledgeable and friendly.
I have been with Natural Lawn for a couple of month and I must say I am truly happy how my grass is coming out. I must say customer service and the staff that comes out to do your lawn is truly amazing. Today I was able to meet Mario and he was so helpful in explaining in detail what he was doing to my grass today. I must say every person that came and service my grass was extremely helpful in explaining what was being done to my grass. I wish I have taking pictures of before and after but I see a difference and it looks absolutely wonderful even my neighbor ask me who is treating my grass. Thank you NautaLawn

Very reliable company and theyve helped our grass look amazing. Quinn Long, our applicator, always provides detailed instructions for regular maintenance we can do to make our lawn as healthy as possible. They make having a nice lawn so easy!
In the short amount of time that we ve had them working on our lawn, the company and Quin have impressed us with their communication on when they re coming out, flexibility to reschedule service dates, and detailed notes on how the lawn is doing.
We have found Natural Lawn of America to be very informative and responsive when it comes to our lawn care needs. They are always quick to respond if we have any questions, and John always goes the extra mile trying to help us improve the overall health of our lawn. Recently, Jared, one of their technicians, came by to treat our lawn. Have used Natural Lawn of Charlotte for seven years and have been very happy with the company, the staff and ownership. Our lawn looks great. I cut it myself and trim. They fertilize and aerate it. The key is to follow their directions and water it enough. You have to stay on top of some weeds. I just expanded to mosquito service and noticed the difference
