Rating of -0. Horrible company. Check out BBB reviews BEFORE you hire Experigreen! One after the other the BBB reviews give a true picture of how incompetent, deceptive and unresponsive Experigreen is. They have ruined many lawns, charged for services not contracted for, and ignored complaints for years. They totally destroyed our lawn in two years, taking no responsibility or giving due compensation. Our lawn is now ALL weeds and invasive grasses. It is going to cost us a fortune to get our lawn back to the beautiful conditions it was in before we hired them when we could no longer take care of the lawn ourselves due to travel requirements. They have NO excuse for not being able to kill weeds and invasive grasses which they have enabled to take over our entire lawn. They tell you what you want to hear over and over, but it is only lip service with no positive results - IF you can get them to return your calls! They will tell you extra/different service will remedy the problems, they charge you for these extra services - sometimes without authorization (DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!) and there are still no positive results - your lawn will continue to go downhill as they either dont perform the services or spray water on your lawn instead of effective herbicides.

Kody did a great job on out lawn today. He makes sure to cover the entire area. Thanks Kody! Although the workers did a good job the company decided to charge me for aeration and over seeding my moms yard. I complained that it was all included in my contract. So they supposedly sent a refund. My bank has no record of it. Sent customer service at Experigreen a copy of my bank deposits which did not include the 180.00 refund. They insist they did even with my proof sent directly from the bank and they said its my banks fault. Nothing more was answered. I wouldnt recommend this company to my enemy

My review after two years with Experigreen, focusing on both the company and the service provided. Unfortunately, the products used by Experigreen have not been effective on our Bermuda lawn. Despite multiple applications pre-emergent, weed killer, spot treatments, and re-treatments the weeds remain persistent. This year, I ve had to request reapplications nearly every time after each treatment, as I ve seen little to no improvement in weed control.

My daughter s lawn (Markia Pressley) is also maintained by ExperiGreen. As a result of the service I received from Kenny Scott I decided to have my daughter s lawn serviced also. Very pleased with assistance received by him. My sales person is Ken Scott. He s very responsive when I reach out to him and communicates regularly to ensure that I m satisfied with how my yard is looking.

11/4 lawn tech or office sent the tech out too soon its only been a few weeks Not even 4 week...do not come before 4 to 6 weeks. For the most part we are satisfied with the results we see on our lawn. I had an issue with one of the applications. Customer service was not really helpful as they only deal with billing which was also incorrect. I was going to cancel. They advised Kenny the area manager would call back. I thought here we go, they wont call. I was pleasantly surprised to find him knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient, explained the situation with my lawn, offered solutions and corrected my bill. He explained how the techs worked and we came to an agreement on how my yard would be treated going forward. Everyone I have dealt with at ExperiGreen was professional and courteous. After speaking with Kenny, I am confident I made the right decision to stay with ExperiGreen. My grass is green and growing. As a paying customer, I expect top notch service. Kenny and crew proved they deserve my business. I would definitely recommend them for your lawn care needs. One Happy Customer!!

Worst service ever. Don t have option to gave 0 rating or else I should have. There service is worst than not having a lawn service at all. At the starting of the year as per contract they will do my aeration and over seeding. After a continuous follow up from September to November (each week) at the end they did not do my aeration and over seeding. When I called them no response . As it was too late for that year I did not get any one from outside. Had a call with scott and they ate going to fix the issue.

Well it s that time of the year when weeds and clover are popping up all over the lawn. Spoke with Katlyn at Experigreen and she assured me my lawn will be taken care of. Great Service and excellent quality.

I have tried many lawn companies only to be given the run around and shell out a lot of money with no results. I reached out to Experigreen out of frustration and requested to speak to a manager. I received a call from the sales manager Kenneth Scott. He was very attentive to my situation and went out of his way to ensure I received great service Im a timely manner. Kenneth explained everything in detail and followed up with me after the guy came out and assessed my yard. After the experiences Ive had, I cant express how much I appreciate his professionalism.

Im a little disappointed the cobwebs were not cleaned off within the screen-in area in the back. They havent been cleaned off for over a month.

Recently received a lawn care premergent treatment performed by Jayce M with Carlos Maldonado supervisor. Both gentleman were Spectacular ! They answered all my questions. Our lawn has never looked better and Id recommend Experigeen to anyone. Just had Braydn perform a service on our property today and he was Spectacular!!! Follow up review. Just started noticing weeds popping up in spots across the lawn. Called and spoke with Trisha who was Spectacular. She had a follow up service call scheduled for next week in no time. Fast efficient and friendly associate. Had our first lawn treatment performed today by lawn tech Pierre L. Davis he was very respectful of the property as he treated the lawn. Pierre also left a left door hanger with what was applied and his notes for the lawn. Great lawn Care. Just started this year with Experigreen. After spending a lot more money with one of the smaller lawn care companies. The customer service is Spectacular!!! Had few questions and Austin answered all of them. He was able to sign my property up with a discount on my first and last service for the 2022 lawn care season. Spectacular!!!

Paid $550 for 12 minutes of work. Their teams liquid aeration does absolutely nothing and is a completely rip off. Not possible to aerate and seed a whole yard in 12 minutes. DO NOT SIGN UP.

I fired them today. The send false invoices and charge for services not performed. Even when they try to make it right, they screw up. I d have more seed in my yard if it was dropped from an airplane. When I asked for the over seed to be doubled (which they charge a lot of money for). 5000 sq Ft yard and I doubt they used a half bag of grass seed on a dead lawn. The only reason they get one star is you can t post with zero stars.

Matt answered all of my questions and took his time with me. There was no pressure and I found him to be very professional.

I am requesting the Lawn Technicians, George and Fab, only to service my lawn. Max did not leave a invoice stating was actually done, nor did he treat the entire yard. Thats what Im paying for.

Pierre, the service tech was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of lawn service issues. He was attentive and very friendly. I would like Pierre to be the service tech for my property going forward.

Very poor service, last 2 applications didn t effect weeds they keep growing as he always comes on a rainy day which will wash off, service is always delayed and response was they have too many applications this month so i have wait until my turn.

Very poor service did not cover entire area

I spoke with Heather today in reference to a problem with my lawn and my HOA. My treatment to fix this problem was an additional service but she was able to set it up for me, free of charge, to help me with my situation. I was very happy with the service that I received from Heather and ExperiGreen lawn service. After tryng four other services I finally found the one company that I will keep. He was very helpful to me as I had a few questions and he was able to answer them so that I understood what was going on with my yard.

Well my aeration review is being corrected by me because not enough aeration holes or seed was put down after I went and checked and the hurricane rain we received made the whole yard a massive mud pit. I did voice my concerns about the timing but they said it would be fine. Ive contacted management and Im waiting for a reply.

Devin and his assistant technician did a superb job this morning. Devin explained the process to me and answered my questions in a very timely manner. Devin is an amazing gentleman! He comes out even for on-demand, extra unscheduled visits if I think my lawn needs a little extra care. This is all at no extra charge. Great people, great company.

Seems to be a good person/worker! We did not have our service completed today, however, this company has been very good to us.

Matt (the one in the office that actually works for a living ) was amazing and knowledgeable about the maintenance of my fescue lawn and the other options that were available to me. Matt walked me through the treatment process as well as the reseeding application, I don t think the other Matt would even know what a reseed application is. Overall the interaction was great and I have seen my neighbors yard and honestly it s the best one in the neighborhood and it s treated by experigreen. Thank you Matt and thank you experigreen. You are truly the best!

This is at least the THIRD time that I either phone or text about the same issues . In spite of my efforts to get them corrected, they keep on happening!!! What s wrong with advance notice so ur customer knows when u are coming? Are u aware that ur customers have important issues of life to attend besides their LawnCare? Your employee was about my doorstep when he texted that he was on his way! I imagine that he has at least a working hand with 5 fingers . Then, why he did not ran the door bell to let us know that he was out? My property has two fenced gates that are closed ALL the time! Otherwise, they will serve me no purpose. Therefore, I must open them in order to receive service. Well . he served the side lawn but not my back yard. I have asked to Always be present whenever they serve my property. I believe in a principle of life call belief but verify . Therefore, how can I verify the work if it is done when I am not around? How can I be 100% certain that ur worker actually worked on my lawn where I never saw such work done? How many times should I write or talk about these issues? By the way, my lawn has not been service for this period!!! Thank you!

He did a good job.

I am disappointed with the service. Instead of applying the treatment evenly throughout the lawn by the service person, it was only done sporadically in certain areas, leaving large sections untreated. I saw this and mentioned to him and even then it was not done properly. This is not what I expected or paid for. Person who came before prior, did a good work evenly applying the application for weeds.. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service for future clients.

Very disappointed, becareful when you sign up for pest control services, they didnt explain clearly what services they were offering and did service which i didnt ask for and charged me double the amount what they offered for. Never going to recommend for anyone.

Extremely disappointed. The crab grass is taking over and were not winning the battle. It should not be this bad. A call for another treatment was met with a sales pitch. Im quitting this outfit.
