As a Charlotte native i’ve had the privilege to travel the country. The one thing I can say, charlotte is one of the cleanest cities with a beautiful canopy. Here at AllRound Landscaping we’ve also had the great opportunity to serve wonderful clients and create pleasing functional landscapes. Always keeping customer service first. We also understand that the southern sun and winter weather can be tough on any lawn or landscape. In addition having a tailored lawn/landscape plan landscaping is one of the best ways to preserve property and protect your investment. Hands down one of the best landscaping companies I have ever worked with. I work for a company who hired third party landscaping companies to do work around the area in Charlotte, NC. Communication was great, quality of work is amazing and very professional.

I was delighted to have came across a Company like All Around. They should also be called One Stop Shop. I needed my tree branches trimmed literally like yesterday. My tree branches were hanging over the front roof of my neighbor' house. They not only got me a reasonable quote and provided a fantastic end product. They got it all done the very same day. This was very impressing to me for I was also heading out of town the very same day. My neighbor was also delighted because we had just discussed the situation the day before. Fantastic work from the team at Allround! Their quote came in way lower than anyone else, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars on a simple tree removal for a tree that fell in the storm. And since I couldn't be there, they even texted me a video showing me the status. They took a deposit and then did the job before receiving the balance. Really professional team and Ricardo is very responsive via text.
About a month ago I contracted Allround Landscaping & Lawn to replenish our flower bed with pine needles and to plant 6 Leyland Cypress tress in our backyard. I entrusted them to do a professional and complimentary job. Over the last few weeks I have noticed that some of the Leyland Cypress trees are leaning and turning brown. I called Allround Landscaping to inform them of the situation and was informed they would come out on the past Monday to replace the trees that were brown. To date I have not heard from anyone. I have since had to contract the services of another vendor to redo the job that I thought Allround Landscaping was contracted to do. The new vendor informed me the trees were not planted properly and should have been stacked for support until they got stronger. I normally don't write a negative review but felt that I need to share my overall experience so that hopefully it can be a learning experience for Allround Landscaping moving forward.
I reached out to 4 lawn services for estimates on my flower bed renovation. Of the 2 that responded, Allround won my business. I found the owner easy to talk to and enthusiastic about making my vision a reality. He had lots of suggestions but willingly yielded to my plan without making me feel that I would pay for stifling his creativity o ce we got to the bottomline. It's a work in progress, but a huge improvement over what was there before. I happy with the results so far!

Please do not use this company. After paying for the month they showed up one time and never again. When called they tried lying but forgot I had security cameras. Still owe me three weeks and never aerated or seeded. Unprofessional as they come!

If I were comfortable recommending this company it would only be for mowing, blowing and edging ONLY. I am UNCOMFORTABLE recommending this company though because in our experience they were not detail oriented and were full of excuses they did not mow my lawn weekly as contracted. Additionally they bill themselves as a full service landscaping company offering and charging for a full range of services that they did not consistently deliver upon and in most instances were not capable of delivering upon because although they talk a good game out the gate they just don t have adequate knowledge of landscaping standards and plant species and management or they just don t care and assume that most clients don t know the difference. From not picking weeds, to completely cutting down decorative landscaping grass (they eventually replaced some but not all of this grass) and not setting my irrigation system correctly, to staining my new driveway with oil from their lawn mower and mulch dye (without cleaning up behind themselves) to doing a poor, sparse and sloppy job of spreading an inadequate amount of pine needles on my property to completely neglecting to apply mulch in other areas this company is absolutely NOT worth the AGGRAVATION!!! The level of service I received was not commensurate with the amount of money I was paying for the services they were capable of actually delivering upon. Believe the excuses if you want to or just GO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY that consistently delivers adequate service with no need to give excuses because they know what they are doing and they get the job done!
I have been using them for a few months, and the communication hasn t been great and things have been delayed but overall decent work. But this week they drove with their mower into my elderly neighbor s yard and wrecked his grass and plants. They knew exactly where the property line was. All caught on camera. I reached out respectfully to remedy this situation with them helping they would come back promptly and assist my elderly neighbor in repairing his yard. They have yet to respond despite me reaching out now with 3 texts and a phone call. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Caleb- this wasn t before your time, it happened this weekend. And I won t be continuing with this business, though I do hope that they can come and remedy what was ruined in my neighbor s yard. I would sure like if someone would call me to schedule to come fix his yard, but despite a phone call with a full mailbox and 3 texts, I haven t gotten any response.
It wouldn t let me edit my previous review, after a few days they finally responded to me and while their response was incredibly unprofessional, never once apologized, accused me of having invalid opinions, told me I can t be happy with anything in life and that life is not that hard, it s just people that pretend to be perfect they did come remedy what they messed up in my neighbor s yard within 5 days of me making them aware they had ripped it up.
Service has continued to be great! My lawn has been significantly improving since they started servicing my property. Mr.Ricardo is amazing, he explains every step in the process of obtaining the ideal yard. Thanks again guys!!

Rick and his crew installed French drain and Cistern to drain my yard better. They tore up the very rocky soil I have and added mulch and seed. Now I have a yard that looks great and drains well. My wife and I were very pleased with the work.
Nobody I trust more than Ricardo and his real to take care of all my lawn needs. They are very reliable with great prices for above par service. Had them for what will be my second year and after going through several other lawn services Im happy to have found this company. I get regular lawn maintenance from them and just had them do hedging and mulch for the front and back.
