UPDATE: Heard from US Lawn and replacements are on the way. Updated to 3 stars since the problem seems to be getting resolved, just wish communications would have been handled better. Crew destroyed Christmas lights on my property and was told they would be replaced. Have since been ghosted and had no update. US Lawn and HOA seem to just passing the buck back and forth to take any responsibility for careless actions by their workers
The communities I serve as a community manager in Charlotte give 2 thumbs up for U.S. Lawns. Not just another landscape company but a company that takes pride in a higher level of service from the account manager to the guys in the field. Hats off to Whitney and McKenzie as 2 superstars that are worth a huge shout out!

US Lawns was a great experience I was in the process of having a fence installed and needed sprinkler heads relocated. The same day I called and spoke to a very nice receptionist Jason came over and estimated the job and was able to keep me on schedule to get the privacy fence up. He went out of his way to squeeze me in to make the fence date and delivered on every thing he promised which is rare these days. Everyone was very professional, efficient and did the job right. Well done US Lawns/Jason.

US Lawns has been servicing our entire neighborhood, with 348 homes, for well over 10 years. They hire well qualified and courteous staff. Emily, the account manager, and Javier, the onsite supervisor, make a wonderful team. They are very responsive to any last minute requests and are great communicators.
I have had the pleasure of working with Jimmy and US Lawns. Jimmy has been an amazing person to work with. He is responsive and gets things done rather quickly. As of the company itself, my community grounds and upkeep speaks for itself! Want to see there work...ride through The Collins!

Jimmy is a hand on manager and if a problem comes up, he is quick to respond and correct it. His knowledge of lawn care and the management of people has had our community looking great at all times.

We have had the pleasure to work with Us Lawns for over 10 years. This firm is very unique as they have figured out how to serve the charlotte market with top notch customer service and high quality work by keeping their staff with hardly any change over. Rick, Oscar, Jorge, are guys that this industry is starving for.
We were very excited to switch to this company, initially. Once Josh stopped coming for his walkthroughs, service became TERRIBLE. Weeds growing ridiculously tall (like hip height!), services skipped, the communication from the office to the field was also lacking as one time we called to see when to expect the team & the office told us no one was coming... before hanging up they pulled up into the parking lot. We installed pea gravel with them and were promised maintenance to keep that area looking nice - ha! Didnt happen. We all understand how COVID made things harder, but you all could have at least done an amazing job when on-site. Your customers should not have to grab employees and point out hip height weeds to address & entire patches of the lawn missed - especially after having multiple conversations with upper management regarding the condition of our community. The way services are going at the end of this contract are very sad.

As a commercial property manager, US Lawns is a life saver. Landscaping is often one of the first things our clients, owners and tenants see when they arrive at our buildings/properties. US Lawns is a company that delivers on their promises and always provides top quality services. I can confidently recommend this company and their crews to anyone with landscaping needs.
This is by far the worst landscaping company ever! Their quality of work is beyond poor! There is absolutely no grooming of the yard, they simply cut the grass and leave residue everywhere, porch, patio, and sidewalks, no trimming, minimal blowing the debris!, Please beware before signing a contract with them! Elementary students could and would do a much better job!!!
You need to teach your drivers how to drive. AE79887 license plate number at 645. Almost ran me off the road without any signals.

The crew is so hard working! I really appreciate the kindness they show to my little landscaper. My neighborhood looks pristine due to them. I can t imagine doing such intense physical labor in the extreme heat. My two little boys and I deliver ice pops to them in the afternoon.
US lawns started out Fantastic when we initially signed up for service, however, after the first month things went downhill. Weve tried to work with them, given covid and weather to get things back up to par. 1 year in, and we have decided to cancel our services. Really had high hopes for this company, given prior reviews.

They are contracted by my community, The Village of Prestwick, and they are horrible! They are blowing leaves onto the road and then using a lawnmower to squeegee them into piles and scattering the rest with the blowers. They do a halfway job at best! Multiple complaints to our HOA Henderson Properties has not helped in the least. They leave tire marks and mud from cutting the lawns when they re too soggy. Hopefully their contract is up soon and they get a better one!

Candi with US Lawns has been a true asset with assisting our office with a Developer Community. She has went above and beyond to keep us updated on items we were unaware of. Her Communication has been very timely, even if it was just to say thank you. McKenzie and Sherri have been a pleasure to work with as well. They are very quick with proposals and following up on those proposals submitted. We have truly enjoyed our relationship with US Lawns and look forward to our continued relationship.

We are so happy that we switched from our previous lawn care company to US Lawns! I have seen their trucks out more in the last month than I did our previous vendor in the last six months. The crews are kind to my residents, mindful of the property and take their time doing things right the first time. McKenzie is incredible. She helped me walk my community and get a short and long term game plan together for needs around the property. She understands there is a budget and works within those boundaries. She helped me prioritize our list of needs and what would give us the most bang for our buck. 5 stars all around!

Highly recommend these guys. Oscar and Jorge are top notch in the industry and maybe the 2 best at USL. From turf quality, to attention to detail, to doing what they say theyll do, this is who you want on your properties. They say their mission is to provide service to customers with the highest quality landscape maintenance program at competitive prices and they accomplish nothing less!
