Half of the lawn was missing seed and fertilizer contacted to complain & was ignored. Response to reply: As stated in the message there were areas void of seed which was pretty much half of the back yard and some sides of the house. As I had to go buy seeds that cost me over $120 there is no need for you to come to my residence as I had to complete a job not done by your guys. Void of seed is valid complaint as no real corrective solutions was given by your company to rectify the situation. That's ignoring the compliment! I can provide receipts for the seed I purchased and it can be deducted off of my invoice. Do not make it seem like your company tried to rectify the situation on the review! Giving tips on how to care for a lawn & Replying you should of told me it would be more to add additional seed on a message is not addressing a concern. Only now days later after seeing the review offering to make a visit is not a solution or corrective action. When someone trust you with a job it's expected to be completed. No one should have to go in their yard and see numerous spots void of seed and fertilizer with no communication from anybody as if the job was complete that's unacceptable.

This is the second year that we have used Brokaw Lawn Co. They are prompt, do an excellent job, and have reasonable pricing.

Most of all, I appreciated that the specifics as to how I wanted my lawn project to look like really mattered. The end result was practically what I imagined. Brokaw Lawn is a small business with a big heart putting the client in the center of their endeavors. Let’s support local.

We are currently experiencing the pain of our entire yard being destroyed by <currently being investigated by Dept of Agriculture and previous grass company>. 😩 Brokaw Lawn Company was referred to us to assist with a plan to restore our entire yard. Craig, promptly came out to evaluate our yard and was onsite with us when soil evaluations were being completed by Dept of Agriculture. He has been a source of knowledge as we have been working through a plan of action. I would highly recommend this company based on how they have jumped in and worked with us on this! Thank you!

We were unable to grow grass in our backyard, so we contacted Brokaw Lawn Company to lay sod. They were quick to respond and did a great job. My yard is beautiful! They also suggested some other options on a spot that the grass wouldn't really grow well and it looks so much better! For as large as our yard is and the time and hard work it took to do it, I think the price was definitely reasonable. The guys who did the work were super nice too! I intend to use Brokaw Lawn for all my yard maintenance from now on.
