Southern cut sent a few technicians to take a look at our irrigation issues and fix them. I would highly recommend them, since they responded quickly and gave us a great price.

We couldn t be happier with the work that SouthernCut Design & Build did to transform our backyard!!! Our backyard was a disaster with major drainage issues. We couldn t get grass to grow and got tired of wiping mud off of our very active dog every time he stepped outside. We had reached out to a few landscaping companies searching for solutions and had were considering getting turf installed. Greyson and Noah wow-ed us with a plan for our small space that not only functionally improved the space, but also made it a beautiful oasis we never thought would be possible. They were patient in working with us to craft a plan that fit into our budget. We loved that they were a one stop shop for everything that we wanted. They took care of the drainage problem, extended our concrete patio, installed dog-friendly turf, and crafted the most beautiful stone walkway along the side of the house. They even spruced up our curb appeal by making some changes to our small bed out front and brought in some beautiful boulders! Our project manager, Danny, was INCREDIBLE. The care and attention to detail was unlike anything I ve ever seen, and we ve done a fair number of home improvement projects. He communicated with us each morning about the work being done. He brought us in on final decisions and any adjustments to the design to really make everything perfect. Danny also brought valuable experience, knowledge, and opinions on what would work and look best when we couldn t make up our mind. We greatly appreciate the effort and care the crew put in to bring this vision to life! There were a few miscommunications in the planning stages and with a third party that built the AC unit cover, but it was taken care of. We absolutely LOVE the way everything turned out and are so glad that we made the investment to make our backyard a space we can finally use and enjoy!! Thank you SouthernCut!

We had a sprinkler that was leaking and Mack was able to fix it within minutes and checked the rest of our system for us. He was very helpful and we will be using southern cut design and build again! Cant recommend them enough!

Tay and his team were amazing. They were punctual and got the job done as efficiently as possible. They made sure to discuss with us prior to installation and they communicated throughout the process so we knew how the system worked! They cleaned up well and went above and beyond!

Turn off the system for winterizing it took him 2 mint shut off and charge lot $95 i am so surprised I happy with tec only issue what they charge it lot

Actually called this morning and they showed up in the afternoon. That rarely happens but the young lady I spoke with was courteous and told me that they would arrive in the afternoon. They were in and out in minutes.turned on the device, checked the lines and was very prompt.

I needed a retaining wall replaced and a major drainage addressed. They did an amazing job with the wall and did a couple of different approaches to address the drainage issues. They care about the quality of the work and it shows because they will do what they need to do to help make it right.

Love everything about Southern Cut Landscaping! Weve been living with terrible drainage for over 2 years and so happy we were able to find someone to help us! Greyson is very knowledgeable about all things landscaping from dealing with 811 to offering suggestions on different kinds of trees/shrubs for privacy screening. Greyson and his team were able to come out and explain our options and answer every single question we had. The crew was on time and completed the entire job in ONE day! Ill definitely be using Southern Cut Landscaping as my go-to for all our landscaping needs!

I needed repairs to my existing sprinkler system. Southern Cut sent Conor to make the repairs. The repairs were complicated but were completed and three other minor things were diagnosed and will be completed soon. Conor was very competent and professional.

This was the 4th company we contacted for irrigation repairs. The first company made an appointment and never showed. The 2nd company said they would call back to schedule and never did. The 3rd company never responded to a voicemail. But, lo and behold, Southern Cut actually answered the phone, scheduled an appointment, and then texted a few minutes before arrival. Yay, for a company that actually operates like a professional! We had several repairs needed including valve replacement, and two broken pipes. Everything has been done properly and the work was completed faster than we thought. Everything was working well just in time for the long dry month of May.

As well as accommodated my work schedule to find time to thoroughly walk me through the process step by step, and meet on site to discuss any questions or concerns I had. Once we broke ground, Danny and the team were able to get started right away and finished my job WELL ahead of schedule, with extreme precision and quality. I couldn t have honestly have picked a better company to work with and highly recommend them for all of your hardscape, landscape, or irrigation needs!

The technicians were professional and replaced my irrigation control unit , including testing and checking heads, in 1 hour. Would use them again.

Conor and Tu, the technicians who have been out are fantastic. They took their time explaining things in a way I could understand, made recommendations for getting exactly what we needed. We could not be happier with Southern Cuts beautiful landscaping/hardscaping job. These guys are true artists. Every aspect was carefully thought through - from plant choice to irrigation needs to aesthetics. They are responsive and and highly professional. I cant recommend Danny, Noah, Greyson, and crew highly enough!

1st time they came they found the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. The second time I called, they showed up at my door without an appointment and I was not home. This call was not authorized!

I have waited almost an entire year before posting a review however I have lost my patience and given Noah long enough to get this fixed so at this point I have no choice but to give 1 star. I am not going post the entire long story of my multiple issues, Noah knows exactly what the problems have been. I will say if you use them get everything in detail before agreeing, make sure you are all in the same page and do not assume anything. Do not pay them in full until you are completely satisfied even if they tell you they will come back to fix things. Make them fix and complete everything before paying them final payment. The issues and frustration out way any of the work I was happy with. I am extremely disappointed in Noah and his lack of follow up.

Conner and Ta were very professional in consulting me on the best layout options for setting the backyard irrigation system. They asked several questions and listened carefully to my requests. After setting the layout they took time to confirm the design with me again. A final checkpoint happened when they tested each rotor. They are both hard workers and presented themselves as caring professionals. I would certainly hire them again.

They responded to our request for sprinkler system repairs quickly and professionally. Problems were diagnosed, quickly resolved. Their prices are reasonable. I m glad we called them, they did a great job.

After being unable to reach my previous sprinkler system company after numerous attempts, I found Southern through Google. They answered the phone, and followed up with an appointment quickly. The work done was excellent, and pricing is fair. These are now my go to and I recommend them highly.

Poor quality, responsiveness and resolve! Was originally excited to find and hire Southern cut for multiple jobs on home had recently purchased. This included drainage near driveway, irrigation, sod and added install of rock wall, pavers, stone steps. Its now been 5 months since initial work commenced but work is still not completed and constantly chasing for status. Work that was completed is poor quality. For instance, irrigation system functioned properly prior to adding two new lines and drainage work, even paid for an original inspection by Southern cut. Have had continued problems with leaks and lines not being capped. The team buried spliced extension cords in yard to hook up sump pump. Gave up on pavers and retaining wall being level. Yard where sodded constantly wet because of irrigation issues and lack of proper drainage. Drainage issue now extends well beyond original area of concern. Two months ago team dumped dirt on yard without my knowing and now even more mess. Thought progress when team declared last week in brief assessment there were more self imposed irrigation/drainage issues but well see! My excitement has dwindled! Majority of issues have been due to lack of quality control and the inability for timely assessments and completion.

I had a technician named Conor come and he was such a nice young man, was very helpful as we walked through the system and made adjustments. The company was very responsive in making an appointment as well, they sent text updates when he was on his way. I had called 2 other well known irrigation companies in town and neither one was responsive, made me wait several weeks and still didn t show up! So thank you Southern Cut Landscaping for being there

The team from Sourthern Cut always does a wonderful job for us. We use them regularly. They are on time, professional and give great results. Their grass seed grows on anything.

These guys are absolutely spectacular! They did the landscaping project at my new house. My house looks great with the flower beds, filled with beautiful shrubs and flowers. The boulders and trees around the compound complete the picture. They installed the irrigation system and also used plants, boulders as well as drains to help with erosion control. I definitely will use them for my backyard project after my pool is installed.

Southern Cut created the patio of our dreams!!! This company is top notch for hard scapes. We could not be more pleased with the quality work they did with our backyard, creating an oasis we can enjoy year round. The sod installation and the irrigation was excellent as well.

Thinking about a new Irrigation system? Don t hesitate to call Southern Cut Landscaping! We had an old system from the 1990 s, that was no longer functional. My husband and I went back and forth about the price of replacing the system, and finally I won (happy wife, happy life). In comes Southern Cut Landscaping. From the first call when Corey showed up to give us the quote and walk around the property, to the communication with the general manager, to the fantastic work Connor and Mac did, it was a 5 star experience. They showed up on time every day, kept me abreast of the work they were doing, answered my 92 million questions, and gave me a full rundown of the system and WIFI control box before they left. Although it does rip your yard up, Mac and Connor took the time to clean up every bit of the equipment and trash, and stamp down the dirt so it was flat. They were friendly, kind, professional, and dealt with the city and the city plumber so I didn t have to coordinate all those people to come together. They are licensed, bonded and experienced. It shows. Their pricing is competitive and totally worth the peace of mind. I have a sick, brand new, irrigation system all thanks to Southern Cut Landscaping! I can t recommend them enough. Oh, and they have a warranty as well. I ll have the prettiest grass on the block next year :) thanks SCL!!

Southern Cut Landscaping - did some amazing work around my property. I recently moved into a new home that was over grown with dead trees and overgrown bushes- southern cut cleared out the property and planted all new azaleas and bushes! Property looked night and day difference after Southern Cut came out!

March 29th, 2018. This was the morning Southern Cut was introduced to my landscape. With the sun only a quarter of the way risen, barely peeking over the horizon, their grass cutting machines were ringing out. The sound of the weed eater was a sure fire sign of crisp edges where the pavement meets the grass. I sat in my office listening to their landscaping machines paint a picture in my mind. I was not letting them leave without visual confirmation that painting in my head was matched. Soon the engines powered down one by one. I rampantly ran to the door, opened hand slapped in the face, by the significantly sensational smell of fresh cut grass. I glanced across the lawn, absolutely appalled at the sight of lines more straight than those upon Waldos t-shirt. Not a single blade of grass was bent or wilting, they all stood at attention. If you want your grass raised, grazed, and brought up right, these are people to call. I applaud your overly outstanding ability to scape my land like champions.

Grayson was great to deal with. The backyard was just an eyesore before his crew came in and cleared the weeds and replaced with landscaping and pinestraw. Looks great now!
