We called for an estimate on landscaping. They were familiar with the neighborhood and agreed to come right out. That was three weeks ago, and two phone calls later, they have yet to show up for an estimate. They sounded excited to chat and estimate on the phone. I understand if you're busy, but then say so, and we can move on. We have someone to do the work, but Top Priority Lawncare and Landscape deserve a knock for not showing and not responding to follow-up. Good luck, all!

Extremely fast estimate response, on time for all appointments, great customer service and very professional. Quality of work was spot on , also made wonderful recommendations for additional plants to add to flower beds for better yearly coverage.

Top Priority Lawn Care was a great choice for what we needed done. Chad, the owner, was extremely responsive and showed up to do a quote within the hour of my phone call. He gave me a very reasonable quote and never tried to up sell. In fact, he kept giving me free advice. He worked with me on the right date to perform the work and showed up on time and ready to work. The work speaks for itself, it looks awesome. Professional, responsive, and affordable. I highly recommend.

They were supposed to come while we were on vacation for 10 days. Agreed to come 2x while we were gone. He never showed up, and we never got a notification from him. The grass was wild when we got back and we had emails from our HOA. He was not cooperative or professional or helpful in fixing the problem when we got back.
Called mid-morning after major snow storm hit our area. They were on my property in less than half an hour latter and plowed my tenth of a mile drive way in less than 15 mins. Very pleased with their service
Chad was great to work with. He was quick to respond to me via FB Messenger and he was willing to work with me on my budget. I has let a few years of leaves build up and he cleaned out the beds under the trees and removed all the dead leaves and overgrown plants. It was too big of a project for just yard bags. He did a great job mulching and everything looks so fresh and clean for the spring!

Top Priority Lawncare and Landscapes did an amazing job maintaining my lawn! I just moved in to a new home that had a fairly overgrown lawn. I called up Top Priority Lawncare and Landscapes for services expecting it to be another week until my lawn was cut, but to my surprise they showed up in half an hour after calling! They even followed up with a text with photos after it was completed. I would highly recommend using Top Priority Lawncare and Landscapes due to their amazing customer service and quality.

This is a great business to work with. The owner, Chad, is professional, down to earth and he has many years of experience under his belt which is very obvious from the work he did for us. I called him on a whim, and he popped by minutes later (was on a job in the neighborhood near us) to do an estimate. We absolutely love the work he did and he has a new lifelong customer. Can t recommend this business highly enough.
All the men do is smoke cigarettes and leave butts throughout my yard. Very unprofessional crew, I would not recommend. I tried calling instead of leaving a review, and the woman I spoke with was very rude. I asked to speak with the manager, and she responded with I am the manager there was absolutely nothing she did to help the problem. She could have at least offered to have them pick up their cigarette butts, because I personally don t smoke nor does anyone in my home. My husband has actually caught one of the men urinating on the side of my home. From now on, I will use cornerstone landscaping.
Amazing work! I needed my lawn cut ASAP because my lawn mower has been broken for weeks and the lawn was getting up past my 25lb dogs head. They came out and helped me on short notice the same day to cut my lawn. Did a fantastic job, and was really quick too. Highly recommended
It was almost impossible to get an idea of when they will come to do lawn care. Had to ask multiple times and they still didnt even come on the day they said they would be there. They are apparently so busy that they dont have time to let their customers know when the work will be completed or when there are delays in getting to the work. It seems that they have more work than they can handle. They also dont know how to mow straight lines and do a half hearted job of cutting the grass, leaving obvious areas that need better trimming or recutting. Not pleased with the results for the price they charge.

This is an awesome landscaping company. They are very responsive to calls or texts. The lawns are always beautiful and the mower lines are straight which makes it look awesome. When they do landscaping the details are always perfect. They remove all of the debris and they clean up everything. I recommend this company to anyone interested in lawn care service.
