Today, Danny & Mario stopped by this morning to trim both a Maple and Oak tree. They did such a great job. I appreciate them listening to my requests and giving me feedback as well. They were friendly, kind and respectful. It looks so airy and open in the backyard now. Thank you both so much!
After the August 6th storm I needed a tree removed not related to storm but with all other damages going on us lawns of Cleveland east came through for me at prompt pace. I didn't have time to shop around probably not the cheapest but we'll worth the money spent to have a large walnut tree removed with the stump too. It was super close to the house and no damage was done to property with the removal very professional! The only thing I noticed was the stump guy left a mound of wood chips not sure if that's normal procedure but was happy they took care of a few other things for me while at the job site and Damon was very reasonable to work with!!!

US Lawns was granted a contract in 2023 to install our lawn and put 100 yards of high quality topsoil and seed the lawn. This is how the lawn looks just less than one year later. Puddles everywhere. There are four working drains already installed. No grading was done. It was part of the topsoil installation and the lawn net that was described as biodegradable to cover the grass seeds is actually nylon type material that has not degraded yet. $8,000 bought me what you see. A picture is worth thousand words.
Not even my landscapers but they find it acceptable to block my driveway every week by parking on the wrong side of the road to begin with. 5 minutes and I move it myself and y'all can call the police on me.

The owner is very unprofessional, he sent his brother who he admitted was not qualified to give a quote to my home. When my wife accepted it he called and canceled the service,my wife thanked him and went on about her day. She went to the website and gave him a 1 star. The owner then called my wife 6 times threatening her and we have call records. When I called him he then challenged me to a fight stating we dont know who were messing with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES..I will be filing a police report!

Had a very large silver maple tree in my backyard. The roots were starting to get very close to my house foundation. I didnt want to, but I had to have it removed. I also wanted branches from other trees that were hanging over my roof trimmed. I had three estimates, all within $100 of each other. It was a difficult job, mostly because there was a high tension wire in between the branches. I hired this company because the owner (Damon) was punctual in returning my call and presented himself like the kind of person you want to work with. I believe that he underestimated the time it would take his crew to do the job. They worked here about 2-1/2 days. I believe Damon was frustrated and took it out on me. He accused me of underpaying for the job, not caring that his workers were exposed to a hazard, of taking advantage of his workers, and of being greedy. By the time he finished, I broke down in tears. All this because I wanted more branches taken off the roof. I am not that kind of person. It was very hurtful. His workers, especially his main man Jim, were polite and respectful and worked extremely hard at this job. They cleaned the site well. But Damon crossed the line. Bottom line is, if you want quality work, go for it. Just hope you dont catch Damon in a bad mood. I still need work done to clean up my yard and remove more branches from the roof. I am in the process of hiring another landscaper.
Used this bussiness to have a tree removed and I cant recommend them enough!! Got the job done quickly and did an amazing job removing the large tree I had. The guys who came out to do the job were very sweet and very hard workers. Ill definitely recommend this bussiness to anyone looking to get a tree removed!
Tree fell on my shed and I had a graduation party the next day said he would be out in the afternoon to remove it and they did cleaned everything up like it never happened and the guys were great I will never use another tree service other then them thank you so much
Damon was very responsive at one of the busiest times of the year in coming out, quoting and providing quality service! His team, led by his amazing father, were polite, respectful and did an amazing job at putting in a new lawn for me! Great company to work with! I plan on working with them again in the spring to complete my backyard restoration!
