CGL Landscaping is the best Chandler AZ landscaping company!

They started out well with the initial consultation, but did not follow the schedule even after multiple promises. They also tried to install a drip irrigation system without an approval and tried to blame it on me for giving them a verbal approval (which is not true). Overall a bad experience with CGL Landscaping despite the owners good knowledge about landscaping.

The customer service was very impressive. I could not be happier with the end result. They completely re-did my backyard and for the first time I will get to actually enjoy it. They also send pictures as they work so you know how it is progressing. I definitely recommend CGL.

We interviewed many landscape companies and finally selected CGL Landscaping to take on this major renovation based on their competitive pricing and willingness to listen to our requirements and vision. Following several discussions, CGL provided an initial design and then worked with us to finalize our design concept. CGL was willing to listen to our general ideas and then use his expertise to help us achieve our dream landscape. Where some companies we interviewed required us to chose from their pre-selected material, NULAWN allowed us to select materials that we preferred, all the while providing invaluable feedback on our selections, including travertine tile, rock, turf, pool interior, lighting, plants, etc. The work crews were always very professional and their workmanship is excellent! It is obvious that the crews at NULAWN have many years of experience and take pride in their work. Throughout the project, CGL made sure to communicate exactly what was going to take place and the dates of the various stages of construction. The transformation to both our front and back yards is phenomenal. We now use our back yard and patio daily and everyone that has seen our yards rave about how awesome they look! We couldnt be more happy and highly recommend NULAWN for your landscape project.

CGL Landscaping and his crew are absolutely amazing. They did an excellent job of removing old concrete pavers, installing new pavers, did a driveway extension and installed an irrigation system. Not only was it done very professionally, it was done in a very timely manner. I would recommend them HIGHLY and to everyone..!

Very good experience from the initial team quote to final day of work. CGL Landscaping helped us from the beginning for installing a new drip system from scratch, along with putting in a bunch of rock ground cover. The crew installed the system very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed my Rachio system I had already bought in my garage. After a lot of trenching and digging, the lines were in, along with a valves connecting to my hose/water source. The rock was dumped in 2 loads since it was such a large quantity. 2 guys from the crew worked hard over 2-3 days shoveling it into our front yard. They cleaned up everyday and finished the jobs perfectlv. Very professional and didnt take any shortouts. George, came by several times to make sure everything was done properly which was great. All of the emitters operate great and every plant needing water is set up exactly how I needed it. I will definitely use these guys again going forward. They got the job done fast and correct the first time. I wish more companies had the same work ethic and customer service..

CGL Landscaping installed a new misting system for us. The work was done professionally by a skilled, crew who showed up right on time. The system works beautifully. This company also has done irrigation system repair work for us, which was successfully completed in short order. highly recommend CGL Landscaping !!

I had to call multiple times and reschedule due to weather before finally being able to get someone to come out for a quote... We were hoping to get multiple things done with this landscaping team. I was given a verbal quote for phase 1 of the project that was absolutely astronomical. A price of $18-22k for a little less than 1k feet of concrete. The representative claimed that the high price was because of the economy, the government, China, pay raises etc... He said they had people who have been waiting for 3 months for smaller projects who have already prepaid... His reasons for such a high price and the lofty quote felt off so I decided to get other quotes and do more research. I have since gotten 2 other quotes for 8k or less for this project... I dont know if he just didnt want to do the project or if he was bad at what he did or if he was just trying to rip me off by charging 3X the the average rate... I have since tried to contact them but they say his schedule is very busy... Perhaps they are excellent in other areas but I would be very hesitant to ever recommend them... Buyers beware...

Not only did they not respond to an email inquiry by me but I had called and left a message. Two weeks went by and I finally called to schedule an appt for a quote. Had an appt set up to only have a no call no show. Their loss on an opportunity for a big backyard job. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. Already had other companies come same day and quote.

This company came by for a quote. I was only given a verbal quote. I verbally told them the price sounded reasonable but was still waiting for an actual quote. The next day or so, they were at my house while I was gone, doing the work. As soon as I found this out, I called them and told them I was fine with it (since they already started), but that I still wanted the actual quote, which I never got until the day the work was completed. It was supposed to be done in one day, but apparently they squeezed me in. I was appreciative of that, but the once a day update on progress, would have been nice. The flowers they installed, were in poor condition, and they didnt do the colors as discussed. One side, was ok, the other side, u could tell that they didnt care about their job as one flower was unevenly spaced. I asked them to come back on Saturday to fix the sprinkler and they agreed to do so. I even confirmed and asked for a time frame, and they never showed up that day to fix the sprinkler. Sunday morning Im in the kitchen, and the guys just came into my backyard without letting me know they had arrived or anything, to fix some things. They didnt know much English, but a knock on the front door along with a hello, would have been nice. They fixed most of it, but removed the bubblers for some reason. When they came by the first time, they left a mess, and they left my water hose on. I will not being using this company again. Poor communication with your customers.

We ve been using this firm for our scheduled landscaping since we purchased our current home two years ago. Their rates are good as is their service. But where they shine as well is their landscape construction services. Jose Silva, who runs the firm uses a great crew and has the correct equipment. This isn t a one truck outfit using a single 15 year old Chevy 3/4 ton with a trailer. CGL have installed pavers on our driveway as well as using pavers to wrap around the side of our house along with with a paver extension to our back patio. They don t give away their stuff. They charge a reasonable and honest price for a great product. Use them. You won t be disappointed.

In less than 18 months the supposedly new and VERY expensive irrigation system installed by CGL had to be replaced. If I lived in the area wed be meeting in court.

Robert is my rep and not only was he on time and polite but his crew did a phenomenal job. My house has never looked better and now my kids actually go outside and play. Thank you CGL!!!

Very professional! Was shock at what our past yard care company wasn t doing. Jose personally walked me through what his team would do to get our yard back into shape. Crew showed up and began working, again Jose was on the job, brought me out and showed me the progress and some things that will need attention. Enjoyed their service.

Quality and workmanship was fantastic. This was a small job, but was don t with the expertise and professionalism of a much larger project. Jose was friendly, courteous, and took pride in his work. Very satisfied with GLC Landscaping. Will definitely use this company again.

At first, Jose and his team did a beautiful job landscaping my yard, although it took them over two months to finally complete the project. However, a few months later five of the vines that he planted have died and now three out of the four trees appear to be dying with brown leaves. I have tried to water them on my own and given them fertilizer, but they are still dying. Jose does not answer my phone calls and did not follow up with caring for the plants as he agreed. He has made no attempt to call me back after many times of trying to get a hold of him. He apparently does not plan on replacing any of the dying plants, or giving any assistance caring for the plants he planted. Jose has abandoned me and my yard. I paid $6000 to have my yard landscaped by Creative Green Landscaping and I feel cheated.

I am truly happy with the work that was done at my home. Easy to work with and very flexable. Love their customer service loyalty. Will use them again.
