Worst Landscaping Company in Phoenix. They take advantage of HOA s and don t complete their contracted obligations. Management doesn t return calls. They have been issuing fraudulent invoices, they have several lawsuits pending.

Boy what can I say! I gave this company the contract to complete my front yard landscaping. I already had the initial designs myself so the work seemed straightforward enough to me. But I have been dealing with various issues ever since the initial install including the front turf caving in and plants dying at various points. I couldnt figure out the issue so I hired a different landscaper who looked at the water line layout and informed me that they had the used the same water line to water the trees, cactuses and bushes. Thats an egregious mistake from a professional landscaper who should know the different water requirements for various trees in Arizona. Now Im having to pay a different company to address this major oversight and have to replace all of the trees/plants. Just unacceptable really. Communication has also been poor in general and Im not happy at all

I had an amazing experience while working with Johnathan an irrigation tech. He responded to the issue in less than 24 hours with a wonderful attitude and the skill to address the issue. I appreciated his ability to communicate the issue and what he would be doing to repair it. Working with him made this issue an easy one to resolve!

I would highly recommend Turf & Trees Landscaping. They are professional, quality, responsive, polite, talented, pleasant, and easy to work with. I use them for weekly maintenance, tree trimming and removal, palm tree trimming, weed control, irrigation, and sod installation. I know I can depend on them to help me. They show up, and even clean up after themselves. I appreciate what they do for me.

We have used T&T for almost 4 years to do our landscaping maintenance and winter grass seeding. They always show up as scheduled and make an extra effort to do a good job and leave everything neat and tidy. We would definitely recommend David and his crew at T&T. They do such a good job for us.

We tried a couple of landscapers in the past years but this is the absolute worst. They know how to ruin a lawn, thats all. The owner is not responsive to any criticism. Stay away from them!

I ve had the good fortune of using turf and trees landscaping for the past year and a half. They are very consistent with their work, timely, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. In particular, Carlos and his crew are spectacular. Initial contact point has benn Jason. Carson administers my account. All are professional! I give them an unequivocal thumbs up and would recommend them for service to anyone.

This company purchased the prior company I had worked with and definitely upped the game! Great communication, very professional and responsive. I was very happy with the work done and would recommend them for any landscaping and irrigation needs.

Id avoid this company for residential turf installs. I hired them to do a 300sqft turf install job in early March 2021 and was told it would be 3-4 weeks at the time of quote. Around week 3, they charged a $1k deposit meant to purchase supplies the week before install, and then sat on it for an additional 4 weeks. 7 weeks into the whole process I found out I was still not on the schedule, the supplies were not purchased, and they didnt even know whether they were going to do the job in-house or sub-contract it out. I had to initiate contact with the company numerous times throughout the process because they were not telling me anything about the status of my job other than theyre busy and Im one of the next ones on the list. I gave them the opportunity to provide a good-faith discount to keep the business, and they were unwilling to adjust the cost in any way, so I terminated the project and went with someone else. It this point, it was worth it to me to set the project timeline back a little further and give another vendor a chance to win the business (went with Greenheart Landscapes and they really seem to be a very attentive and caring fit). Turf and Trees acquired the landscape company I had used for 15 years. Since taking over my account the quality of landscaping at my residence has increased noticeably. The administrative staff is outstanding and very supportive! I have also had Turf and Trees remove a tree for my side yard. That work was done without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Turf and Trees for residential landscaping. Update Sept 29, 2021 My wife and I recently moved from the home which Turf and Tre had serviced as our landscaper for the past 17 years. My new home, a townhouse, needed three trees removed and two large Palo Verdes which had been overgrown trimmed back. I of course contacted Turf and Tree and their work was impeccable. My wife and I couldnt be more delighted. If you are in need of regular landscape maintenance or tree work I hardly recommend Turf and Tree.

We hired Turf & Trees via recommendation by an ad in our HOA newsletter. They have been great and a great price for what they do. We have a corner lot with a larger front desert landscaping and a decent sized grass backyard with fruit trees. They have done an excellent job every two weeks maintaining the landscaping, trimming bushes and trees as needed, and mowing the grass. They even move our trampoline to mow the grass underneath it. They even fixed a sprinkler that we had intended to fix ourselves. (In comparison, our previous landscaping service charged twice as much and we had to ask them to trim bushes each time because they left them and they only mowed and leafblowed.) I have always received prompt responses via email whenever requesting a service or a quote. I was a little disappointed that the pre-emergent application only covered the front yard, but the person who came to apply it spent a great deal of time working on the front landscaping and I have not seen any weeds since. I am very happy to continue using Turf & Trees landscaping. Update: Carson from Turf and Trees called me to discuss the pre-emergent and resolved what basically was a misunderstanding on our part (theres not any rock in our back yard). The customer service is very responsive! Thank you!

Had a technical sissoo tree removal between my house and neighbors house, in the back yard. Crew was on time, very professional and didnt damage my pool pump and A/C units directly under the tree! The price was great and Im very happy with their work. I have already recommended this company to my neighbor.

I had Turf & Trees come out and install steel posts in the backyard for lighting, lay fresh rock down in the front yard and redo our front entry way with pavers. They were very easy to work with and got the job done in a timely manner. I ran into a couple problems along the way and they were more than willing to help out and get them resolved. Very much appreciated the service I had from them!

I have two rather tall Mexican Palms. Turf and Trees were able to climb up the trees and trim them. Additionally they cleaned up the branches that fell and left the area perfectly clean.

Always very professional and courteous when scheduling services. The crew members are friendly. I always feel treated fairly and get way more service than I pay for.

The good people at Turf and Trees give me the chance to have a grandparent relationship with my yard work. I can enjoy the exercise and fun of working in my garden and orchard, but when I get tired, I don t need to get worried. Francisco and his team come and finish up what I can t. All of the fun with none of the stress.

Turf & Trees has been doing my yards for years. They have done a very good job mowing , trimming and edging. They leave my yards looking well groomed as well as by shrubs. They clean up the areas well and leave it looking well maintained and clean. I would recommend their service. Very good service.

Would NOT recommend this company. This company was the landscaper for our neighborhood for 3 years. The owner of turf and trees also worked for an HOA management company and was our neighborhoods manager. He was awarded the contract a couple months after he was the manager. In my opinion a major conflict of interest and not ethical. Landscape costs were extremely over budget for years and the landscaping was not well maintained.

I have been a customer since May and have had great work done. In June I was having some problems with my sprinkler and I mentioned it to a gentleman on the crew. I did not get his name but he was fabulous he fixed my sprinkler heads at no cost and the landscaping work that the crew did was also fabulous.

They keep my yard clean abd trimmed. They come as scheduled and will do what I need done. Great job, thanks.

They came right over, quick estimate. We set a date. They brought their team over and knocked it out the park, they installed my turf without issues and it looks great!! Im very satisfied!

Tried to get an estimate from Turf and Landscaping that was recommended by Home Advisor. Got an email from them asking for details and photos, which I provided. The promised estimate was never provided although they confirmed receiving the photos. Then a couple days later got a phone call from someone at T&T asking for details and photos, and not aware that I had already provided them. Then the following week got a promo email wanting to sign me up for services but never recognizing that I was still waiting for an estimate. Re-sent the photos and asked for an estimate. Never got it. If they didnt want to do my job because it was too small all they had to do was tell me that. Today I got the job done by somebody else who came within 5 hours of asking them. Added 9/20/20 in response to feedback. The only additional question asked was if I wanted the tree Shaved or just the fronds trimmed. I answered this.

Received a chip drop(mulch) from Turf & Trees Landscaping. Great communication and absolutely wonderful staff. Above and beyond service is an understatement.

Drew and his crew provided excellent service when providing us with our Late Fall cutback. Wanting to pare back the summers growth to minimize frost damage AND ensure new growth next Spring doesnt result in shrubs too big for our yard, we always use Turf & Trees Landscaping. They respect our time are efficient in performing their services so theres little interruption while working from home and the dogs can get back outside.

Turf and Trees does a fantastic job! Due to the summer heat, our queen palms did not survive the summer. While they were doing their tree trimming service, they saw the problem, assessed it, and had the dead trees removed all in the same trip. The crew is very friendly and and office workers are responsive and very helpful over the phone or email. Cant say enough great things about Turf and Trees!

Curtis was extremely helpful in arranging the work schedule. The work was completed in an excellent manner with the trees trimmed in a very professional manner and the worksite cleaned to perfection. This was one of the best experiences I have had with services to my home, and all at a very fair price.

Hired company for a weed removal and spray for my rock front and backyard. I have a small backyard with no trees, grass or bushes. When I got the bill and questioned the $120 charge the owner had little customer service. He was not willing to acknowledge my frustrations or even come to a compromise. I wish he was upfront about the 1 hour minimum service. I was home the time of service and the workers were there roughly 25 minutes. There was also a hidden travel time fee within my invoice. If I had known that he charged a minimum of an hour, I would have went with a different company because the job wasnt that extensive.
