Silver Fern is a great landscaping company. They are very professional knowledgeable, punctual and reliable. I have had problems over the years with items and they were quickly repaired by Silver Fern quickly. Everyone is so kind and nice. I highly recommend if you need a landscaper to go with Silver Fern.

We have been using Silver Fern for our landscape maintenance for about a year now. We have been very pleased with all of the work they have done for us but we are especially pleased with with Nico and his team. Nico’s attention to detail and helpfulness make him our favorite. I really appreciate working with Silver Fern to achieve my landscaping needs and goals. Their yard maintenance teams do a very good job almost every time they come. The office staff provides excellent customer service and is responsive quickly to my calls and questions. I'm also impressed with their email communications, educating and alerting us to special maintenance that should be done at different times of the year. There have been a few problems, which should be expected with any service, but they were resolved to my satisfaction.
These guys do a great job and are very reliable! Easy to communicate with and very professional. They always knock on the door when they first arrive to see if there is anything special you want done that day or if you've noticed any issues since their last visit. They also leave a note on your door if they see any issues or have any recommendations for your yard. Would highly recommend to anyone! Best landscaping company we have ever had, hands down!!
We initially had Silver Fern Landscaping provide tree trimming of our mesquite and ash trees. They did a fabulous job and was amazed how different the house looked. We then decided that we would hire them for maintenance on our front yard to keep up with the great look. They come once a month and have done a fantastic job each time. I don’t want to forget to mention the office staff, yes, amazing as well!! Thank you for caring and knowing that customer service matters!
After years of searching for DEPENDABLE landscapers, our youngest son suggested that we try Advanced Yard Care (now known as Silver Fern Landscaping). From the moment we contacted this company we were very impressed. The personnel in the office were and are polite and always immediately helpful. When the landscaping professionals arrive at our house for our scheduled service they come to our door, introduce themselves and inquire as to any special needs or concerns. I walk through both front and back yards and indicate if there is something that needs special attention. After they are finished with their work one of the crew members always contacts us and inquires as to whether their work is complete and satisfactory. This is an incredibly professional company. I would recommend it to anybody who is seeking excellent landscaping service.
I signed up for yard maintenance with Silver Fern Landscaping about a year ago. I’m an every other Wednesday customer, and I’ve been quite happy with the service! With previous companies, I always worried about the consistency of the service when I wasn’t home, and sometimes they didn’t even show up. These guys guarantee they’ll show up, and their consistency and professionalism gives me peace of mind. If I ever have an issue, or want something done differently, I just give their office a call and the girls are happy to help me out and make changes to my account. The guys are always polite and will make suggestions as needed for my yard, which is super helpful because I don’t know much about landscaping. My yard is is good hands and I’m happy!

We have been using Silver Fern for Seven years now. Their staff is always professional, responsive, and on time. If there is a monsoon that impacts our service day, they are always at our house within a day or to complete the appointment. They also designed and installed our desert front yard. We are very happy with the work that they did. We highly recommend them!
We signed up with Silver Fern a couple months ago for regular maintenance. So far I have been very pleased. They have been efficient while at out house. The yard looks great. We have had a few landscaping services over the years and are happy we found Silver Fern. When we encountered a problem, it was easily resolved after sending a quick note via email. Kaleigh and the operational team also provide exceptional service with seasonal guidance, timely reminders, and considerate responses to all questions. High recommended.

We have used Silver Fern a few months. They were doing a good job, until last time. They butchered one of our Lantana bushes. Doesnt even look like the others we have. Very disappointed. Leslie was very rude to me when I called to ask why they did that. Vanessa reached out to us and offered to come out and pick up broken arms from our saguaro and take them away. Thank you so much.
Your rates are extremely reasonable, you ALWAYS show up when youre supposed to, youre very patient with those of us who continually request quotes for things, and your work is impeccable. I could not be more pleased with Silver Fern Landscaping.
My original post was removed by yelp so I will share it here! If I could give them negative stars I would and it would solely be based on the way they drive. On Friday 1/31 at 7:15a, one of their company vehicles was merging onto the I-10 by Ray rd headed West and towing a trailer, this same vehicle waited until the last minute to merge into the lane I occupied, the driver then proceeded to force me out of my own lane after he turned and looked at me and saw that I didn t have room to let him in. When a company has a logo displayed on their vehicle that company has the responsibility to ensure their drivers represent them the same way while operating their vehicles as it is expected of them when they are at a job site. Employees should definitely be reminded of this. And if this is any representation of your level of customer service this company must really lack in that area. This company asked me to remove my review and after I didn t then they had yelp remove it by saying it wasn t a first hand experience. If being ran off of the road by a company vehicle is not first hand then I do not know what is.
This company is truly wonderful! They show up when they say they will and the crew does an excellent job with both my front and back yards. They front office staff is incredibly communicative! When I have a request at the last minute, they do all they can to accommodate. I have nothing but truly wonderful things to say about Silver Fern!
I absolutely love the work Silver Fern did. They came when they said they were going to - they went above and beyond: cleaning up all of the leaves in my front and back yards, they cleared out every single orange that had fallen from my citrus trees, every single weed, and my yards were left much better then they found them. They have my business from now on.
Originally wrote a review of an unpleasant experience I had. I received a call from the office manager Sylvia who was very kind and generous and explained everything to me and we were able to work out an agreeable solution. I will keep doing business with this company as they do a great job, but I will do the yard maintenance at my convenience. Thank you for being so helpful and understanding my point of view!
I gave these guys a call when we had a major leak in our irrigation system. They were able to schedule someone out to assess the problem the next day. Their salesman, Juan, was nothing but polite and professional. I quickly signed off on the repairs, and he showed me how to turn the water off to the area with the leak in the meantime. The service tech who came out to do the repairs was equally knowledgeable and professional. I was so impressed, I called them back to get a price for maintenance, since I don t like the hassle of taking care of my yard. We just had our first service, and I m still just as impressed. Silver Fern Landscaping takes care of the yard at my new house and they do such a magnificent job. From planting staggered bougainvilleas against a bedroom window to create a privacy barrier, advising me when they are at my house if I need to trim my trees, apply pre-emergent, do something special to take care of my enormous Saguaro, or other seasonal tasks (and giving me the written price for that advised service right then and there), to the professionalism and courtesy from their employees, and the helpful monthly newsletters from the main office letting me know what to expect in the current season for my yard needs. I feel like they always go above and beyond for me as a customer.
Reliable, professional, and all employees are legal. Great for both landscape design as well as maintenance. Highly recommend!

I hired Silver Fern on a recommendation from my next door neighbor. When the crew arrived I gave detailed instructions as my yard had been neglected for a few weeks. The trees and overgrown bushes needed to be trimmed as well as general landscaping work. It was a mess! When the work was completed I was amazed at how beautiful my yard looked. These guys live up to their Google Review ratings... courteous, friendly, and do great work. While I have a small back yard and it doesnt take much work, I get great results every month when Silver Fern comes by. They were able to save my palms from dying, as the previous owners set the emitter system to run, but for 0 minutes... big mistake in the AZ summer! Looking forward to carrying on their service for the future!

Reasonably priced and my yard looks great every time
Ive been with Silver Fern for almost 3 years now. (Previously they were called Complete Yard Care). I have found them to be reliable (yes, they show every time), thorough and honest. Their basic maintenance is great and they do offer complete tree services, planting and other landscaping. We have used them to take care of several huge palm trees and found their work to be great. They have touched up our rock ground cover and re-seeded our lawn for winter grass each year. They always ask if there is anything special, but even without that, I often see them taking extra initiative to adjust a sprinkler or look into little things before they get to be big. I feel like Ive had great value using them for our landscape maintenance.

Silver Ferns crews performance has always exceeded my expectations and the staff have always responded to my gardening/landscaping needs and questions in a timely informative manner. When asked about a landscape/gardening service Silver Fern is always recommended. Silver Fern has been taking care of my gardening and landscaping needs for more than 7 years.

Silver Fern Landscaping is very efficient and quick when they show up to clean my front and back yards. Communication with them is excellent, they always let me know when the next visit is, and when they have to change the schedule due to weather, etc. I think they are pretty good. And I intend to keep them as my landscapers.
I am very happy with their service. My yard has never looked as good. Im sure my HOA is happy too. I also like that the workers ring the doorbell to see if I have anything different I want done.
I was looking for a landscaping company to deliver quality and timely service after several disappointing companies. I took a shot with Silver Fern Landscaping and it has been nothing but the polar opposite. Not only do they always show up on the day they tell me, but they do an excellent job and I am not required to be home. They will continue to have my business from here on out, and if you are looking for an excellent landscaping service, Silver Fern is the way to go.
