***Update *** 2 of my trees die, and one of my rose bushes has died. I reached out multiple times to resolve this. The last excuse I got was the plants, and trees were only warranty for 30 days. LIES, LIES,and LIED! I have read and reread that contract. Nothing covering the plants & trees. So, now Im going to social media. Please always read anything you sign and hold business accountable! Quality Turf is Top Shelf in installation, service and price. They installed turf in my front yard and made sure I was totally satisfied. The quality of the turf is great. They showed up the first day on time and did a great job installing the turf. Although, they had to come back a second day to finish the job. Also, after they finished the installation of the turf, they fell short on cleaning up all the excess silica sand on patio and pool deck. But, for the most part I am very satisfied on how my backyard turned out and it looks great. I would hire this company again for another artificial grass project.

I can definitely say they have a excellent customer service. Maria and Angel spent a good deal of time with me on the phone/email explaining all about artificial turf and the infill, and their prices per sq. ft. seemed to be on par with other professional installers. Everyone at Quality Turf was top notch; Sal was knowledgeable and thorough. He was our first contact with this company. We had 5 estimates. Sal was the only one who looked at the area in question, drew out a schematic of his vision for it, and explained it to us. The estimate was extremely fair for the amount of product and time they were going to spend on it. Angel, our office contact, was always more than pleasant and really cared that everything went smoothly. She did her utmost to keep it going for us. We would love to adopt her! Oskar, the team supervisor, was excellent to work with also. He came when he said he would be there, wanted to go over the plan again before the team started, and drove out again to our house to check on a couple of questions we had after the job was completed. The team itself worked hard and even had the fill rock delivered and dumped onto a tarp in our driveway to minimize any mess. This company truly deserves a definite 5 star rating.

Then 2 weeks later, the install was great, the installers worked hard and cleaned up when done. I have already received the warranty. I Contracted a man named Manuel Reyes to put pavers and artificial turf in 2018. The turf he installed had white lines, it looked very bad. never came back to fix the problem. I decided to call Quality Turf to fix the eye sore that Mr Reyes left. I only wish I had contacted Quality Turf the first time. Angel C. Hopkins answered the phone and put me in contact with Oscar, they started the work when they told me they would. Angel has been very attentive throughout the project. We came around Quality turf AZ at the most recent home show and I m so glad we did! Although they re a new small company and the owner happened to be on vacation and out of town during our planning and scheduling of our job so there were a couple of mix ups on communication all of that taken into consideration I m still happy we chose them to create our backyard landscaping. I put in a large nine hole putting green along with artificial turf around the pool and my paver fire pit. I told the salesman (Joe) I wanted him to wow me with a design. He was a good listener. He did wow me with his design. He included a video presentation as well - no other company did that. He include an area for me to be able to chip as well. We made a few changes and ran into a couple of communication issues. I met with Joe and Oscar to discuss the communication issues in the final design. We came to an equitable compromise. They got the job. I was scheduled quickly as promised. The people working the job knew what they were doing. They worked many hours each day and had my job completed in less than a week. I am enjoying my new putting green. The ball rolls very nicely. I asked Oscar if there was a way to make the roll a bit quicker - he said yes, and they are doing some additional rolling of my entire green - to speed up the ball roll. I would recommend Quality Turf to anyone looking for a putting green, large or small.

I love my new turf- it is BEAUTIFUL! The product is perfect and Breanna spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of each type of turf as well as the process of installation. It was much more involved than I realized and this company lived up to everything they promised and then some. They were prompt , courteous, very efficient and extremely neat. The follow up was fantastic. My yard looks better than ever. I had been hesitant about it because I was worried about the heat and my dogs burning their feet. It can get hot in the height of afternoon sun so I dont have my dogs outside then. As soon as the sun is not on the grass it is very comfortable. I dont have to look at blank spots, brown patches , weeds, and the seasonal swap out between summer and winter, and all that entails. It is just this beautiful seamless soft green expanse. I looked at 4 companies, and although they each had nice people and products, Breanna was so thorough and knowledgeable it was very clear she and this company were the only choice.

Everything about our experience with this company went smoothly and we wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to others! Joe came to the house in a timely manner to discuss our desires for a putting green, came up with a plan that improved on our ideas, and gave us a fair price and then installation was impressive with a hard working team that accomplished it in a day. However, they listened to my wants and made sure I had the putting green/pavers just the way I wanted during the design phase all the way to the end. The putting green was initially installed over the winter time so the blades wouldnt lay down completely when they were rolling it. They said to just call them in the spring/summer (since warmer temperatures allow the grass blades to bend and lay down) and would come back and roll it further. I was like yeah right youll come back....but when I called in the spring/summer they remembered my project and sent someone out to roll it to a now perfect, smooth speed (no extra trip or additional charge). I usually dont leave reviews, but to find a company (person) that will follow through on their word, have a high care factor, and go above and beyond for their customer will earn my business every time. Everyone at Quality Turf was great! I cant stop staring at our backyard cause it looks so good! Very happy and for sure would use them again for other projects

My whole experience with Quality was wonderful. From booking the appointment, to meeting with Breanna to scheduling the work to seeing it come to fruition. Freddie, Juan and the crew were wonderful- they came early, met with us and left our house looking as if it never even happened. We now have an envy-worthy yard.
