wow . super unprofessional . i live in a townhome i guess they do the property for & they way they hold themselves is just unreal . i had my windows open & heard people really yelling & i look outside & it's these guys ! screaming & cussing out each other & getting into arguments very loudly & just not caring that they are in a neighborhood filled w/ kids . so so unprofessional . if you get to pick who does your lawn care , don't pick this company .

When you have your trucks fully marked with your company name its probably a good idea to drive respectfully as the image you shape driving impacts the businesses image. Today on I94 around Albertville one of your trucks almost sideswiped our car with two young children in it while in your haste to get from the merge lane across the other two lanes of traffic into the left passing lane. While not directly around the lawn care services you provide, when driving a company vehicle you represent that company. I know this is not the first review noting the driving habits of people in your company vehicles but I hope that your employees will focus on driving safer in the future.

I initially set up an appointment because I have areas of the yard that were damaged by voles I need some serious raking done, and a tree I think is dying. They’ve been out a couple times, there was a machine that kind of got up some dead grass, came out a couple times and clipped a few branches off of the tree. The yard is a little better than before they came out so I paid my bill, but I’m still going to have to contact a landscaping company to go over what to do with my yard and the tree.

I recently hired Mark's Lawn Service for snow removal this year. I went with them two winter's ago and signed up to be on their snow removal route again the winter. The first major snowfall was 4 days ago, a blizzard on Christmas Eve. All day I waited for Mark's to show up and plow the snow. The plow never came. My sister and her kids were coming over for a "Bubble" Christmas. By 2:30 PM on Christmas Eve, I messaged Cole, President and CEO. He said one of his guys messed it up and I was missed on the plow route. Cole also said he would personally drive out to my house, which he did, on Christmas Eve! Within 20 minutes he was out in the driveway plowing, just in time for my sister and nieces to visit as he left. Cole and Mark's Lawn Service will come out on Christmas Eve to get the job done, people. No joke. That's a stand up guy and a solid company who do great work. It ain't cheap $, but their work ain't cheap. It's quality. Not cheap. Go with these guys for snow removal and the fall clean up. Just my two cents. Peace

This past 4th of July weekend, my family’s lives were put into danger when in a fit of road rage we were almost run off the road by the Marks Lawn care service truck’s all were well marked with Marks Lawn care and their phone number on there trucks. If they can cut you off from the inside lane with no room to even fit their truck and the second truck in line attempt the same action with no fear in their eyes as they glare at you as you were actively passing a slower moving vehicle. (Just not as fast as they wanted) why would you want someone like this handling your lawn. And if they can put your family in danger on the road what do they do when they are on your private property. I would definitely stay away from this company.

I paided $80 at a silent auction for lawn care. And was not only lied too, but was forced too write this review. I don't trust or respect Mike's lawn care.

Great group to work with for my landscaping project. I did have a mostly complete idea of what I wanted but they added in their expertise and I am thrilled with the new look of my home. Their work was timely, done well and very professional.

Took too many calls for them to even come out to mow the first time, then they didn't mow for the month we were on vacation so we came back to a lawn with 8" grass. We also requested fall cleanup which they never did and it took a call the day before the first snow storm to find out they weren't going to come out. They claimed that they didn't have enough time to get to all the yards this season, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated so we would have time to make alternate plans with a different, more reliable, company. There was one day of rain in November so certainly no shortage of quality time for them to get to all of their willing-to-pay customers. It's very off to find a company that doesn't want their customers money.
