We have been using Green Queen for cleaning our home for several months. We have them come every 2 weeks and the team has been fabulous! They are very detail oriented and the our home looks and smells great after each cleaning. I have not found anything they have missed. UPDATE: The owner contacted me to apologize and offered to send out a manager to come look at our situation. Although I still wont be using Green Queen , I really appreciate this gesture and the fact that the owner herself cares enough to speak to customers in need. It means a lot when a company takes accountability and reaches out to try and make things right. Most companies these days pass off blame to someone else or just argue with you trying to make you feel dumb - they did not do that at all. I respect that. Original review: After using this pest service for over a year (or more!) I am changing my 5 star review to a 2 star. The applications are simply not effective (see my photo FILLED with bugs). While I had initially appreciated their prompt replies and good customer service, eventually replies decreased and eventually stopped. The customer service diminished to essentially zero. I appreciate the natural approach and the service manager, Ken, which is the ONLY reason why they are getting 2 stars and not 1. I constantly find little bugs in my house, ants, etc., even after being treated. I kept thinking maybe because its a natural service it would take longer but if I held out it would eventually pay off. I was wrong. The bugs kept coming and I kept paying. I decided to ask for a retreat, I called a couple different numbers, texted at least three or four and sent emails. I got zero response. Then I went to their website to try to find any other way to contact them, and I filled out the contact us form for new customers. Not even 5 minutes after I sent that I received an email from a sales agent asking how they could help get me started with a service. When I explained I was a current customer and that I just needed help with a retreat, I received zero response. Its really interesting how when they thought it was a new sale they immediately responded but then when they realized it was a current customer who needed support, they were no where to be found. After a loyal customer for so long, I am shocked and beyond frustrated with the way the treated me. Finally, someone did respond after I wrote an email being upset saying that my service had already been canceled. No one messaged me to tell me its been canceled to follow up to ask any questions... Nothing. Its very clear that I am not a valued customer and so I have no problem spending my hard earn money elsewhere. (Ive already signed up for another company and the difference in bugs is immediate and night and day!) I highly recommend you consider this if you are considering Green Queen.

Let me start with their Customer Service, it was outstanding! From my first contact with them, to the many questions I had, they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Then came our service day for the mosquito plan. They put out some pellets and sprayed the area around the house and we haven t seen a mosquito since! Dont delay signing up with Green Queen, now we can sit on our front porch again Thank you Green Queen!

Ive been using Green Queen cleaning service for a couple of years and I absolutely love them! I am currently on a monthly schedule and the cleaning crew, Tattyanne and Josy, are amazing! They are very thorough with cleaning and always very kind with the most beautiful smiles :) I recently moved and I specifically asked to keep the same cleaning crew because they are the best! I highly recommend!!

We have had our house cleaned by Tattyanne and Josi several times now. They are both great! They arrive on time and do a very good job. They are also wonderful with our dog :-)

We hired this company to place mosquito traps and spray our backyard on a monthly basis. When we set up our service we specifically asked that the spray only be used around the perimeter of our property and we were assured that this would be done. For our second treatment, we were home, and we watched the technician spray all over our entire backyard, including our childrens sandbox, our chicken coop, and our childrens swing as well as all of the grass all over the yard. I called and spoke to the owner. She said she was horrified that this had happened. She was willing to have someone replace the sand in our sandbox, which they did. She offered to refund us for the services and have someone come out and spray our yard with activated charcoal to neutralize. We did cancel our service and were not charged. No one ever came to spray our yard with charcoal. We have asked the company to come and pick up their mosquito traps. Some were picked up and they left several. I called again today and left a message about getting the rest picked up. I would not recommend this company. The absolute lack of discernment in how the product was sprayed all over everything, including where animals reside and children play, was wrong and the full resolution offered was not completed.

I am too far out to use their services but man was Jeff such a pleasant person to talk to, and helpful in directing me to someone who could be of service. We need a safer alternative for mosquito and weed control, so a friend told us about Green Queen. We began with some mosquito treatments and started on the weed control program last fall. So far, we appreciate the great customer service from Katie with the inside sales team to our technician, Owen. We always get a notification from Katie in advance of treatment, and its easy to email any questions or concerns and know that Owen will get the message. Owen is great about sending detailed summary of the treatment and any follow up instructions for us to be aware of. We love Green Queen for their commitment to the environment and great service.

What a phenomenal company! Not only are all products safe for my toddler and dogs to be around, but it works and this company stands behind their products. I have had to have a few re visits in between my 1/4 pest control appointments. This is only because I had some tough bugs to get rid of. I sought out a natural mosquito service for my dogs which was why I initially chose this company. Unfortunately, this company lacks customer service. I am writing this review to let others know to double check that you are getting your visits. It s 2022 - we all have cameras and more people are working from home. I got an invoice saying that a visit occurred when I was home all day and my cameras did not show any evidence of their visit. When this was brought up to front desk, I was met with attitude that she wasn t the one at the site (except you work for the company). I was later told that they clicked the wrong house and everything disappeared and that the guy that was servicing was new. I had to follow up multiple times that day and wait for several hours for the guy to service my yard. If I did not follow up and call multiple times, I m not sure that I would have had my visit. I understand mistakes happen, but it s how a company resolves and handles them. If you re with them, confirm that you are getting the visits you paid for in case this happens.

Green Queen has handled our pest control for about 5 years now. I initially was drawn to them because I wanted to be healthier and not use the chemicals around my family- I have kids and dogs. I also liked the idea of lessening my environmental impact. I thought that would come at the cost of the product not working as well but I couldn t have been more wrong. The healthy stuff actually works as well or better than the nasty chemical laden pest control sprays. I also use them to spray for mosquitoes. The mosquito buckets are fantastic and the only thing that s worked for our yard that had a lot of ivy and standing water. They also do cleaning. It s a woman owned business, which I love supporting. Clearly they do something right because the same guy, Courtney, who is a stand up guy, has sprayed for me for over 5 years. Love this business and would highly recommend them to anyone especially over a traditional type of pest control business.

I really wanted to love this company. I think it s amazing they ve taken on the challenge of offering pest services that are nontoxic. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Besides the lack of professionalism, scheduling errors, and lack of a response when I reached out to give detailed concerns, the main issue is that the service just didn t work. In the 8 months of service, we had so many bugs, mainly spiders. Since I discontinued use, I researched and made my own spray with vinegar, water, and essential oils, and have seen an overwhelmingly less amount of bugs than we were using Green Queen plus, I can spray whenever I want and know it works. I did appreciate how kind the technicians were. Also, it s important to note that after your first service they offer a discount for leaving a review, which could explain many of the good reviews, especially those that mention having had their first service or having just signed up.

We ve been very happy with Green Queen pest control for the past several years. Similar results to our previous non - green service plus the technicians are always very knowledgeable, professional and on time. Great communication. Biodiversity coming back to our property. Highly recommend.

I ve used Green Queen pest control for years and have never had a problem with pests/bugs since using them. IMO, the green pest control works so much better than the manmade, mass produced chemicals as I usually found some bugs with that service. I cannot recommend Green Queen any higher. Weve been using Green Queen this summer for mosquito control. I was a little skeptical of using a green service, but didnt want to use something more traditional/harmful. I was wrong! Last summer we couldnt walk to our car without swarmed, this summer I dont think Ive gotten a single bite. Also, after the very heavy rains, GQ reached out to apply a free reapplication to ensure the mosquitoes stay away. Well be using this service next summer as well!

We ve tried two other mosquito control companies in past summers, and third time s a charm because Green Queen is definitely the best. They are reliable, quick to respond to correspondence, and their product is effective. So thankful our can actually enjoy our backyard without getting bitten! We will definitely be using Green Queen again next summer.

Green Queen explains everything very well and responds to special requests like avoiding spray near my garden beds. The hybrid mosquito spray option works great and my yard is REALLY bad with skeeters.

Love the truthful stance this company takes of treating mosquitoes. They offer to use fully organic where people and pets will be but use stronger sprays to control these pesky creatures elsewhere. Plus they guarantee their work and will come back out for free if required.

We started using Green Queen after our daughter was playing in the yard and would come inside with bright red legs that burned. We decided to try an organic solution to treat weeds and mosquitos, thinking it may be the chemicals used on our lawn with a traditional service. Since using Green Queen, she has not complained once about her legs and can play freely in the yard. It works just as well and we have been so pleased with the quality and their technicians!

We used Green Queen for pest control and mosquito spraying in the summer and they have been great! Always on time and/or text you to say theyre on the way so it helps in scheduling visits. Also have seen a huge difference with mosquitos in our backyard this summer. They always respond to emails and questions promptly and are flexible when we need to change visits days/times. Green Queen did a great job cleaning our home. We have signed up for the monthly service. Price point is similar to other services Ive used, but what I love is their commitment to using non-toxic products and reducing their environmental impact. They have a very good system in place, with checklists, email reminders, and easy payment options. Great communication and it is easy to add on additional services (oven cleaning etc.) as needed.

I signed up with Green Queen in May 2021 for organic weed control of my lawn. Its now October and the weeds have almost completely overtaken my lawn. I called to complain, and while their customer service rep was polite, she conceded that Green Queens services for its customers this summer was subpar. They blamed the weather, but thats what weather forecasts are for (for example, todays application was done right before the forecast plainly said it would rain). Bottom line is I paid (handsomely) for a service that I didnt get. Im moving on to another weed control service. Im a data sample of one, but I cant recommend their lawn service.

I have tried multiple cleaning services over the past year trying to find a good fit and Green Queen surpassed all of the others!! I have been using them to clean my home for the past 5 months and they have always showed up right on time, cleaned my home so well, gone above and beyond my expectations. I love that they use clean non toxic products as I have a 4 and 6 year old. They are always super friendly and I feel very comfortable with them in my home, even if I am gone during the time they are here. I highly recommend them!

LOVE being able to enjoy my yard mosquito free! They do an awesome job at making sure every area of my yard is treated, even a part of my yard that is hard to reach but is a breeding ground for mosquitos. I have been using Green Queen for 2 summers and I couldnt be more happy. This summer was especially rainy and they made sure that after a really hard rain you were still mosquito free and offered to come out and retreat for free. The green queen is awesome! I am paying the same cost for quality, non toxic pest control as I was with a conventional company. We decided to try the mosquito service too and it s been awesome!
