First of all, no one at this company asked me to write them a 5 star review. Their work speaks for itself. I was a little hesitant with a 5 star rating on 300+ reviews, but I am very happy with their work. No corners were cut, and the final product exceeded my expectations. I would happily do business with them in the future.

We could not recommend Southern Turf Co. enough. We received quotes from three different companies to put turf in our backyard and this company was by far the quickest to turnaround a quote, responsive, helpful and pricing was competitive too. But what really sold us on Southern Turf Co was Cierra. Her customer service was top notch. She was kind, helpful, respective, and even found us a contractor to help do some additional cement work and worked with them to schedule everything together. The whole experience was seamless and stress free. We re so happy with the way everything turned out and have already spent more time in our backyard than we ever have. UPDATE: 8 months after install, we had a small hole in our turf in two spots. We texted Jeremy to let him know, and within the week after we sent him some photos he had submitted the warranty paperwork and had a crew out to fix it. Still thrilled with our decision!!! We d been going back and forth for years on whether or not to get turf in our backyard. We finally made the call and did it, and we are thrilled with the results! Jeremy was our advisor and he did a wonderful job. He was patient with all of our questions during the initial consult, he visited multiple times during the install process, and he even came back for a second final walkthrough to make sure everything was cleaned up and done well. His responsiveness via text was exactly what we needed, and he even timed his visits in between my work calls. I should also say that the install crew we had was fabulous. Nothing but great to things to report! Two days later our backyard is transformed!

Ive gotten several spam calls from this company, so I looked them up (they apparently arent concerned with the Do Not Call registry). I cant imagine being dumb enough to think a Putt Putt mat is turf. I guess P.T. Barnum was right.

I just had my 1550 sq ft backyard turfed by this company. They are by FAR, the best!!!! The crew does excellent work, and takes care of all the little details as well. The crew discovered that there was a soft spot in my yard after they had laid down the packing gravel. They came out the next day and dug up that whole area and fixed it! Amazing!!! They also do a great job cleaning up! Highly recommend these guys!

The artificial turf advisor overbids , sells false claims and the turf advisors are paid to obtain artificial google reviews . Artificial Turf gets extremely hot . Artificial Turf hurts the environment . It kills the biological ecology of your garden . They say you save water and it helps the environment but it is untrue because you are overpaying for cheap green plastic and essentially you are over paying for an artificial system that looks and feels fake on your feet and harmful to your health and pets .

Today my life was made better by Andy Huffman the Turf expert! He arrived to the site early and was set up and ready! We began the turf experience with me requesting three different quotes. He was patient and made sense out of all my thoughts. He immediately made me feel like I wasn t asking too much by requesting three quotes. Will and his team were extremely professional in coming up with strategies and presenting the full array of options - all within my budget. Installing turf has essentially doubled the usable space in my backyard and I can stop worrying about mud / mess when playing with my son outside. The install timeline was 36 hours, so my yard was not a construction site for an extended period - unexpected bonus!

This space was pine straw and would get incredibly muddy, so we had no place to play, and the dogs would bring the mud up onto our porch. Now we have a perfect place to spend time outdoors together. I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had with this company. I had received other higher quotes from less knowledgeable and less caring companies. I received a recommendation, had looked at all of these 5 star reviews and got a quote that I felt to be very fair and reasonable, so I decided to move forward with them. John, who was the representative, was the friendliest and most responsive sales person I have ever worked with. He was with us through the entire process. On instillation day he showed up 15 minutes before the crew to walk through the yard and make sure that the layout was exactly how I wanted it and then introduced me to the crew when they promptly arrived in the morning. The crew was hardworking and friendly (I spent much of the install in the yard with them working on a separate project). John checked in throughout the day to make sure I was happy with the process and even showed up the last hour of install to give an inspection help the crew put the finishing details on the turf. If you have made it this far in my review pick up the phone and call them now! They do have quite a lead time but it is absolutely worth the wait and there timelines were always accurate. Is there such thing as immediate ROI when installing turf? Because thats exactly what I got. Working with Dani and the Southern Turf Co team was a fantastic experience; shes knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of time. We ended up initially discussing a putting green before adding turf to our entire backyard where we constantly dealt with growth issues and poor drainage. Southern Turf Company is the way to go if you are looking to turn your disaster of a backyard into the ultimate play place, hang out spot or just something beautiful to look at. They were helpful from our first consult, helping me and my wife narrow our options and choose the best one for us, all the way through the project (where they were on-time, courteous, professional, and WAAY skilled!), and through the walk-through after it was completed. 2 days from muddy patch of bark and dirk and stones to an amazing oasis! Wil and his team was phenomenal. I called the company mid day to get a quote for my kids play space and they actually was able to move there schedule around to come the same day.... Major two thumbs up.! When he arrived he accessed the scope of the work and he told me he would have a quote before the day was over with..... I was like okay sure because I have heard that plenty of times and businesses make you wait like a week or two.... To my surprise I received the quote around 9ish that night..... I read over the contract and agreed to the price.... Now don t get me wrong the price was not what I was expecting but once he broke down the layout and the extra things he will need to make the job complete I was satisfied..... His team came out on the scheduled day and started working, they made the job look so seamless I couldn t believe my eyes after everything was done.... I noticed a spot that had a little dip in it due to a lot of water that had drained.... I gave Wil a call and he was out the next day and it was on a Sunday..... they rectified the problem and my kids LOVEEEEEE there new play space.... I can not thank Wil and his team enough because before they came out my backyard space was a muddy wet area.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WIL AND CENTRAL TURF ATL TOO ANYONE THAT HAS ANY DOUBT..... I definitely will be using them again very soon.... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BETOND ANYTHING THAT I HAVE EVER WITNESSED..... they are the chic fil a of the artificial turf game......

Owner and operator Will was super responsive. During the initial consultation, Will took time to listen to exactly what we wanted: removal of deck tiles and turfing townhouse rooftop deck and entry way. He provided recommendations for different turf types and thoroughly explained the install process. This was not a normal project and his team expertly executed and delivered (shout out to Matt who spent days going up and down 3 flights of stairs and dealing with the Georgia summer heat). Now we have a fantastic rooftop oasis that really pops and a perfectly manicured, maintenance-free entry way that will look great all year long and for years to come.

This is a family run business and everyone is really nice. They follow through on what they say theyll do and make sure their clients are happy with the end result. They were a pleasure to work with.

Our backyard has trees everywhere and grass would never grow, so we decided to do artificial turf since it would be the only thing that would survive with no sun. I met with three companies and their prices were very similar, so it was hard to chose which company to go with. Matt, from Central Turf, was very nice and responsive. Since he was also an installer, he knew his stuff and showed us the subtleties of artificial turf, like which direction it needs to lay when looking from the house and how they can level out the yard since we had a few uneven spots. Central Turf was very professional and kind enough to allow for a couple of changes on our putting green. After all of the research Ive learned on this project, I would definitely recommend Central Turf for your artificial turf and putting green needs.

We love these guys! Totally professional. Responsive. Great experience from beginning to end. High quality looking product. They really take pride in their work. I completely underestimated how much I was going to love this turf. The turf made the entire yard just look so much better and more polished. And more useable! No more muddy spots after rain that the kids slip into. We wanted a low maintenance space, that looked great, where kids could play and where we could entertain. This was BEYOND our expectations. It has improved quality of outdoor entertaining and play time 1,000%. We invested a lot this year in leveling our back and hard landscaping, but when the turf came in, it just made the whole yard. Total transformation. We had a lot of construction going on and they really worked with us on timing. Thanks so much Central Turf!! In addition to the regular turf , we did playground padding in a large area so great. Well, worth that extra investment. Not only don t I worry as much about the kids being monkeys on our tall play set, it made the space total maintenance free with a solid, thick, padding under the turf. But it still left the turf firm to walk and play on. Love it. We also added a small putting green to an otherwise unused corner. That looks fantastic, They customized it entirely, working around existing landscaping I was hoping to keep. It looks so great. We now play on our putting green almost every night as a family!
