I didnt even leave a written review which tells me this was an error. Anyway! Ive ordered a bunch from ServeScape and I cannot be happier. Everything Ive ordered has thrived. My last order, which was in January 2024, I ordered 11 Crepe Myrtles and let me tell you, they bloomed beautifully in the spring. Their customer service is great, and the gentleman that delivered my order was kind and accomodating. I highly recommend ServeScape and will be ordering again as soon as I finish some other work on our property!

Plants were in excellent shape, a fraction of the cost of a box store, and delivered within the time frame specified on my order. Will order from again.

You just cant beat having plants delivered to your house. Difficult to find cultivars, and many others that are not available at local nurseries, are now available to you. They come directly from partner nurseries, fresh and healthy, never stressed by UPS shipping in a box!

Servescape is a reliable source to do the shopping for you when you are strapped for a lot of time. I have used them 3 times for huge jobs requiring a lot of different plants. My planting plans and their inventory are usually synced up. I may make a few changes based on the convience of having everything sourced and delivered to my front door with a few clicks. It has saved me a tremendous amount of time. I love Servescape. You must take advantage of their sales when they have them.

I had planned to pick up the order at your Chamblee yard, but got a call this morning from Sean that he was in Gainesville and needed a street address. I rated 4 stars because I had contacted the company twice about Reverend Ida Camellias and was told both times they would check with their supplier and return my call, but I never received a return call. I really liked their website! I purchased Marigolds and the email said I could pick them up on Saturday. Unfortunately they are closed on Saturday though and they let me know I could pick my order up 20 minutes before they closed for the weekend. When you call customer service you get a text hours later, instead of an immediate answer. I will not be orderding again from ServeScape!

I found the process to be slow, communication was untimely and insufficient and the plants were underwhelming when compared to the the traditional nurseries. I had good dialog with the owner and hopefully this will be a better experience for future customers. Just to be clear this is direct from grower which means the plants are very healthy but as a consumer you do not pick the plants. I believe the they only allow pick up twice a week.

Mario and his team delivered a high-quality landscape plan for our backyard which had to be dug up due to a sink hole. I ordered plants online. I love the website design - incredibly easy to navigate and great selection of plants. The site says 5-7 days for plant delivery, but with how slow everything currently is in the home improvement industry, I expected it would take longer. Surprisingly it didnt. On day 5 my plants showed up! Delivery guy was quite friendly, plants look great, now time for me to put them in the ground! I will definitely use ServeScape again.

Best value in Atlanta for landscaping plants, and carefully delivered to your door BY THEM. Not by USPS, UPS, or FedEx that seems to damage plants before you can even get them in the ground. More variety than Home Depot or Lowes garden centers for shrubs, at a better price. Very fast responses to questions I sent by email. Hope they can keep up this level of service as they grow.

I have been trying to get a full completed order for 2 months. It has been 1 month since we received an initial draft, but have no draft order for the plants needed, and no list of vetted contractors for who can do that job for our house. I am not getting responses back to the emails I am sending.

I buy a lot of plants. I always check ServeScape first because I ve learned that ServeScape delivers the most for the money. Typically, a 3-gallon plant from ServeScape costs a little less than a 1-gallon from other suppliers, and ServeScape s plants usually arrive in much better shape.

I believe that I was one of ServeScapes first customers, just about one year ago, and I have been a repeat customer. Mario has been very helpful along the way. I was drawn in because of the Connect to Protect collection, as I was starting a native plant garden. During the pandemic, it was difficult to shop, and not every plant store carries a variety of native plants. The very economical delivery fee appealed to me, so I took advantage of that. Employee Allan Cobb has been a wonderful resource. Mario designed a native plant rain garden for me, and Allan installed it via his own business. The plants arrived healthy and vibrant and seem to be going strong going into their second season. My personal choice is for wild varieties over cultivars, and would like to have choices there. Mario is the absolute best. His attention to detail far surpasses anyone I have dealt with in the past. I needed creeping vines to cover a 50 ft fence quickly and he came to my rescue. He asked me a few questions and sent me his suggestions. I ordered beautiful jasmine from him and the next day they were in my driveway. Each plant was tied and packaged and they call came in great shape. All this was done on-line and the response time was incredible.

My wife and I loved our servescape experience, tech platform, and service. We loved supporting an Atlanta-based small business who directly supports other local georgia growers. We were able to easily navigate their simple to use website, looking to add edible landscaping to our garden. We even received the special delivery from Servescape s Founder, Mario Cambardella, he hand delivered 5 blueberry bushes (2 separate species) and 2 glencoe raspberry bushes for our new garden. Servescape even added in a free bag of compost to show appreciation for supporting servescape. Our plants were sourced from local georgia growers (#georgiagrown) and hence have been used to contact with the more acidic georgia clay soil. Our plants are happy and growing, and I m excited for Servescape s business to grow as well! I would give 6/5 stars if I could. Thank you Servescape!!

It was a mixed experience. The highlights are the great selection and the convenience of delivery. Of the plants I ordered, the agapanthus were wonderful, the geranium Rozanne were good. The heuchera were a mixed bag, 6 of the heuchera were very good, 6 were good, 5 were undersized for a gallon container, and 1 would have been in the discard bin of any reputable nursery. Alan had called me about 3 of the plants the day before delivery and told me they were weak and we had worked out some substitutions. Unfortunately, those substitutions did not materialize at delivery. Not a terrible experience, but certainly not the best.
