I contacted the team at Golden Gardens via their website and they got back to me very quickly. We spoke, they understood that I needed aeration and over seeding for multiple Townhomes and they had no issue providing me an estimate where many other landscape companies told me they dont service Townhomes. The day of they texted before they came, I met them to confirm services and they allowed me to review when they were done! Everything from the estimate to the invoice was electronic and all of it was fantastic! I will be telling everyone about them and use them in the future.

They are eager to do the work, but so eager that they ll just come and do it when you aren t at home and haven t accepted the quote yet. Found that to be unprofessional and unsettling to come home and see. Communication thru texts clearly show I was still figuring things out related to quotes. They demanded payment immediately multiple times same night even though I was still figuring out exactly what I wanted landscaping wise before they just came and did it. They also took landscaping rocks that I wanted to repurpose elsewhere. Paid them just not to deal with them again. Sucks because I thought they could be good long term landscapers for me as they are quick and eager to help.

Had Golden Gardens come out to top dress our yard with compost. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and did a great job! We will definitely be using the in for other work in the future!
