Zero stars isnt an option but these guys are by far the worst gardening/landscape company in the valley. Highly dont recommend!!!!! Rude and disrespectful!!!! Zero Stars!!!!!!!

Great experience with Bumgardners Landscape when I had an issue with my lawn sprinkler system. Caden was on time, professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient! I happily recommend this company!

Their worker did extensive damage to front end of my car when cutting blackberries adjacent to my car.

My husband and I were lost and confused, looking for a replacement sprinkler head for the sprinkler my husband had run over with a lawnmower. Rod Baumgardner happened to be in the same place at the same time and was very generous and helpful to us. Ill definitely look up Baumgardner Landscaping whenever I need landscaping work done.

Carols Colors, which merged with Bumgardners, installed our irrigation system 25 years ago and has maintained it ever since--excellently. Most recently, James fixed a broken pipe and installed pressure reducers. He is prompt, polite, and highly skilled.

I had them do some work for my elderly parents. They were very kind and patient with them and took the time to explain what was going on, good value I would definitely use them again

These guys genuinely work hard but make sure to check their workmanship afterwards. We had to point out leaks and faulty sprinklers for them. Plus our final bill was almost double what we were quoted.

Bumgardner s returned my call promptly and set up an appointment. They showed up on time and they took care of all of my irrigation issues that I d been having. Very professional! Couldn t be happier!

I arranged for an estimate..., they showed up and discussed, but never got back to me, nor offered an estimate. They did quality work for a friend of mine, but didn t bother to get back to me. Very unprofessional!

Called this place about 5 times trying to set up an appointment to come out and do an assessment on my property. Each time I called I was told my number would be passed on to the irrigation manager, I never received a call back even after they apologized every time I called. Seriously how hard is it to call a customer back?

Wanted to get an estimate on a backyard landscaping project. Was told that they are sooooo busy that they wont take on any project unless it is over $3,500. First, it sounds rather like extortion. And second, how could I get a fair estimate knowing that their starting point is $3,500? Sorry but I would never do business with a business that operates like this.

Found my lost/buried solenoids quickly and charged a fair price. Very helpful advising on turf management. Went out of their way to fit me into a tight schedule as it was just before a holiday week end. Happy to find a one stop shop that can fix major and minor irrigation problems as my system is showing its age. Being a family business, the technicians have skin in the game so customer satisfaction appears to matter. I am a happy camper.

Saw good Google reviews for them, took a chance out of the blue and am very glad I did. I needed help diagnosing a lot of water puddling at the bottom of my lawn. Rod promptly made an appointment and kept it. He was fantastic. He actually listened to me(unlike some other contractors Ive used), checked valves, replaced a sprinkler head, adjusted the spray coverage and even better, showed me how to do it. While solving irrigation problems he also gave me great tips on the plants Ive been neglecting. I plan on removing/replacing several, including a bush that smells like cat pee. All these years I hated my neighborhood cats because I thought they were the source of the odor. Who knew? Rod did. He was patient and professional. He gave me options for different levels of work he would do but didnt push. I didnt expect to enjoy the visit, but I did, because he educated me on my own house, on things Ive lived with for years. I enthusiastically endorse Bumgardners Landscaping.

I recommend Bill Bumgardner Landscaping for irrigation issues--the absolute best! Bill really knows what he is doing. Hes quick, has all the supplies he needs in his truck, and gets the job done.

These guys really know what they are doing, very responsive and did a professional job with a sprinkler system pipe break that was no fun to fix. I thought I had a leak after their repair, they responded right away , checked it out and found their repair was solid, I had ground water leaking back into the valve body, I offed to pay but they said if you liked our service let others know so here I am!!!

August 9/16: Left a voicemail for this company asking for both a fall and spring yard cleanup. Received an email, stating that they were busy, but could get to me in October. I said fine. The next email stated that a cleanup depending on size is generally $850.00. I live on a .89 acre property with very steep slopes. I replied- Would you care to look at the property? I would like to make sure that we are both on the same page as to the work required. The answer: I do not give quotes based on man hours or man power. This man expects to present a contract; with the cost firmly stated; but NO INDICATION of how many man hours are involved; or any description of the scope of the work to be performed. This leaves the agreement open to the contractors reduction of labor hours spent to suit his own profit margins. August 10th. He said he would come by to look at the property. Its now September 7th. I now have to book another company. He has just wasted a month of my time. I would not employ this company as I find the principals attitude to be both dismissive, and arrogant.

I would highly recommend these guys they are extremely busy because they are very good I know if I refer a client to them that they will not let them down they are by no means the cheapest but if you spend the time to look at their portfolio all of the properties they maintain are in great shape. If you are looking for a cheap blow and go clean up crew than these guys would be the wrong company to call they take great pride in their work and have been doing it long time and they hold more industry certifications than any other company that I know of. You definitely get what you pay for with these guys and like any of the trades I deal with all of the good companies are very busy but will get you on the schedule and get the job done right. The owners are great guys they are local Southern Oregonians and know the region very well I would highly recommend them you will not be disappointed with the final product.
