He did remove all the dog toys from the yard and put them on the patios before starting. What he did not do way give me a report of what he did that day. He also did not give me a review of how my lawn was looking from the heat. Never got the invoice, so I had to go to my bank to see the what the bill was for.

He did a great job. Kudos to him.

I recently switched to Ziehler for my lawn care and I am so pleased. I had been using another local lawn care company for four years and each year my lawn looked worse than the year before. After just one treatment from Ziehler the lawn is already thicker and greener than its ever been. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Ziehler is slightly more expensive per treatment than what I had been paying, but it is well worth it. My Ziehler technician is Ryan L. Ryan is great. He is so friendly, personable and always willing to answer any questions I have.

The big thing he is on is big for our small front yards, neighbor saw him hit a light post. Needs to slow down a bit? Also we have had a lot of dandelions.

Great company with great customer service! They came and did my aeration and over-seed and did a great job. After, I unfortunately washed some seed out by over watering. I called to find out what grass seed they use so I could fix the areas but instead of just telling me what seed and having me buy it they sent out service leader Patrick to reseed and topsoil the areas. Patrick was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the lawn.

Ian picked up all the dog toys which we forgot to do. Does a great job and is in and out.

Yesterday was our first service with Ziehler. Jp did a nice job paying attention to detail and his visit report seemed to actually reflect our yard and its actual imperfections. No damage, no mess. I would give Jp 5 stars just for that. The 4 stars on this review is just because I dont yet know if the product applied is effective. It too soon for that.

Zach called last week to reschedule the treatment due to weather and showed on time and date rescheduled. I really appreciate they dont leave the fertilizer on the walkways and driveway like the other companies do. My wife observed he did the complete lawn and I have always been pleased with their service and the condition of my lawn.

This is my second season with Ziehler. I ve been a homeowner for over 35 years. I contracted with many lawn care companies, but, I have found Ziehler provides more value than others. They ACTUALLY respond to requests and my lawn is green and lush. They re not the cheapest, but, provide excellent value.

Zack has always been really nice and professional. One thing that s impressed me is before he sprays, he has always taken the time to move my children s toys or slide off the yard onto the patio. It s simple and adds 5 minutes to his work but, he takes that extra time to do a great job, instead of a good job.

This is a great company and my tech is usually Nathan. Nathan is awesome. He takes the time to really look at what s going on and the type of weeds you have and if you re getting enough water on your lawn, he takes the time to write up what should be done to rectify any issues that he s found and he s always willing to come back to hit any weeds with the weed killer that didn t respond on the first go. I don t write a whole lot of reviews so I would take this as a very positive review on this company in my experience so far with the tech that has done my lawn.
