Had a few minor problems with my tree trimming but Todd and Jeff resolved the problem. Customer service is hard to find these days but they went above and beyond.

Super appreciative of Joel and the crew at BetterScapes for safely removing my mature sycamore in Bethlehem. He kept my property AND a colony of honey bees safe during the removal - and coordinated with some local beekeepers to rehome the bees.

They arrived on time, used mats on the lawn to prevent lawn damage, cut down two 80 foot white pine trees situated at the rear of my property between two garden sheds and cleaned up absolutely all debris. In addition they were courteous about optimal scheduling given weather conditions. I would highly recommend them.

This was the second year that I had BetterScapes prune my fruit (apple, peach and pear) trees. Ivan was out in January to do an assessment which this year included pruning a big old holly tree as well. The crew showed up on February 19th but only after checking to make sure it was ok with me since this area received 13.8 of snow just two days prior. I thought that was very courteous and professional of them. They did a super job pruning and made sure that the area surrounding each of the 11 trees was cleared of all branch debris. This was no easy task due to the snow on the ground. THIS WAS A JOB WELL DONE BY BETTERSCAPES!! I would highly recommend them!!!

BetterScapes crew showed up early, with a map of the trees to be removed, and handled removal deftly and professionally.

After some disappointing experiences with other landscaping companies, my wife and I hired BetterScapes to trim and shape a very large magnolia tree and to remove a Bradford Pear that could have eventually split and fallen onto our neighbors home or ours. After I contacted BetterScapes they came to our home quickly to review the work we wanted done and they gave us a quote for the work later the same day. After we accepted the quote, they scheduled the work within a few days. My wife and I were extremely pleased with their responsiveness, the professionalism of their crew and the quality of work they did. We were especially impressed by the cleanup they did when the job was finished. Aside from finding a few very small twigs you would never know they had worked in our yard except to see the final product. We have more work scheduled with BetterScapes in the spring, and will certainly use them for any future landscaping work around our home.

When I asked for a quote to remove a couple of very tall trees in difficult spots, Joel Breslin came out right away and gave me the lowest quote of the several that I had got at that point. The team that came out to do the job - John, Seth, Don, Jorge and Magna - were absolutely wonderful. I have never seen a team that was as punctual, well coordinated, efficient and professional as this team was. After they finished with the trees, they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came! The guys were courteous, friendly and competent. They went beyond the necessary and did little things that they didnt have to. The log removal crew came out the next morning. Blas, the leader of that team, also extended his service to include more than was absolutely necessary. They were professional, courteous and clean. We have been very pleased with the service they have provided and will not hesitate to recommend them to others, or to call on them if we should need any further landscaping service.

Recent weather and a few equipment problems upset the schedule a little bit. Originally BetterScapes planned to do this work in a single day, but that did not happen. Contract was for shrubbery trimming and cutting back the vines. Came out twice, first time didnt complete job, second time, Dillion completed job in a timely fashion. Dillion wax extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend this business in the future.

Two weeks ago that storm damaged the two trees that are in my backyard. Better Scapes had to remove one but they were able to save the second tree. They were extremely careful not to cause further damage while removing the broken branches that were on my fence and shed. The workers were professional and courteous and I highly recommend them. I also use them for maintenance on my lawn and Im extremely satisfied with their service.

Was great working with Ivan and the Betterscapes team. We had a branch in a tricky position, suspended between the tree and our roof. They promptly came out for a quote at a very fair price, then scheduled and completed the work quickly and with precision so nothing was damaged. They even cleaned up all debris and tire marks in the yard. We will definitely be using them again!

We called BetterScapes after a section of tree fell on one of our properties after stormy weather. Because the tree fell on power lines, PPL came out and removed the branches by chopping them up and tossing them all over the property. Brendans crew came out the next day and quickly cleaned up the mess that PPL left behind -- including the next door neighbors yards as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for yard work, tree work, or any landscaping whatsoever. They responded quickly, worked hard, they were affordable and just overall professional and kind.

The crew was top notch from start to finish. From the initial phone call, through the estimate process to the scheduling and actual work. I had a tree removed and a lot of other large mature trees pruned. The estimate was done in the fall of 2020. They scheduled me for mid February of 2021. We had the blizzard and they still showed up the following week during another snowy day and did the job. Hard working, dedicated professional crew!

The cutting/removal took place on one day and few days later they came through with the stump grinding of all the removed items. Yard, driveway, and street all cleaned up upon completion. The men were courteous and extremely helpful. I called BetterScapes and had an appointment in two days and the work was done within the next two weeks. The men cleaned up so well that it looked like nothing was performed on my property except for the sixty foot blue spruce which they removed. After the stump removal they took away the wood chips so I could plant grass that day. Truly a 5-Star plus company. Thumbs up all the way men.

While the work has not been completed yet i just wanted to share what a pleasant experience i had with this company. I received a postcard and was unhappy with my current tree care company, i called the number and was greeted by the salesman. He forwarded my info to the other salesman who called me back almost immediately. We set up a time that afternoon for an appraisal. Mike was pleasant courteous and very informative about what he would like to do on my property. He gave me a fair price, no haggling, and immediately sent over a formal quote. The whole process was a wonderful change of pace from what i have been used to. Im sure i have found my new tree care provider. Thanks guys!

The price was right, the professionalism was right, the clean up was right, and the duration was right. These guys were wonderful. Todd was fantastic to work with. Came back to make some changes I needed to without even batting an eye. It was a fairly extensive job, having to take down very tall pines, while navigating a wooden fence right next to the job. It went off without a hitch. On another note, I recommended them to my nephew, and their estimate was 3,000 dollars less than a competitor. I will be calling them next year for additional service.

We had 21 spruce trees that needed to be removed. BetterScapes gave us a great price. They were excellent in keeping us informed about the date and start time and began the job promptly. They were flexible and worked well with us. The job, including stump removal, grading and seeding the area was completed in 2 days. We hadn t originally expected them to grade and seed the area but we were pleasantly surprised when they offered to do it (at an additional but reasonable price). They cleaned everything up and it looks fantastic! We will definitely hire them for future projects!

Last Fall a tree on my property was damaged by the lantern flies. This Summer I rented a chainsaw and took it down. I was left with a small, yet bothersome pile of wood. I reached out to for recommendations for a company that could bring a wood-chipper and take care of it for me and I quickly received a reply from Patrick at BetterScapes Tree Service. He said that if the pile was small enough, he would be happy to get rid of it free of charge. I sent a picture of the pile and he said, they would be able to come and chip the wood for free. We arranged a day and I prepared for them to arrive. At some point, I had to tend to some household chores when the doorbell rang. I rushed out to help with the wood pile only to find out that they had already taken care of it. It was all gone! Without my noticing they had taken care of a nuisance quickly and quietly. I was more than thankful. Should I require any tree services in the future, I will be more than happy to give them a call. Patrick was friendly and professional (other than not charging me for their service).

Estimate within a day, work completed within a week. Had a large uprooting tree and a couple dead trees along my property line that intersected with cable and power lines in my back yard. The company removed an approximately 80 foot white ash tree and two smaller fir trees. The fir trees were close to my house. The men were prompt, courteous, on time and thoughtful. I had a large amount of brush and several large trees removed with their service. The price is unbeatable. I called every business in the area and BetterScapes was better by THOUSANDS of dollars. They are quick to quote. They have a lot of manpower and equipment so the work gets done super quickly. My only complaint is a small one. They could improve communication with the customer when there are service delays or equipment waits. They will get there! but you may not be in the know unless you call them regularly for updates. A text here and there would have made my experience a six star one. I would definitely use them again.

They trimmed large Sycamore tree and some smaller trees and 10-12 arbovitae and two eight - nine foot hedges of approximately 100 feet each. In all cases they did an excellent job and they went the extra mile to make sure the job top notch. Yes not only would I recommend them but I will be hiring them again next year.

Great experience with Betterscapes. They were very quick to come out and give an estimate and showed up 1 day earlier than planned for the actual job. My wife & I are absolutely impressed with Elio and his team, which run the landscapping divison of Better Scapes. We had them build an underground french drain to help with water issue, re-edge our yard, and plant trees, and create beautiful rock beds. The partner of the company was so detailed he added 2.5 tons of rock + labor for FREE to make the job look stunning. I am a life long fan of Elio and this company. I HIGHLY recommend Better Scapes/ Elio and his team. Truly a job WELL DONE!!!!

We paid dearly for their services although very nice and thorough. They dont always return phone calls and told us that to top off an Oak would cost into the thousands. This would not even include removal of the fallen part because it would just fall into the woods. We didnt quite understand why we would be charged so much more when the part that we were cutting would not need to be removed.

These guys are great hands down and would and will definitely use them again considering I m a contractor from the Poconos I live in Northampton and had a very big tree over my home I got they re number liked they re responsiveness and they took care of it while I was at work and did phenomenal also very clean and thorough clean up get these guys !!!!!!

Bruce and the team were very professional and did a great job. The quote was lower than the big guys , but the service didn t suffer. Definitely have them give you a quote. You might be surprised at how much you could save.
