Monroe Lawn And Landscaping in Center Point

Hired to mow a large yard and the company did a horrible job. There were entire strips that were totally unmowed. Some spots were mowed and others were 24 inches high and untouched. Not small areas but entire areas were unmowed. We sent an email with complaint and owner refused to acknowledge issue. We made full payment despite the job being totally unacceptable quality. Recently we reached out to a different named company about getting a firewood estimate and the Monroe owner sent an email saying we had been unreasonable about the mow a few years ago and he wouldn’t want to repeat an unpleasant experience. I be liable. I’ve never seen such unprofessional customer service. We sent one respectful email complaining about a bad mow- paid full price for the service (promptly) and yet we were unreasonable? Avoid this company- definitely not quality service and very unprofessional. Wish I could post pictures of this awful service!
