Naturescape continues to do an excellent job for us. Weve used them mainly for lawn pest control for 4 or 5 years. We especially like that they are ALWAYS available live to the phone. Thats nice.

Great to work with.Our lawn looks amazing! We have a tech named Jody and not only is he a great tech he is a truly sincere person. During his last application he was loading his equipment to finish up an a little boy riding a bicycle wrecked his bike in our culdisac. He got out of his truck with a first aid kit and patch up the little boys knee. Absolutely warmed my heart

Apparently this company doesnt need to check the sensitive crop registry for bees, plus they lie when I confronted them about the guy spraying with wind gust of 25 mph towards my bees.

Its a lawn service, what else is there to say.

Had Naturescape for the last 2 years and my church lawn has never looked better! They are definitely moving us in the right direction for lawn care.

Neighbors are always asking how I get my lawn so green. We get the 5 treatment plan and do aeration and overseed in the fall.

I go to Christ Holiness Apostolic Temple here in Cedar Rapids Iowa and Naturescape treats our lawn. It looks nice, green and weed free.

Previously left poor review due to suboptimal results and multiple challenges scheduling services. I did receive follow-up from local QA manager and Customer Service at HQ who were both extremely helpful in outlining a plan to make things right. Would like to give credit for the effort to correct some of the issues a previous review included. I appreciate the response from the Naturescape team.

We would highly recommend NatureScape for lawn maintenance and mosquito control! The timing of their treatments is spot on and we always receive prompt responses to any of our requests!

The location in Cedar Rapids can not figure out their billing process. They have sent me 5 bills for which I have paid from day one. T I would like to add to this comment, and let everyone know the current status After contact with the correct chain of command, i was more then happy with the outcome. All of my concerns were addressed, and i was called personal from the General manager. I will continue being a customer, i am happy with how my lawn looks with their treatments.

Prepaid for the year. Have emailed and called they are not responding. They have not completed my lawn service that I paid for in full.

*EDIT: I would like to add that Creg from Naturescape Corporate contacted me shortly after and we worked together to get my lawn back its healthy state. I should add that for the remained of the applications communication and timeliness was significantly improved. I will consider them for our lawn services again this year. First, I scheduled the application services and it took them quite a while to come out. They finally came out at the end of July. A couple weeks later I noticed my grass started to die and the weeds certainly did not. I contacted them a couple weeks into August and spoke with Becky (she is very nice) and she said she would have one of the technicians come out for reservice. They have a satisfaction guarantee and are supposed to deal with unsatisfied customers within 72 hours. Well it has been over a month that I have to keep calling and I keep being told they will be out that day or the day after and they NEVER come! They literally killed my grass and should be doing their best to make it look green and healthy once again. I have a lot of discoloration, especially in the front and it does not look very appealing. I have given them quite a bit of time to recover since the storm and they shouldnt tell their customers they will be out and then never show up. I am tired of calling them, so I thought Id give a heads up to any future customers. I definitely wont be using them again.

They never called me back. I have 4 to 5 houses that want this service. Apparently, they dont want ours.

We were looking for a residential snow removal service and I had called 10-20 places looking for a quote and everyone was booked. When I called Naturescape, I spoke with Becky who was the MOST professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind person I had spoken with out of ALL of the companies I called. Their rate is reasonable and they charge by the visit instead of by the hour which is super helpful. Give them a call and see if they can help you!

Customer service is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Great service and impressed with how well the mosquito service worked! Wish they did pruning/weeding too. Id sign them up in a heartbeat.

Naturescape has been treating our yard foe the last 4 years, and they do a great job!

I had my 25 trees and hedge sprayed last year around June and the day after they sprayed everything they all started to die. I contacted the office and they said it wasnt due to their product. After several calls I asked to speak to someone in management. Chris the regional manager came to look and stated straight away that it was definitely their fault and they take full responsibility. They asked me to wait for a while to see if it would get any worse which it definitely did. All the foliage died on everything they had sprayed. Chris then asked me to wait till the spring to see if the trees and hedge would come back which I did . Now it is May and all my trees and hedge look dead or close to being. I spoke to Chris again and he stated it would go to their insurance and now he would not be able to communicate with me anymore. The problem now is I have not heard from Naturescape or their insurance company and all I have is a garden with everything dead. I call the office and all they say is they will pass the message on. For a company who says they take full responsibility they are not standing up to their word. If I could give this company no stars at all I would. Do not let this company touch your trees as you could well be in my situation without it ever getting resolved.

We have had a great experience with this company. The service technicians are very thorough. We added a program when a technician arrived tonight at 5 and another technician arrived to add on the service within the hour. The customer service is excellent! We highly recommend!

We quit Trugreen because they wouldnt spray our whole yard if they sprayed at all. Our yard looked horrible until we tried naturescape. After the first year our yard looks amazing. Their staff (Tony) just treated our yard and did an amazing job, he was very pleasant to talk to and took the time to explain what he was doing. I woukd highly recommend them!!

My very large yard always looks great since switching to Naturescape several years ago. A nice young man named Austin applied my first treatment of the season today. He was very thorough and polite. I called the office (Tara) to ask a few questions, and as always, my questions were cheerfully answered. Very nice people

Naturescape has been taking care of our yard for the last 4 years and they are wonderful to work with!

We paid for them to come in periodically throughout the summer to apply a spray that will prevent a majority of the mosquitoes from crowding around our yard. We called them at the end of June to come by because I got bit about 20 times within two weeks of their first application. And their guarantee says they will come within 3 days of reoccurrence of the issue. They said they would stop by. They didn t come. I called again the second week in July, they again didn t come. I called them the third week in July and they said they would definitely be in my neighborhood on Saturday. They still have not come by and it is Monday the end of July. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is hoping their service comes when they say they will. I essentially paid $160 to continue to not be able to use my yard. I don t know if their company has gone downhill since the other reviews. Or if it is just the Cedar Rapids location. But it is unfortunate to not be able to just sit out in our yard during the great weather we re having. Update: We called on Tuesday and got a hold of the regional branch manager who then got a hold of our local branch manager, Nathan, who said he would come personally to ensure our yard was sprayed the next day. They ended up coming at 8pm on Wednesday. I hope this doesnt happen again.

I have the service every other year. They do a a great job. I ask them to come back this year to redo creeping charlie area after the first treatment didnt get it done. They were out the next day and took care of it. Pleasant staff to work with.
