I had them install new sod in my yard. Fast and efficient. I would use their services again.

Richard was very professional and friendly. He performed a walk around checking heads and looking for leaks. None were found. We went back to box and the meter was showing 2-3 gpm even with system off, indicating a leak. Richard then went to the control center in garage and adjusted start & run times which were all out of wack. We went back to valve box and shut off sprinkler valves. Water usage went to zero. When valves were turned back on usage jumped to 2-3gpm. Richard suggested installing a check valve which would prevent water from running thru line if sprinklers were not in use. The check valve would probably work but would not address the leak. I was disappointed that the leak was not identified and repaired. My sprinkler system remains off until leak is repaired or check valve installed. I received over a $1500 bill last month and City said i should expect at least $500 this month. Any Suggestions? Bryan installed our system at our new home over a year ago. We weren t quite sure how to tweak it because the lawn wasn t getting the water it needed in some areas. He came out the day after we contacted him and got everything up and running better than before at a very reasonable rate. He even reviewed the winterization process with us. Very quick, friendly & efficient, even were able to come out a day earlier than scheduled. But as another reviewer suggested, their rates are not the cheapest on the block. This was a pretty expensive shovel mishap on our part so beware, some irrigation pipes are buried less than 4 inches down and they re not tree roots!

Great job at a reasonable price! The technician explained that the drip line squeaked when it first turned on because of the high water pressure. He replaced the two elbows with one elbow for a simpler connection, and that fixed the small leak as well. He arrived early and waited patiently for me to arrive home. He fixed the drip line squeak fast!

We asked Pro Green to do an irrigation inspection at our new house. Bryan came out and checked the control panel, adjusted the length of time it was running, checked all the zones, and made a couple of adjustments to the sprinkler heads. Request was for quick service on a broken sprinkler head. Response was great - less than 24 hours later, the broken part was replaced, and the entire system inspected with other small items replaced and adjusted as needed. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We called for a quote on our current non operational irrigation system due to a pool being placed in our backyard. For a quote, we were told it would be $85. We waited one day shy of three weeks to get this quote back. I asked for two quotes, one to replace our backyard sprinkler system that was tore up and another to seal the backyard off so we could still run the front yard (the much cheaper option). After the long wait for the quote, we were just given the expensive option. If were paying for a quote, and waiting almost three weeks, they could at least given us what we asked for.

Richard and Bryan were attentive and efficient in taking care of our sprinkler needs, even working around a difficult schedule imposed on us by another contractor. Good work ethic and quality work all around.

I called Pro Green Landscaping for a hole in my drip line. Richard was very quick to schedule an inspection which I could not accept because of a Doctors Appointment. He gave me the next day which worked out perfectly for me. Bryan his technician text me that he was on the way. Bryan was very friendly and knowledgeable about sprinklers and drip systems. I called to schedule an appointment in order to get a quote for a job, the person who answered the phone right away said they are only interested in jobs which are 10k or may be can do a 6k job. Without even visiting the site, the person was asking me if i think the job is worth 6k or 10k, is this a joke? how can i tell you how much the job is worth when i am the person asking you for the quote. Richard did a great job inspecting our irrigation system and replacing all the part that needed to be replaced without pushing unnecessary parts. Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

I hired ProGreen to fix a yard pipe that was broken by a contractor. They did that job well, for a reasonable price. However they informed me that they couldnt test it because the irrigation controller was not functional and needed to be replaced (for over $500). This is maybe a 30 min job and a decent controller is under $150. But much more troubling is that when I went to inspect it myself, it was simply unplugged (which is a mystery in itself) and when I plugged it, it worked perfectly well. Given the abundance of stellar reviews it may have been a fluke, but this is my experience nonetheless. Edit: changed to 3 stars for professional response. Fyi, the controller had power for the display via the common wire, but was not plugged to the 24V outlet for power to the valves.

I was very pleased with the service we received today. Richard was able to accommodate same day service on our broken sprinkler system. He was quick to identify a solution and took time to explain all of it thoroughly. He provided a number of pro tips along the way and after fixing the controller and the master valve, he inspected every station to ensure all were operating properly and most effectively. In so doing he made a number of adjustments to the stations. He also took time to answer additional landscaping and lawn care questions. Overall experience was top rate. I will use Richard again anytime I have landscaping/irrigation needs.

Awesome experience. Richard diagnosed my irrigation system issue following a power surge that wiped out several valves and my controller. He made sure I knew where he was with each step of the process and gave me a fair quote for replacing all of my valves and even having to trace an electrical circuit line failure, and did so quickly and had my sprinkler system working again in less than 2 hours from start to finish. He also fixed a couple of drip line issues. Will definitely call ProGreen for any future issues or if I need to expand or upgrade my irrigation system.

My sprinkler system stopped working last night and after some google searching I came across Pro Green. Getting scheduled was very smooth (I had called two other companies last week and neither of them called me back). Pro Green was very responsive on the phone and they even encouraged me to send my details over text message to avoid typos and establish a responsive communication channel. They were able to fit me in very quickly as I was traveling out of town and did not want my plants and grass to suffer while I was gone. They found all the problems, tuned my system/nozzles, fixed a cracked pipe, and replaced a valve in a few hours for a reasonable price. Overall very impressed with the service! Going to get quotes on further work for sure.

I cannot say how relieved I am to have found this company to work on my sprinkler system. After working with 3 other companies to try to fix 1 zone that then became a 5 zone issue and wires disconnected after those companies tried to fix my system, Richard came by to provide an estimate and was able to quickly figure out wires were crossed at the 1 zone that started the issue when no other sprinkler companies could figure it out. He was also easy to work with and explained his plan to correct the remaining issues. I really appreciate his honesty, expertise and fair pricing. Stay away from this companion. The company is very greedy and asked for over $800 even for a leak repair of pipe. They cut root of tree and tree is about to be dead, HOA is asking me to replace the tree, which will cost $2000 more. Ridiculous! $2800 to have this company to repair a leak.

I purchased the 85.00 inspection, they sent a person who looked around for 10 minutes. I was never given an inspection report or told what work was needed. I tried contacting them but no response. I cannot recommend them.

I cannot rave enough about the job the crew did at my home. I legitimately thought I only had a single problem, and they pointed out the stuff that I thought was normal was actually indicative of a couple of major issues. They bid on the work and gave me a very competitive price, and were done within the hour. Richard walked me through the process of turning off my sprinkler system which was turned off on the controller but water was still pouring out of a few of the sprinkler heads. He also sent pictures which was great since I am a visual learner. I had to turn off the water at the main water supply for sprinkler system. If he had not instructed me on how to do this, my water bill would be a lot higher than what it currently is. Another option would have been to turn off the main water supply for the house which would have prevented me from having water needed for every day living. This happened on the weekend and Richard was kind enough to assist me. I called him Monday to thank him and obtain a quote on how much I owed him for the telephone services. He stated, nothing, I get these types calls at least twice a day or somethingto that effect. I was astonished! You do not find many businesses with this type of integrity that assist in repairs over the phone for free! I would use this company for any of my landscaping needs. Progreen did repair work on my sprinkler system. Nice guys but were late to start the work and the cost was high for what they did. They fixed a few stations and leaks in one line. I asked them to verify all Sprinklers heads and stations work only to Find later that several sprinkler heads were still not working. They suggested spot of grass in yard were dry because of the sun when in reality it was because of lack of irrigation. I was tied up with work that day and trusted they would do a god job based on online reviews. In the end, they repaired some things but have been more careful and diligent.

They were on time, fast but thorough, and nice guys. They had to put up with a crazy amount of dog crap in my back yard, and didn t complain. Finally, they answered all of my questions, and gave me useful advice about lawn care. I will not hesitate to use them again, in necessary.

I m very happy with ProGreen Landscape Solutions. I attempted to cap a sprinkler myself, but it was leaking. ProGreen called me back the same day, and was able to complete the sprinkler capping within a couple of days. Richard was very professional, and did the work quickly.

Fantastic, A+++ Service! Richard responded to my request for irrigation/sprinkler repair right away. He was willing to come out right away but worked with my schedule. He checked my entire system and made several repairs/adjustments. I told him I was planting some crape myrtles in a few days so he even exposed my drip lines for me to avoid me damaging them during planting. Also moved a drip line out of the way where I m having a large tree stump grinder operating in a couple weeks (hopefully to avoid damage). I had an irrigation system put in years ago that is now out of business. I googled for a specialist due to lightening striking my home. Pro green was not my first call. I explained my issue of water running down the street, no water pressure, etc and was told by other companies that they couldn t get anyone out for weeks! I called ProGreen and talked with Richard. He said they were booked out as well, but would come over right away to get the water stopped, access the situation and see what they could do for me. Within 2 hours, Richard was knocking on my door. He knew what to do, and what the issues were right away! He explained he put in costs for repairs, but would not know until he opened up the heads if the repair to all of them were needed. Since this lightening event, I have been given bids and estimates for all sorts of things I haven t needed, to the tune of over 42k! He was able to fix the irrigation issues right away, and is working up an estimate for the lighting issues and will be back in a couple of days to go over and fix them. ProGreen is the easiest, most responsive landscaping service that I have ever worked with. My Bermuda grass was not doing well in the shady parts of my yard so I decided to replace it with Palisades Zoysia. I asked ProGreen for a quote, and ended up contracting them for the job. Richard gave me a schedule for the job to be completed and he stuck EXACTLY to that timeline. The job included removal of the Bermuda, aeration of the soil, adding Promix to my soil, grading my lawn, laying the Zoysia, rolling the sod and checking/adjusting all irrigation. My wife and I are super happy with the results. We also had Richard shape some wax myrtles we have while he was here, and they look great too. I have included a couple of photos to show the quality of the work.
