Had mowing and weeding done. My lawn looks great! The business needs to be better at communicating. For example, they didn't show up and I had to call them to reschedule. It happens but no one called me to let me know they were running late. I also had to call to get the invoice because it was sent to the wrong email.

This company is not all professional and they charge you for the visit which was asked to reschedule. I had communicated not visit my home as i was not available and still they visited and charged for me. They say that text message was not received which i have evidence it was sent. They just try to charge you in different ways once we just ask for service. I recommend not to hire!

I had a wonderful experience with Innovation Grounds. They went above and beyond with the needs I had for my backyard. From the start to finish, they were very polite and detailed on everything that was involved in the renovation of my backyard. I've dealt with landscaping companies in the past and never had such a great experience as I had with Innovation Grounds. I will definitely use them again! I recommend everyone to use them.

Im disappointed in the service. I had lawn aeration service done. The machine continuously kept stopping. The guy was on his phone more than half the time even while I was talking to him. He was just on his phone. Im especially disappointed that i was not instructed to wet the lawn ahead of time and because of that the aeration was not done properly. The soil is not soft the plugs were not getting pulled out which causes more compactions instead of loosing the soil. Also, I was told on the phone that they would come around 9am and they ended up coming at 11:30am. I was not happy with the service at all.
