I contacted them through their website and havent heard from them.

Service provided lawn aeration they did a great job and cleaned up at the end of service. I have utilized their service before they have always provided excellent service.

Jovany and his crew are terrific people with great ideas and are a joy to work with. My expectations were met beyond any idea that I could come up with. Thanks you guys and keep up the great work!

I came aboard about a year ago and its been hell working with this Emerald Lawncare company. Carol in the front office is sooooo unprofessional & feel as though she can talk to you any kind of way.. One instances I was displaying my concerns she had the nerves to say maybe you should find another company?? Instead of addressing my issues or concerns... At that time I should have walked away & say I dont need your service YOU need me... When I first sign up I had a specific day of the week & later things change without any notice from the organization. My new date of service change from Thursday to Wednesday then when Wednesday rolled around no service til Thursday or Friday due to back log or the weather that was the reason for the change... Trust me I understand things happen thats under our control BUT communication is my number one stance. Lastly, a new manager came aboard Jovany he was trying to make things right but later the communication failed again so we are back to square one.. As of yesterday 09/21/2022 Ive decided to relinquished this service because the price was first set and now they based off time which is crazy???? They now charge $56/per man hour so a technician can come and do a regular mow and edge only under 1 hours and you get a bill of $90.00 smdh.. Did I mention that I am a weekly customer who pay her bills?? Last week I paid $130.00 for again a mow and edge but due to the $56/ per man hour the technicians can milk the time(and say they was at your home from this time to this time) which I have cameras so again its my word against theres and you be caught with a high bill for that week. When I stressed this to the office they basically disregard my issues and concerns... Please know Im not trying to discouraged anyone but I dont want you to experience the HELL I did...

Was charged $130 for front & backyard mow regularly paid $59-$79. Noone ever returned my call after I noticed charge on my bill & requested review. Services

Love, Love, Love!!! They listen to what you want, but definitely tell you what you need, and offer the best alternative. Prices are reasonable and services are impeccable!!! I will be a customer as long as theyre in business.

Emerald Cuts is of poor quality work for the price you pay.

I wish I would have achieved reviews first but I did not. I hired this company to do my grandparents lawn and they are very particular and temperamental about their lawn. I was assured that services would be taken care of exactly to the way they wanted it done. I get a call from my grandparents that they did not do what they wanted and for me to cancel them ASAP. I contacted the office and was assured that it was done to their specifications and I offered up video that it was not. They took down my info to call me back. The manager/owner I think gave me a call and said they would take off $7 for the cut. He went on the let me know about the hourly rates to take up leaves. I would like them to save me the time and go back I to correct the issue. They have been very friendly and responsive during this issue.

*not a review of quality of services Very disappointed that an appointment was made to have landscaping services. I took time off work to obtain quote at my property only to have it cancelled by this company since it is out of their territory. My address was confirmed over the phone a week prior. Curtis, the associate, was even requesting to drive to my property the week prior too! It was very unprofessional to cancel appointment 30 minutes prior to meeting. Very frustrated with the lack of attention to detail to this matter.

Beware of Emerald Cut. They do a poor job and then charge your account double what was agreed for services that other companies include in lawn care like blowing the cut grass off your lawn so the cut grass doesnt brown the new grass and weed eating along the fence line. They will charge more if you grass is to long. Remember you are on their schedule.Keep looking when you come across them. You will be happy you passed by this company by.

In my opinion these guys are just people who cut yards not professional lawn care specialist i like to support small bushiness but some are not up to the task i hired these guys for a core aeration and they gave me spike aeration a professional would know the difference and even if they didnt you give the customer what they are paying for if you cant provide the service that they want let them know that instead of trying to make a case for the service you can do which in my case was not what i wanted and when i called to say i was not pleased with the service i was not offered any recourse and this after waiting two weeks after being delayed because of equipment trouble that i only became aware of because i had to call a few days after my scheduled service wasnt done a professional company communicates with the client they dont wait for the client to call them

Just overly priced!!!! 1 single home lawn was estimated at 320.00.

Great job but expensive

This company is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn t care about gaining new customers. The customer service sucks!! After my initial call no one came out to do the quote for over a week. I called back and it took several days for them to send someone out. Finally got the quote and called to schedule service and no one answered. Left a voicemail and got no call back. So i called back, now almost two weeks after the initial call, and they pretty much said i had to take the time they had available which was a Thursday and they gave me a window of 7am to 7pm!...i stated i would need another time because no one would be home. I was told i would have to take that day after asking for another available slot. He stated to leave my gate unlocked and i would be charged after service is done. I don t know about u but I m not willing to pay for a service i can t physically see to make sure i am satisfied..this company is joke. I literally hung up and called another company who scheduled me an opening for the very next day. Guess who is getting my money now...not this joke of a company!

We were getting billed for 4weeks and they were only coming out 1 time a week. when I cancelled the service and asked for a confirmation she hung up on me. I called back 3 times but no one would answer or the fax line would pick up.

They are the most unprofessional service! First time scheduling they said it would be Monday or Tuesday (this was a Thursday morning). They knew that it was imperative for it to be done immediately and I paid upfront. When I called they said we are running behind that it wouldnt be until Thursday before they could possibly come out. I cancelled that week and called someone else but said they could come as scheduled after that. It is now Wednesday and not only have they still not shown up but havent called to say when they will be coming. For a highly reviewed company they sure dont care!

Very unreliable. Regularly miss scheduled day. I spend a lot of time chasing after them to provide what should be straightforward services. Regularly charge over rates I contracted. Again, more time to straighten this out, seems nearly every month.

Kens team came in and upgraded our front flower beds using a simple v-cut border that really made a huge difference to our homes curb appeal. He and his team picked out some very nice 3 and 5 gallon size plants along with multiple flats of flowers. They even added a few flat Oklahoma stones as a walkway to allows us to get to the water hose. This was a Mothers Day gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I will definitely be using Emeralds Landscaping again in the very near future for the backyard. Beautiful job!!

Emerald Cut Lawn and Landscape has been taking care of my yard for at least ten years. They do regular maintenance weekly during the warm months and will do special jobs from time to time like planting flowers, repairing my sprinkler system as needed, fertilizing. The workers come like clockwork as I have requested always leaving everything neat and clean. They never leave grass in the street or sticks in my yard. I have always been able to trust the workers and the company to do a great job.

We have used Emerald Cut Lawn for many years. We have the full service where they do everything but water. With my work travel schedule, I no longer have to spend the weekends catching up on yard work. They do the mowing, trimming, fertilizing, pulling weeds, just everything. Our yard always looks great and they take care of any issues. Theyve also helped us with extra services like putting out mulch, replacing dead plants, putting out gravel, delivery of large landscape rocks. If you can think of it, they can do it! Attention to detail, and flexible with scheduling.

I have used Emerald Cut for a redo of my backyard and they were great. However, after calling the company for a quote about small work (flower bed and shrub clean up) they didnt seem interested in performing the job. I never received a call back after the estimate was taken. This company seems like they want to go after BIG (price) residential projects and of course commercial.
