I moved into my home three years ago and my entire fence needed to be replaced. Paid to have it done and needless to say it has not lasted. On Point Contractors came in and gave me a estimate on my fence repairs and did a Excellent job at a reasonable price. They didnt try to give me unnecessary things to be done to my fence, the wood was salvageable so only the post needed to be done and the fence straighten. I definitely will be using them next year when we are ready to upgrade!

Once you approve the quote they call you to schedule the appointment and give you a follow call and/or text the day before. They showed up on time and cleaned up their work area. We called on point contractors for a last minute, need quick fencing job. We purchased a house but couldnt move the dogs in until a new fence was installed. He completely understood where I was coming from and was able to design an awesome cost effective system to meet my needs. I had an issue with a leaking sprinkler head. The team on the phone was able to get me a timely appointment, and gave me an idea of what could be wrong and how they may fix it. Pedro came out, was on time and very friendly. He walked me through all the steps he was going to take to identify the issue and potential fixes with price points. After some tests he realized it was a loose valve that just needed some tightening. The fix was easy and I only had to pay for the labor. I appreciated that Pedro didnt try and upsell me or took advantage of my lack of sprinkler knowledge. Wish more business valued honesty and transparency over making an extra buck. Easy 5/5 rating for Pedro and team.

Was looking forward to getting a quote from this company, but after two attempts to get them to come to my house I am giving up. They never showed up for our first scheduled time, saying that they mis scheduled it and would come two days later. Then the night before the 2nd appointment time, they told me they wanted to push to an afternoon time slot instead of morning and would let me know when they were on their way. I was never contacted and no one ever showed. Very upsetting as I can see on here they have good reviews. Hopefully they do better in the future for others. EDIT: Added 2 stars to this review based on the efforts made by On Point after seeing this review to make amends with me and make things right.

On Pointer Contractors repaired our sprinkler system. Back story: Unfortunately, we hadn t used it in years and we simply pulled the hose from spot to spot to avoid paying for expensive repairs. Well, after 20 something days straight of 100+ degree temps in Dallas, we thought it was finally time to invest. Timing was perfect as we received an On Point Contractor flyer on our door that same week. We called and set our appointment with ease.and a bonus was being Veteran owned company. (Go Army!) Our service crew (Mo and Sam) arrived on time. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick. Mo and the gentleman that serviced my sprinkler was diligent in finding my problem. They arrived on time and was more than honest in letting me know the cost up front. The were very honest and respectful. I m sure I will be using them again.

From the moment they answered the phone, On Point Contractors were 100% invested in my problem and finding a solution. I came home to find that one of the heads to my sprinkler system had busted causing water to shoot into the air 8/9 feet. My husband and I had just bought this house and had no knowledge of sprinkler system. After calling multiple companies who didnt answer, On Point finally said hello. Jorge was a dream in helping guide me through possible solutions until one of their service men arrived. I was able to finally turn the water off to my home, quieting the geyser. I learned very quickly that this system was a home installation (not professionally done) so we kept finding hurdles preventing us from a solution that would allow us to turn our water back on. 24 hours later, still no solution. The serviceman had to give up. So why is this a 5 Star Review? Jorge, his son Austin, and our serviceman Ryan worked hard, did their best and when they couldnt find a solution, they connected me to another repairman who could. Im a new homeowner so I sometimes feel insecure or overwhelmed learning about and maintaining a home and never once did On Point talk down to me, take advantage of me, or make me feel inadequate during this vulnerable time. They were concerned about getting our water back on and fixing the problem. I cannot stress enough how professional, easy, and wonderful it was to work with them. Thank you On Point!

This company is NOT to be trusted, I am currently in the process of filing a complaint against On point Contractors. I was charged $1800 to fix a stuck valve, at first he said it would cost $900 then he said $1500, I was told that 3 valves needed to be replaced. The first day he came to the house he exposed the valve and requested $1010 to change the 3 valves and then stated that he CANNOT start that same day because he would need a helper. He returned two days later, replaced the 3 valves and then said that I had to pay another $800 for the work done on day two. Thats when I realized something wasn t right. I contacted the owner the next day to express my concerns and when the owner did return my call he left a nasty message. I sent him a text stating that I will be posting reviews to express my concerns and detail the issues experienced. The owner told me that if I do, he will sue me (I have all this documented as the communication was via text). I canceled the check for $800. After I told him that I will post his comment threatening to sue me he then stated that he will refund me $500 (from the $1010 that I had already paid them). That was April 28th and I still have not received the refund nor my receipt after several requests. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. FYI- the sprinkler system still was not fixed. After posting this review earlier, the company posted their response claiming that they sent me a receipt. They also send me a text stated See you in court. You will receive a summons to appear in court snoon. And we are PUTTING A LEAN ON YOUR HOUSE because you owe us money. Please see the text showing that on Tuesday May 3rd I asked for confirmation that the refund promised was mailed out and that I need my receipt. I still have NOT received the refund or the receipt.

Fast. Efficient. Professional. I was looking for a sprinkler repair service and saw so many great reviews for this business. I sent an inquiry and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism. From first contact I was treated with A-1 customer service. I was contacted frequently to make sure I was taken care of. I was called before my service date to make sure the date was still okay for me. I was given a courtesy call the day of my service to let me know Moses was on the way. Moses was so professional. He explained every step. He showed me why things worked a certain way. He answered every question. No hidden cost. Upfront and accurate same day service. When I had additional questions Moses did not huff and puff. He took the time to look at what I asked and we realized he needed to fix something very important. Honestly I am going to be a lifelong customer because EXCEPTIONAL customer service is hard to find. Oh, I also called the owner because I needed to clear up something and he was super nice as well. CALL THEM YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

On Point replaced a fence along a property line that required a lot of removal of growth along the fence line. They performed above and beyond and got it all done quickly. The new fence looks great and I m very happy with the work.

We had our grass die from last winters freeze. On Point replaced it with Zoysia, such a pretty grass now. They did a great job, very detailed work. We had lower bids but went with them because of their professionalism on the phone and such great reviews. Highly recommend!

On Point Contractors installed a fence at my home. This was the best experience in that they proved to be trustworthy. They did what they said they would do. The quality of work was excellent. Seamless process. Will definitely use them for other offered services.

The team arrived promptly. They were well organized and performed all of the pre-installation steps (testing irrigation stations, clean and level the surface, prep) that were discussed as part of the service. Finished the installation by early afternoon. They performed a walk-through and provided instruction on water requirements and schedule to ensure that the grass took and started the process of settling in the soil.

Austin was the individual who assisted me during this process. He was very responsive to my questions and alleviated any of my concerns. He was very thorough in describing the process from start to finish. The crew who did the installation was excellent! Very professional and left no mess once the job was done, ensured that the system was what I was expecting. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for sprinkler service or maintenance.

Wonderful to get a responsive and professional on the phone. Due to a broken valve I was unable to cutoff my sprinkler system. Austin volunteered to leave his job, come over and manually cutoff the sprinkler. An exceptional technician was assigned and completed the irrigation repair , provided explanations to my questions and did Excellent work!

First time using this company and not the last. Sprinkler tech did a great job on adjusting the system, even found and fixed 3 leaks.

Moe and Sam were very knowledgeable and professional regarding the maintenance and repair of our sprinkler system. We needed a solenoid replaced, several heads replaced and lifted to provide optimal coverage for our lawn. I was satisfied with the outcome as they were very patient walking me thru the different zones upon completion.

The house we bought had a sprinkler system that was only partially working. When I started I thought it only needed a minor repair, but the men at On Point did a through inspection of the system and found a number of problems that I had not found. They were knowledgeable and worked hard, and explained to me what they were doing and why, and taught me how the system worked. I am happy with the work they did.

I called the company about landscape lighting. They sent someone to change my outside light bulbs. He added dusk to dawn lights. I paid him but only half the lights worked. I called several times to get him to come back and fix them. He eventually blocked my telephone number. I called the company and they said they were going to take care of the problem but they never did.

This company was very Mise leading. Technician was very rude. I needed a panel box replace the day prior I was sent a text with the recommended Rain Bird box to get. I gave it to Technician. He proceeded to do other things and then wanted to charge me for it. So needless to say nothing was done I paid them to tell me what we already knew.

The installation was abominable. They failed to prep the yard or level it. They used poor quality sod. The sod died and I had large areas of mud. They came out and looked at it. Agreed that it was a problem, but NEVER fixed it. They kept saying, we are meeting to decide what we should do . 6 months later I replaced the entire front yard.

They did a great SOD job installation. They installed 12 pallets of St. Augustine Grass in my lawn. It looks great! They installed grass at my old house 5 years ago in Allen, Texas. They also fixed some sprinkler heads and installed a new controller too.

These guys were really about their business and getting the job done the right way.

I just had a brand new fence repair where I had rotted wood. The men were very kind and completed the job throughly. I had contacted them because I had a sprinkler system fixed back in June and they had reliable service. There was no disappointment in my decision. Had a great experience with this company. Jorge came out twice to look at the yard and evaluate our needs. Once we made the decision to proceed, we were given a date, but because of storms, Austin informed me they would install it a day EARLIER so as not to have to DELAY the installation. That was VERY nice....usually you have to wait till AFTER the initial date. Our grass looks wonderful and we would HIGHLY recommend this company. They have inquired several times to make sure all is well.
