We were very impressed with how well all of our windows looked! It had been years since some of the exterior had been done but they now look like new. Both cleaners were very meticulous and made sure we were fully satisfied before they left. We will definitely use them again next year and will probably sign up for an annual plan.

This is such a rip off. They would come to mow, break a sprinkler, and then charge a huge fee to fix that sprinkler. They wouldn t pick the weeds (which was part of the contract) and also charged for the weeks and winter months they didn t come as equal pay even though what they were charging was far beyond what it should have been for the size of property. They also broke a fence that they had been told not to go through, and didn t fix it. Oh, and then they charged a cancellation fee of over $200. Overall, I would highly encourage you to go elsewhere if you don t want to be ripped off.

A couple of times this year , I have had my grass cut in strips long then short. and somehow I had dead grass from the wheels of the lawn mower, was that way for a few weeks . thinking it may have been some kind of chemical. Mentioned it to the professionals they didnt know what it could of been. Over all I think they do a very nice job.I appreciate the calls before coming to the house , so I can put the dogs inside.

I do not use this company, nor will I ever. Our next door neighbor is a manager for them and whenever this company comes and cuts his lawn they always mess something up. Their favorite thing is messing with the storm drain. They kept moving it and caused a huge flood in our basement. My husband replaced the drain pipe and screwed it in place so they wouldnt move it and flood us again. Well now they have damaged this new pipe. They are a terrible company that has cause us $1,000 of dollars in damages and will not take ownership of their mistakes. I would not recommend it. Your manager Carson Cox knew all about it. The only thing that was offered was to make us dinner. I figured if hes a manger and thats the response, contacting you will get me nowhere. You dont take accountability for the issues your team causes.

Called for a quote and they responded very quickly. Once the agreement was signed they came and did the initial clean up within 2 days. Our lawn was gorgeous and the crew was amazing. They knocked on the door let us know what they will be doing and got right to work. Very profession team.

I have had a negative experience with Brent Williams. He has displayed unprofessional behavior by failing to return calls, lack of respect for property, and tendency to blame clients for damages caused by his company. Additionally, his confrontational demeanor is concerning. Overall, I do not recommend his services. Edit: Lets start out with Im not Ellen, but I see that she also left a negative review. Do you make it a habit to harass people who left you a negative review? Looking at your other negative reviews you do. Your response has me scared that Im dealing with a very unstable individual. We have never had a conversation with you because you wont answer the phone! Youve damaged my property several times, and your crew denys it every time. Its also very telling that you said that the cops were called on you. Were you harassing someone who left you a negative review? Should I be concerned that you will do the same to me? Here is a piece of advice make sure that you know what youre talking about with legal terms because its called libel, not defamation. And for it to be considered libel, it has to be false statements. My statements, along with all the other reviews that dont favor you, are correct. I am executing my first amendment right to free speech to make sure that people know what they are getting into if they use your company. The fact that you cant take responsibility for your actions is quite concerning. Ive already moved my lawn care to someone else, and you have just proven that was the right choice. I only spoke my truth and echoed many of the sentiments of your customers that have been wronged by your company. The way you have responded has been extremely unhinged. Please get the help that you need and stop taking your anger issues out on your innocent customers.

Ive had this company doing my yard for a couple of years now, with minimal problems. They do a good job for the most part. A couple of times the back yard didnt get done and they charged me for it... and said they did it when they didnt. And the customer service was a little rude. But, now their prices increased significantly ($90 mo to $175 mo.) with no notice. And I have a small yard, so thats too much. (They also charged $35 to turn the water back on! Thats just crazy!) So... they wont be back!

Windows were great, wont have them clean gutters again. What a mess!

The staff at Everything Exterior are great in communicating with me with regards to the services that are included during their initial visit to take care of our front yard and back yard. They clearly explain the services that need to be done and how much it would cost me. They also explain to me the weekly visit and how much is the cost per week. I was informed that there will be more weekly visits during the summer and lesser visits in the fall and winter. I appreciate the information so I could budget accordingly. Their first visit was on Thursday, May 02, 2024. I am very satisfied on how they cleaned the yards. I was notified at my door that they were there, this was for outside windows, one young man also cleaned the inside of my storm door - which now shines. This company is GREAT to work with. They came the following day after my request for services and the work was done exceptionally well and very quickly.

They dropped off flyers in our neighborhood offering window washing services. I contacted them to schedule our window washing but never heard from them, twice. Do not offer services you are unwilling to provide! Very poor customer service. Not even a sorry we are too busy . I called the first week and talked with a woman who took down my request and said I would get an email. I didn t hear anything. The next week I filled out the on line form and also didn t hear back. No voice messages, no emails in either my inbox or junk mail. Nothing, twice.

love this company...the initial cleanup, (Feb) in the rain and colder than hades, they did a terrific job, they are like ghosts floating around, unless they knock on your door, you dont even know they are here...might change when the lawn maintenance starts ( mower and such)...would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a good company for your yard....

I am so incredibly happy with my yard! My swing had blown over, and they put it back up, my hammock was down, and they put that back up. I bought a home that had nice landscaping but had been neglected. I was unable to do the work myself and called Everything Exterior for help. They did a beautiful job of restoring the nice footprint that existed and hauled off loads of plant material that made it look messy. It looks well groomed now.

Made an appointment for rain gutters cleaned and day before my appointment I got a call saying they also have to do the windows. I said I could do my own windows. The male caller was abrupt and rude arguing with me so I canceled. Very disappointing!

Windows were cleaned well. But landscaping steps knocked over and not returned. Window well covers were not placed correctly, and landscape rocks knocked into window wells. Called office and person responding not respectful, poor customer service. Issues were resolved by me, but I shouldnt have to clean up mess left by employees. Likely not to renew contract.

Weve had Christmas lights put on our house for the last 3 years. They come timely to install, are quick and do an excellent job. Removal is the same and whenever a light has gone out we call and the they come replace it right away. Very much recommend their service, especially if you dont like climbing on steep roofs!!

I was charged extra for cleaning the water stains on my windows and their screens and tracks. I think that should be included in the costs because that is part of cleaning the windows.

They got my Christmas lights up before Thanksgiving and they look awesome! Last year the wind blew some lights down and they came and fixed them right away!

Terrible company! After telling their staff twice last year that we did not want to re-new the annual contract they put up the lights up this year anyway on a house we will not even own this year for Christmas. I contacted them immediately they took them down immediately and charged me for the full one year service which even includes storing them for the next year. So basically they only stored the lights for 3 years and are charging me for 4 years. Why did this all happen? Apparently because it had to be done in writing. Even thought I had 2 employees let me know they would let the office know but failed to remind me it had to be done in writing. So basically they do not stand behind their own employees word. Plus I have to pay for next years storage even though they can recycle them this year and not have to do that. I even asked if they could at least put then on the house I moved to which is only 3 blocks away and they said no because the labor had already been done. And insisted that I have to pay the full service which would include storage for next year. They are a very dishonest company that lacks compassion. I was even thinking of having them do our new home and also paying for our rental next door as a Christmas present to them, but how they have handled this there is no way they will ever get another dollar from me. My husband has progressive cancer and I was also thinking of having them take over the lawn once my husband cant do it. They did an awesome job but their lights are of poor quality and kept on going out. I had to be shifting lights to the back constantly so it still looked nice. I am 67 and had to climb a ladder. I had explained that to them 3 years ago, 2 years ago and they had the nerve to tell me today that I climbed the ladder because I wanted to, because replacing lights is part of the contract and all I had to do was pick up the phone and they would come do it. They are arrogant, nasty and in my own humble opinion dishonest in their practices. *****Update after their response: I pictured you guys exactly as you really are. Not one thing I said above is untrue. So you might want to learn what slander means. Can you literally justify charging for 4 years storage when you only had to do it for 3? Do you realize that you are charging for a service you are not having to provide. Just make sure you cancelled that contract as asked to do so multiple times. Consider this my written warning!

I was really excited and hoped for a great experience but when its all said and done this was a solid 3 star experience. We signed up for the whole package including screen cleaning. Im not sure how they were cleaning the screens, but theyre not clean. My wife said she saw them hitting the screens against the grass to knock the dirt off, but Im assuming they were using some kind of brush or similar. Either way it did not clean the screens. We live out in the valley where it is very windy and dusty and we were looking forward to clean screens. But they were not adequately cleaned. The windows look great but they were just squeegee dried, which means there is a border around the edges and bottom of water that was not actually dried. The guy was very quick and did a good job but didnt ask us for feedback when he was done. He just loaded his truck and took off without talking to us. We signed a year contract so we will see how the rest of the year goes, but Im pretty sad the screens werent cleaned as my future services dont include this. Update: I was told they use a different screen cleaning method in the spring and summer time including pressurized water and brushes. They are going to perform this service with my spring window washing free of charge. That will bring this review to 5 stars as long as they follow through.

Everything Exterior always gets the lights up several days before Christmas, and they stay up until after New Years Day. They always set the times for the lights to come on and go off as we request. It takes only a telephone call to get a burned out or loose bulb replaced. Great service!

Quick and efficient work! I barely realized they were there putting up and taking down the Christmas lights. Not to mention how perfectly placed the lights were! Definitely worth the cost to have the professionals put up the lights!

I like that they email me when its time for the spring green up, it reminds me and its easy to setup. Id rate 5 stars but the communication could be better. Their email said they would be there on Tuesday but they showed up a day early. Last year I asked they call beforehand so I could made sure my dogs were put inside. They called me when they were at my house and its inconvenient to leave work at a moments notice. Other than that tiny issue they are quick, professional, and make it easy to schedule. Everything was cleaned up and ready for spring.

I have only used the service since last fall. They have overall done a good job with the lawn care. The area where they need improvement is in communication with their clients. I would appreciate a knock at the door to let me know they are here or a consistent day they come. I could suggest they have some sticky notes printed with their name on it that could be stuck to the front door if a client is not at home. They could tell what they have done. I will continue working with them on end and hope to improve communication.

The two that came to power rack had good customer service. To power rack the lawn they went really fast, they had to do my back lawn 2 times they did the front lawn once. They . have slowed down to let the power rack do its job. I think they may have gotten more old grass going a little slower. This summer will tell. Thanks for coming out so quickly.

They were responsive to request for aeration service and reasonably priced. The crew sent were nice and respectful. However, the company switched our time from first thing in the morning to last customer of the day last minute via email notification which was really inconvenient for us. I would call them again but insist on no time changes last minute.

These guys are amazing! They take care of what ever you need them to take care of. They do my window cleaning, sprinkler repairs when I need it, fertilize my yard with granular and liquid fertilizer, and on top of that they also do my Christmas lights and every year they are stunning. They also sprayed my weeds with round up with pre emergent, and the weeds DONT GROW ANYMORE!!!! I highly recommend these guys for any service you want.

Logan is super responsive to any questions that I have had. He was able to take time to come to my home to discuss a discrepancy in the yard work that was done, and promised that it would be fixed. It was! My yard was severely overgrown, had 5 foot tall weeds, and lacked luster. His team came out and got everything looking stunning. The yard is coming back to life and I love that I can trust them to take care of it.

We have ALOT of windows and many very high windows. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. We feel they went above and beyond on making sure things were scraped off (overspray from paint and other debris) while cleaning. We also had the tracks and screens cleaned boy did they need it. We are excited looking out our crystal clean windows.

Also cleaned out my gutters , cleaned screens and repaired screens. They did a great job. Fast and through. Ive used them before and am happy with their service.

Part of their service was to startup our sprinkler system. I called when several of my trees and bushes started dying and they said the clock was not set right. I called again when they continued dying and never received a call back. It wasnt until I had my son come out to check when they continued dying and he discovered that some of the sprinkler valves were never turned on. We are going to have to remove/replace several of our bushes since they are completely dead.

I noticed the first couple months that the service was exceptional. Noticed a big slack off. See a lot more weeds, lawn that got ruined in several spots by spillage of fertilizer, nothing was really done to fix that problem right away. Trees are overgrown underneath and edging in the back yard is not done properly. They are here for 10 to 12 minutes every week. 200 dollars for a total of 30 minutes time for a whole month, pretty dam good pay. I had referred this company to several neighbors in that first couple of months, needless to say I m disappointed in the service right now. Will give it a little while longer , will not pay 200 for 30 minutes work..

I use Everything Exterior s holiday lights service. This is my third year of having them do my lights. I love how everything matches the exact length for the dimensions of my 2-story house and it looks so professional. I m always hooked up and ready to turn on our lights the day after Thanksgiving every year. And I don t have to do any maintenance. If a light burns out or the wind causes a problem, they come handle it. Take down usually happens very soon after New Years. Fantastic service. I only wish I had the option for lights for other holidays as well, like Halloween.

We have used Everything Exterior for our Christmas lights for the last three years and have found it extremely convenient. They come and set up in a timely matter, don t leave a mess, and it saves us the hassle of climbing up on our scary, widow maker roof. We appreciate that they leave the lights for a long time and removed them even more quickly then the set up. Totally worth the price, especially if your roof is tall!

Everything Exterior has done a great job for us and our rentals for a number of years. This year, the service was not up to par. Problems we have encountered include, broken sprinklers, poor fertilization (you could visibly see where they missed), gates left open after service, chemicals they used to fertilized sprayed and stained our cement walks, and lawn weed spray that did not make a dent in the weeds. When these problems are brought up to the management they usually take care of it quickly, but at this point, Everything Exterior is not a care-free landscaping business if you have to call frequently to address problems.

Great job of installing holiday lights.

This is my second year using Everything Exterior for Christmas light placement and removal. They have been so easy to work with. I love that they put my lights on a timer and that I don t need to be home when they install them. One of my bulbs burned out this year and they were so prompt in replacing it. They even drive around the neighborhood periodically to ensure the lights are working. I really appreciate the professionalism and ease it has been working with this company.
