I hired APM to refresh my backyard. Initially I was ok with the work, although there were some corrections that were needed. However, when the crew returned, they did next to nothing to correct the issues. Nothing was changed in the back yard, and the front yard work was not up to standard. Although I had plans to bring APM to plant hedges although the back fence in the fall, based on the current work, I'll be looking to work with another company.

Before I hired this company, I read their reviews so I assumed it would be a good experience. I hired them to mow/edge a commercial property weekly. Everything was overgrown and the City was sending letters. I explained this to Lynn who was able to squeeze me in and get it mowed pretty quickly. The first time they mowed was 6/19. It's as though they mowed around the weeds. The posted pictures were taken 7/25. I added weed control services thinking that would help. We STILL received letters from the City about the overgrowth. I tried to call Lynn and left multiple messages about the fact that we had received another letter from the City and I did not get a return call until days later when I was told she had a personal emergency. So no one else covers the phones or checks messages?? Another time when I called because the lawn looked so bad, I was told that somehow we were dropped from the schedule. Their communication is not effective and in the end, they billed me $406 to DIAGNOSE sprinkler system issues and it was only a partial estimate! I was also billed several hundred dollars for weed control that was never effective. In my experience with APM, they are unprofessional in all of their dealings and ineffective when treating a challenging property. When I expressed unhappiness with the final bill, their response was that if I didn't pay the full amount, they would take me to small claims court or file a lien against the property. Another example of an EXTREMELY unprofessional company.

Advanced Property Maintenance has been doing my lawn and sprinklers for 4 years and has always done amazing job! The crew is so kind and wonderful to work with.

These guys were quick to respond to my irrigation leak. I had water all over my yard. Jake was there within an hour to get everything fixed up for us. Will definitely use them again. Looking into the lawn service this year!

We’ve used APM for a few years now, as we have 5 acres of Native lands that need mowing once/twice a year. They do a great job. They even had a mower break down, and came right back the next day to finish the job. Additionally, we use them for fall/spring cleanup for our manicured areas. We have many trees, so lots of fall leaves and pine needles. They are very helpful. Pricing is fair, as they are at our property most of a day.

This company is a nightmare to work with. Extremely poor customer service. The person answering the phone does not answer most of the time, the work I wanted done was not performed in an organized way. I spoke to them a month ago about getting mulch installed; specifically spoke to the receptionist to explain that rather than I provide the mulch, that it would be easier to have APM provide the mulch for the job. They showed up today with no mulch, they had to match the rock color before they could begin work this morning, and the guy who was supposed to work on the sprinklers didn't bring parts with him and had to go back to the office to get parts and could not find the parts!! This work has been scheduled for a month; I would expect the crew coming out to have parts and supplies to perform the work in an efficient and timely manner. I opted to voice a complaint to the owner of the business and his attitude was that he is doing me a favor showing up, instead of being appreciative of a customer giving him business. He was a jerk, had an excuse for everything I complained about. Stay far away from these people.
