Grizzly Landscape & Fence in Castle Rock

I just completed a landscaping project with Garrett and his crew at Grizzly. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! The crew was professional, timely and made adjustments along the way, no questions asked, to ensure my satisfaction with every aspect of the project. Communication was excellent! I would absolutely use them again!

I'd give them 4.5 stars for the price, quality, and professionalism of the team that put up the fence. (Note, on a small portion of the fence they put the boards on a different side than requested.) On the admin side definitely a much lower score, they didn't get back to me initially even after multiple tries (at least 4) of reaching out, because "they changed their CRM system". Even though they knew I was mailing a check they sent multiple requests for payment (I actually had to reach out and ask if they had received the check since it was over a week after I mailed it), and I contacted them to make the final payment after the work was done (I think 3 requests) They hound you (more than half a dozen times) to write a review after the work is finished. Would I use them again? Yes. Although if I needed to I'd probably warn them to not hound me with emails and texts from various numbers to write a review or to understand they'd get a poor review. I do feel their pricing was good and the workmanship was good, it is the other things that lowered the review to a 3 or probably a 2.5 star. Note there is a charge to use a credit card.

The actual fence repair work was well done, however, they botched the clean up after the work was done. The crew left fence scraps in my neighbor's yard that my neighbor cleaned up. The long nails they used pierced the 2X4's on my neighbors side by several inches which the neighbor had to cut to prevent injury to their children and pets. I took off from work the day they were supposed to do the job but they didn't show up till 6 pm. and did not notify me of any changes. Basically, Grizzly has to do a better job of managing their field crews such as having a mature foreman show up at the job site to make sure all is going well and meeting the property owner face to face. If these problems are corrected, I would probably hire Grizzly again.

The Grizzly Landscape and Fence crew removed old fencing and replaced with new for us and I couldn’t be happier. The quote was fair, the work was fast and tidy, and it looks incredible! They are currently working hard on deck repairs for us now along with a new deck roof. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor help!

Grizzly team worked hard to get the fence done right. They listened to concerns and worked with all home owners to install a fence shared by multiple properties. The job took a little longer than expected, but that's likely due to the us customers not giving specifics up front. The new fence gate they built turned out incredible! Feedback would be to make sure they have all HOA requirements before the job gets started -- that'll help the job done more quickly.

We hired Grizzly to replace our wing fences and they did a great job for us and our neighbors. We then hired them for a particularly challenging project as a mature cottonwood tree had grown into our old fence making it impossible to replace posts due to the roots running all along the fence line. Once we took the tree down, Grizzly worked out a solution acceptable to both home owners and delivered the project on time and at budget. Thank you Grizzly for going the extra mile.
