We moved into a house that had been vacant for approximately 15 years. Needless to say, the yard was overrun with weeds, dandelions, and lots of crabgrass. They performed regular maintenance on the yard last summer and already this spring, our yard is looking 100% better!! We have used TruGreen with multiple properties, and have never had an issue. They are always professional, courteous, and do a great job on our yard!

Very disappointed in TruGreen. Requested a quote via phone and employee came to the house a few days later, mildly glanced around and left quote on front door. Never knocked or attempted to speak with me. The following week I received a call from a rep asking if I was ready to start services? (Pay them) I said I had a few questions, which he had answers for some, but not all. I said I was very interested in their services and had just laid some sod so he recommended we wait a week or 2 and that he would call me the following week. That call never came. 3 weeks later, I received an email stating they had been trying to reach me with no success to start services (pay them). I have zero missed calls or VM s, so clearly off point. I responded to the email saying I was very interested but wanted to speak with someone, not handle this via email. Never heard from them again. I understand businesses get busy, but why do I need to beg just to get some questions answered. Seems very impersonal. Hope they address that.

I used to travel for work and used Truegreen for weed control on multiple areas of yard and wanted to kill the weeds so I could plant grass in some problem areas. When I came back to town you would never have guessed I paid a professional service to care for the problem and that they claimed they had been there multiple times to spray. I refused to pay for the service and took care of the problem myself. As a result they turned me over to collections. Luckily I have time stamped pics that I have saved on my computer.....will happily see you in court before I ever pay you a penny.
