Have used these guys for years and have always been happy with them.

Overall quality of service is good, pricing however is not. Its not upfront in the total cost for the services rendered. Work I was initially quoted was $820 following an initial inspection and work. Actual invoice I received was almost 20% more at a total of $1020 because it didnt include the initial visit and work done. Invoices are also not detailed to determine parts and labor. Seems a bit scummy in their charging and contacting them for support says sorry didnt mean for it to be unclear. Scheduling is also not great. Basically call them, get put on a sheet, then eventually you get an email / text saying theyre showing up at X time on Y day. Dont really communicate that with you.

Local Lawn Care LLC did a fantastic job in aerating our lawn. Service was friendly and they were very fast in scheduling for us. We plan to use them for all of our landscaping and lawn care needs.

Parked in front of my full driveway when they were going to a neighbors house 2 houses down. Shame on you guys! Not professional or right at all...disrespectful when there is a bunch of space to park that isnt in front of my driveway that you can validity see my truck parked in the driveway they are blocking. This wasnt just a quick drop off, they were there for awhile! Update: I tried to call, no answer. The situation was never solved when I tried to solve it and I DID send an email has explained the details of the situation and why for many reasons it was wrong and I was never apologized to so now you come here on public to apologize without attempting to get back to me to find out I did call

From bare dirt new construction, Randy helped me design, and his crew installed, a landscaping package that is just what I asked for, but even better thanks to his expertise. He is knowledgeable about everything from retaining walls and sprinkler systems to trees and flower beds. Each tree and bush was thoughtfully placed to ensure room to grow to its mature size. The sprinkler system works great, and LLC winterizes and starts it up at just the right time every year, always professional and prompt.

Called them a little late in the season, needed everything; sprinkler repair and startup, aeration, fertilizer, and mowed. Set me up with a summer program, everything was done within a week. Calls have always been returned within a day.

We appreciated the timely and professionally done sprinkler install from these guys! There was very little we had to provide them information on and they came in on a Monday evening and left on a Thursday morning having installed our sprinkler system on 13,000 sf! They also stuck to their bid! I would highly recommend this company!

TLDR- Came in on a half started project, we added work, finished by quoted time. Impressed and appreciated thier consideration of safety of my kids and upcoming house work. Had a sprinkler project that was half started, so they came in not knowing what had already been done. Met me at the house the day I called them during the busy season. Gave me a general idea on time frame (2-3 days) and booked them a few days later. Sent me an automated text for start time the day before. Showed up 15 minutes early and walked them through what we had, then they went to work. Completed more in half a day than previous completed work. Had to correct issues and dig up and lay new pipe. Were back the second day (auto text to make sure I knew they were coming) got to work and laid the rest of the system and heads. Day three, compacted and filled in trenches, tested system, adjusted heads. Made sure they didnt spray on the house, as they knew I was having painters start the next day. Tonight got to sit on my front porch, run my sprinklers, and not look at trenches. Kids got to run through the yard and play in the mud. Looking at other projects and will call them first on any landscaping work.

In a town where service companies leave something to be desired, this is a bright spot. Responsive, affordable and on time. I truly appreciate this company and wont use anyone else.

I spoke with Randy about a quote on getting my weeds pulled. He quoted me 30 an hr FR. He came over and did a walk around, I asked him how long it would take, he said 2 hrs .I asked him how much it would be he told me 80. max. My yard is mostly grass with a rockbed that only runs in the front yard on the top and side,my backyard has mostly grass with a rockbed wraps around the yard.With as many workers he had Im disputing how long it really took. I received my bill in the mail it is 580. I spoke to him about this bill. He told me he had 2 guys here on 29th for 4.38 hrs and 3 guys here on the 30th for 5 hrs. He told me I am being charged a total of 23.21 hrs worth?? He failed to mention during our earlier quote, he also would be charging me 30 per person per their each hrs worked. Very unprofessional, and misleading.I requested a itemized breakdown of the charges and exact times Beware he threatened to turn me over to collections..immediately! He told me they will charge me fees more than the bill amount! Very Shady!! He did receive full payment because of his threats, civil court pending
