Wyoming Longhorn Landscaping Inc. in Casper

Spoke with Ty who was very helpful and polite. I will be hiring them for snow removal this winter. Update: They do not have equipment to do effective snow removal/ heavy snow removal on the mountain. It took some time to get this explained, hence one star off.

Overpromise/Underdeliver + Communication issues. Id suggest you use a different landscaping company.

After getting stood up by Drakes Landscaping, I called Ty with Wyoming Longhorn Landscaping. Even though all his landscaping crews were busy he grabbed his mowing crew to get 2 tons gravel hauled into my backyard. From the time I got ahold of him to the crew leaving and the job being done it took 3 hours. I wont use anyone else for any other landscaping needs that I might have.

They orginally did everything we asked and the initial landscaping looked amazing... but then the aspen grouping to the north started dying. After we asked them to come look at the aspens in the yard dying, for a loss of a better word; I am not an arborist...They said that the trees were infected, not that I saw or talked to anyone in person at my house, and since they purchased them through Galles Greenhouse it was not their warranty issue. That was fall so we waited until spring to see what happened and then they seemed to come back. Subsequently, the neighbors to the north had a flooding issue in their basement, which almost lead to a lawsuit. We discovered it was a leak in the drip watering system installed by the landscapers. The leak occurring by them poking a hole in the waterline during installation of the weed backing. We fixed it and did not throw the company under the bus. Now I, and my husband, have repeatedly tried to contact this company by calling, leaving voicemails and sending emails about the other set of aspens to the south that are dying; still awaiting an answer...... I discovered meself, weird.. it is a watering issue... AGAIN!! Giving 4 stars for the original work, but, if I could give -5 stars, for the warranty work, I would!! I understand that bugs and droughts are a real thing here, at least come to my home, after you do the work I paid you for, and back it up!!! =[

Terrible customer service. Was supposed to have someone come out at 5:30pm 8/8/19. Took off work early to be home for this appt. I called at 6pm as no one had showed up, spoke with a receptionist (after calling multiple times before getting an answer). She stated she would see what s going on and call me back. She ended up calling me 30 minutes later reporting they had the wrong address and she would have to reschedule to next week. I don t understand why I did not receive a confirmation call or a call when they had the wrong address . Will take my business elsewhere, really disappointed as I chose this business because of their reviews.

Called early spring. We received a quote. We tried to call,text and email several times and never got a response back.

I would highly recommend this company. Theyre very reliable, very friendly, very professional, reasonably priced, and they do great work. I was in a pinch with my sprinkler system and they showed up the day after I called them to get everything working properly. I will absolutely without a doubt use Wyoming Longhorn Landscaping Inc for my yard in the future.

Wyoming Longhorn Landscaping did and excellent job installing our sprinkler system. They were very time efficient when putting it in, and helpful when learning to use it.
