Lalo, and crew showed up when they indicated. Repaired and added onto our existing irrigation system. We had a small issue the next day and the crew was quick to respond and fix it. Giving one star and I wasn t even their customer. Due to this is because I was a neighbor of one of their customers and I happen to leave my house maybe 30-1hr after they must ve finished and they blew ALL sorts or dirt and debris into my yard and all over my carport. I get it , can t control dust and where it goes but I know they have leaf blowers to be considerate about other houses around them. As professionals , they should leave all surrounding area neat and tidy.

Backyard had become quite unruly and overgrown with weeds. Called Heavenly Touch and Lalo came out and gave me a quote. I agreed to have the work done. Was given a start date of July 7th for the cleanup, they were actually able to complete the job much earlier than expected. They did an outstanding job on the backyard and they also did a cleanup on the front. After the job was done, Lalo made sure I was happy with the job. Would definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend. Lalo came out to review the work needed, gave me an estimate and, after acceptance, he and his crew showed up the next day. Had a huge prickly pear tree that needed removal, lots of shrubs and trees to trim, and clean up to do and they worked as a team to do it all in a couple of hours. Courteous, friendly, and understood what was needed as well as what I wanted. Even had time to run a new irrigation line. For all the work they did, its was well worth the cost.

They turned a jungle of a back yard into a nice neat yard, AND left my random basil plants in place! Its hard to find a landscaper who does that. Great recommendation from our neighbor and well be having these folks back to keep up the yard!

I called multiple times and never got a response. The voice mail says it takes them 24-48 hours to reply! Which is horrible. The one email I did send on a Wednesday took two days to get a reply which said they would come on Saturday even though they were closed to quote me well that was two weeks ago and no one called to acknowledge the mess up

Called to set up an appointment for a quote for 2700sqft of turf and 1700 sqft of pavers. They rescheduled the appointment 3 times and then we settled on an hour window and audibly heard a gentleman in the background agree. Waited for an hour and a half with a no call no show. Called the office and left a voicemail. Got called back the next day and the scheduler said I didnt know he doesnt work that late and also called me a liar for hearing someone in the background on the previous call. Then get a They came recommended from a friend

Lalo is very professional, And knowlegdable. I wanted to have a oleander tree removed but he advised me that the roots of the tree had grown over my main water line and that the tree would need to be dug out by hand which could get expensive. He told me that the roots wont harm the water line and that it would be better to just leave the tree. He could have tried to make an extra buck But he didnt. He was trying to save me money.. Its good to know there are still honest people in the world. He showed up on time and stayed in contact with me through the whole process, He even sent pictures after the work was done. I am very pleased with the results and I intend on using Heavenly touch in the near future.

I was in need of back yard cleanup, which included removal of landscaping rock, old furniture and other debris. I was able to email Lalo and get a response to set up a meeting for quote. The voicemail message stated I would receive a call back in 24-48 hrs, and Lalo met that promise. They came to do an estimate the next day and then completed my job very quickly the following morning. The weeds had overtaken my back yard with tumbleweeds that looked like the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, and I had a lot of junk left by the previous owner that I wanted gone. The crew paid attention to the smallest of details and enthusiasticly performed the tasks. You can t tell my backyard ever looked like a Western movie gone horribly wrong. I will definitely use this company for maintenance so it doesn t get out of hand again and for future landscaping needs!

Heavenly Touch offers a free bid and came out to my home quickly, were professional and offered incredibly fare prices. The team worked quickly and with great quality and provided answers to my questions and even offered to look at and repair my sprinkler line for free that was clogged as it didnt need service. They provided a great quote for the sprinkler that does need service and cleaned everything up quickly and back to perfect. My yard was in terrible shape. They came out on short notice and did a great job. They did everything I asked of them and more. They cleaned up the front and back yards, and removed everything. Heavenly touch came out and wrangled in our crazy bushes, sprayed for weeds and knocked out an overhanging branch in record time less than an hour and even came out to do the estimate swiftly. The yard looks a million times better and the bushes are back to a great shape highly recommend them and definitely would utilize them again.

Heavenly Touch Landscaping has provided excellent service for me. They always show up, on time and are pleasant and efficient with the work. I have asked for special unplanned tasks while they were here and they have always accommodated the requests. The owner Lalo is personable, honest and helpful to refer me to others when his company does not perform the task I need done. The company I believe charges the standard rate for landscaping and even if at times is somewhat higher it is worth the extra because they consistently show up and get the work done. You get what you pay for! Heavenly Landscaping is reputable and I recommend them without reservation..

Heavenly touch landscaping cleaned my front and back yard and did a fantastic job, and trimmed up some bushes that where over grown. Also sprayed preamergent and roundup in my back yard to kill while grass in my yard, he promised to come back and spray the back yard if the gass did not die and he did come back and sprayed the yard and the grass has not come back.

Lalo and his team were great! Full replacement of irrigation system, clean up of yard, replacement of plants and re-rocked entire front area of house. All completed in two days! Looks great!!!!

I called Heavenly Touch landscape about 5 months ago because we couldn t continue taking care of the business and our home and my moms home. Lalo is wonderful. He comes to my moms twice a month and everything is perfect. The trees and grass look amazing. And we don t worry anymore. Then we started having him do the Cottonbowl Lanes Bowling alley and then had him start spraying our house. And dor the first time in forever now my husband says call Lalo. And we do and he handles everything. It feels so good to have someone tell you the truth about what needs To be done. Make a plan, and get it done. And it is all affordable and so very worth it.

I needed a walkway and a base for a new shed. I called Lalo at Heavenly Touch Landscapers. Rogelio Galaz came over to give me an estimate. With materials and labor it was $1200. I called back and hired him a few days later. Rogelio started the job the next day. It took two days to complete. Now that I see the quality of the work, I am sorry to cover it up with a shed. It is absolutely beautiful and far exceeds my expectations. I will definitely hire Heavenly Touch Landscapers again when I am ready to complete my yard with desert plants.

He showed up late on a Friday afternoon to quote me a price to do my whole yard, which included trimming 5 trees, pulling out one bush and trimming down my oleanders, on top of mowing my front and back yard. He gave an honest quote and very reasonable and was back at my property the following week to take care of it all. My experience with Heavenly Touch Landscaping wasnt that Heavenly. Mr. Lalo (the owner) seems like a nice guy, but his promptness, attention to detail and customer service is lacking. For Instance, when I called him, he told me he would be at my house at 2 pm. Even after I told him that I had to pick up my daughters from school at 2:30, he did not arrive at my house until 2:45. In addition, after he surveyed my yard and quoted me a price, he told me that he could start the next day at 9 am. I told him that that time would not work for me because I had other obligations. We couldnt schedule an exact time, so we both agreed that he would call me BEFORE he started any work. The next day, at approximately 10:00 am, I received a call from, Kyle, stating that my lawn was finish and he was waiting to get paid. Now, on this particular day, 21 February 2019, it was cloudy and raining all day. Even a novice landscaper knows weed killer is not effective in the rain - it will just wash away, but this did not stop Heavenly Touch...they still sprayed my yard - IN THE RAIN (see photos). Although Mr. Lalo offered to come out next week to respray, I refused. My experience with this company was anything but Heavenly - it was Horrible!!!

Lalo was great to work with in our lawn. First he recommended some pavers get installed and sent over a contractor that did an outstanding job. Then he came in and installed sprinkler system and sod and giving us guidance in care to ensure success. I assured Lalo we would highly recommend him to the community. The most trustworthy professional we ve ever had! Great at providing solutions for any of our problems. Recently purchased a few acres just outside Casa Grande city limits and didn t even know where to start when it came to using the automated timer box, leaks everywhere throughout the backyard from gophers chewing up underground lines and lack of care from previous owners. Over time the yard really needed some work and old trash and things from the house and old house projects had piled in our side yard. I needed help and thankfully this company left us a flyer. My husband called them and they were out the next day for a quote and the next morning for a clean up. They did a wonderful job! Everything looks so much better.Its such a relief to have the yard cleaned up and looking better. We will be using them again

I called Lalo at 5 30 in The morning and needed help that day. I knew it was real short notice but he was very nice and accommodating. He came out to the house, quoted a reasonable price and completed the yard work even better than I expected. I am very happy with the work he did.

Lalo and his crew did an amazing job trimming our large Sisso tree in front yard. Definitely will be using Heavenly Touch again in the future!!

What a joy to be greeted with a friendly warm smile from Lalo followed by a couple hours of his honest hard work to accomplish what we had previously discussed . The full grown tree that had to come down was between our neighbors house and ours with only one option of it falling without danger to either house or properties . He and his crew not only took that big tree down without any damage but afterwards they took the time to clean up all the mess. They took extra care to be sure the debris was sufficiently removed from the neighbors property as well as ours . We were very pleased with a job well done.
